Mo Cookies is like a beacon of light in the Waco even sky...showing the way to wayward would-be cookies monsters

So after dinner we all headed over to Mo Cookies for dessert, and I think it was the best decision of the night. It's a oasis of sweetness in the middle of thriving city, a Bakers baked-goods bonanza, a sugar coma waiting to happen, a cookie connoisseur dream, and my new favorite place in Waco! This family owned shoppe has everything you could ask for. Cakes that are a mile high, fresh baked cookies, brownies, treats, ice cream, shakes and bottles drinks. You can also place orders for special events....and I plan on doing so for our next birthday bash. And when your family is a large and as cake obsessed as mine is, they will love me! I enjoyed Mo Cookies. The place was clean and cheery, the staff was friendly and helpful and the merchandise was presented beautifully. Four Stars for Miss Mo Happy Eating Y'all!!!!

I loved everything about Mo Cookies. They do an excellent job with their branding. The store is easy to spot and their color scheme is quite nice. The owners had a joyful spirit and were very welcoming. I nice big smile always works. The cookies were fresh and chewy. I'm not a big sweets person but whenever I need a dose of sugar this is going to be my go to place. I had the chocolate chip with pecans and the oatmeal raisin cookies. On my next visit I plan to try some of their other uniquely named cookies. Goodbye Tiffs ~ Hello Mo Cookies

Soft, moist, tender cookies!! I got an espresso chocolate chip cookie and one called Oh Lord! The Oh Lord had lots of butter and brown sugar taste, caramel like, and some pecan chunk action mixed in. Quite rich. It was quite flat in stature, not a fluffy much-risen highly leavened cookie. But that lent it a dense moist texture. Very soft to the tooth. The espresso chocolate chip cookie was somewhat wider in diameter, but equally as flat as the first cookie with a similar dense moist texture. It's flavor was also heavily buttery and rich. The espresso flavor really registered at the beginning of each bite. But it got overtaken by the chocolate flavor about mid-chew. Like the other cookie, the espresso chocolate chip cookie was rich, rich, rich. The cookies were $2 each, so not particularly cheap. But I found the quality of the goodies put the price in line with the goods. Premises were clean and the folks behind the counter were friendly. A pleasant spot for some quick hit-&-run cookie stocking up.

We've wanted to visit the Magnolia Silos in Waco for a while now and so happy for the chance. The drive to Waco was just under 2 hours from Austin. We stopped at this cute & quaint bakery after visiting the Silos & before heading back to Austin. There is a charming area to the side of the building with several tables covered by umbrellas & surrounded by potted plants. It was too hot to sit outside! The interior is small but nicely decorated. There was a line but it moved rather quickly. The young lady behind the counter was sweet & helpful. We ordered a chocolate cupcake & a lemon lavender cupcake to go. It was packaged in their signature container. The cupcakes were both so good but the Lemon Lavender was a favorite! Both were very moist & flavorful. We wished we had ordered more!

The girl in the line skipped my order because it was larger and gave my items away. It would have been no problem if she apologized but she didn't she proceeded to mumble about me under her breath and joke with another employer. It's just a cookie- but i would expect better. She doesn't deserve to represent you!
