Came here tonight around 8:30pm as my boyfriend and I were nearby shopping and saw amazing reviews on google but not so great on Yelp. But I decided to try it anyways. I was promptly seated as there was barely any tables left. However there was only ONE girl who was ( server, hostess, AND cashier ) for the entire restaurant. I can't blame her for being slow because it's one person doing 3 persons job. But I can't help but say that the lack of attentiveness was a huge problem. We sat down for 10 mins without being served water, and then I decide to go to the washroom and came back and my boyfriend told me that she still didn't come by to take Anyones orders ( 3 tables waiting) as she was busy cleaning. I decided to go up to her down and advised we would like to order and she simply said ok give me a sec... another 8-10 mins goes by without any service to all 3 tables. When she finally came to take orders she proceeded to take the first 2 tables order but totally ignored my table until I waved and told her I would like to order. We ordered the mo ramen and pork bone soup w rice. And I kid you not.... It took 25-30mins for the dish to come out to the point I was hangry and telling my bf that I am SOOO HUNGRY. the server/hostess/cashier saw I'm annoyed and avoided coming to my table and avoided eye contact when I tried to wave and ask her to follow up with the orders. Food wise, tbh, it's ok but extremely expensive for instant noodles (18-20) I honestly do not think I'll be coming back for another visit.

Classic Korean cooking made with love Service: The staff were very friendly, it seems like it's a nice family-run business and the menus are available via QR code (via a browser on your phone), making it all contactless. Water was filled up quite frequently. Food: The dolsot bibimbap was well made, and had all the classic ingredients you would expect, with a piping hot stone bowl to keep things warm and crisp up the rice on the bottom. There was gochujang on the side so you could add as much or little as desired, and the flavours were excellent. It was came with an egg drop soup on the side, which was a nice touch. However, it didn't come with banchan or kimchi. Atmosphere: The place was relatively quiet on a Monday lunch service, which is expected. It was very clean and quiet, with music playing in the background. Overall: Great place for Korean food if you're in the area (i.e. Vaughan Mills), although a bit on the pricier side. Can't go wrong with any of the typical Korean dishes!

We were so happy when we finally saw a Korean restaurant opening in the Vaughan area! Located in the plaza across from Vaughan Mills Mall, Mo Ramyun has become one of our go-to places for a delicious, hot bowl of ramen! Our regular orders are the Mandu Ramen or the Basic Ramen. Such a good value for rich flavours and love the veggie toppings that are included. We've also tried the Soon Tofu Jjigae and KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), super yummy. We've ordered takeout a few times since COVID started and they are incredibly quick with getting orders ready! Perfect place to grab some tasty Korean eats.

Never thought I'd have a good noodle place close to home! Let alone a Korean restaurant that I like the food at that's close to home! The staff are rally friendly, they have quite a bit of seating, delicious food and just overall a great homey experience. Would highly recommend if you're near Vaughan Mills and are craving good Korean food.

We've been to Mo' Ramyun twice and very much enjoyed our food both times. The restaurant is quite small, but clean, airy and bright. Servers are efficient and quite friendly. The menu has quite a few options, including salads, appetizers, soups, gam ja tang, noodles, rice dishes and even some pub food options. We've tried the ramen, bibimbap, gam ja tang and avocado salad. Everything we've had has been good. The gam ja tang broth isn't quite as rich as at some other Korean restaurants, but it's still pretty good. The ramen broth that we tried was very good. Unfortunately, the bibimbap doesn't have that lovely, crunchy rice on the bottom of the bowl which is our only criticism of that dish. The washrooms are very clean and they even provide mouthwash and hand cream, which we thought was a nice touch. All in all, this is a solid Korean option in Vaughan and we'll definitely be back.

After our snowboarding trip we wanted something hot and soupy to eat on the way back to the GTA. This resto was the only one that popped up otw with good reviews on google so went to check it out. It looked really small from the outside but it was really spacious on the inside plus they have an outdoor patio which is really nice during the summer time with some soju! We ordered the UFO ramyun (dry) and the bulgolgi ramyun (soup). I liked both but bulgolgi just a little more and the meat was legit STACKED so you get your value here. You can also customize your spice level which is good. Next time I'd ask for a little bit more spicier.

    Signature ramen and kimchi fries!

Came here for lunch with my cousins and it was decent. I ordered the signature mo'ramyun ramen dish which came in 1.5x portion. It was a large serving size that became my lunch the next day. I will say that it's not quite traditional ramen flavours, and the selection felt a bit limited. Though there are customizations such as added eggs, noodles, etc. So you could probably customize a simpler ramen if you don't mind spending the money. The spice level is also customizable and less spicy turned out to be decently spicy for me! The kimchi fries were good. It had more meat topping than kimchi but I'm a fries lover overall, so I don't have much to say! This wouldn't be my go-to spot but if a friend suggested to eat here, I wouldn't decline.

There are not too many Korean Restaurants around Vaughan Mills area, so Mo'Ramyun is a great addition! Menu though is small but sometimes it is good as less decisions to make and the kitchen can concentrate to perfect their offerings. On a cold day, noodle seems to be a good choice. Some hot stone bowl rice? Those really hit the spot and make me feel nice and warm. Mo'Ramyun Chicken Wings coated in crispy instant noodle was quite unique. Mo'Ramyun is a good option for some non traditional Korean style food. Price is fair and service is decent.

TLDR: tasty items, overpriced, good value for some items only. Need to carefully select the items to not overpay and be left hungry Overall, the food was tasty but is is very pricy for the portion size you get. The chicken wings were really crispy and well breaded, true to the korean fried chicken style. 1/2 for $10 was the best valued item on the menu. The teokbbokki was nice and chewy, was thick rice cakes with one hard boiled egg. The item description said it came with fish cakes, but there were zero fish cakes in my dish. The take out container was underfilled in my opinion and was mostly just the sauce. Bad value for $18-$20 for sure. The Galbi was well marinated, was a bit underseasoned. It came with a soup and rice. For $26, it had a decent number of galbi meat pieces and is a lot better priced than the teokbbokki which felt like a big mistake.

Finally! Listen this place isnt as good as some of the Korean food I've had downtown, but for Vaughan I think it's more than fine! I've only ordered online from here, so I can't speak to the actual location (ambience, staff, etc) But every time I've ordered it has shown up nicely packed and piping hot. The Bulgogi and Bibimbap are good! But my go to now is this delicious ramen with sweet bbq pork and grilled chicken, mushrooms, bok choy, a perfectly cooked egg, and... green/red peppers?? Weird But it's amazing! Especially since the lack of quality Ramen around here is so lacking unless I wanna drive 20 mins. I'm gonna go order some now actually..

My husband and I went here for lunch on a weekday. Wasn't too busy. Service was nice and friendly. Food was okay. The Takoyaki was good but we found the Bibimbap and Jajang Black Ramyun to be bland, lacking in flavour and not balanced. A little pricey for the quality of the food. The overall vibe of the restaurant was okay.

Broth noodles, Don Gol Ramyun Only non spicy soup.

Came here looking for a hot steamy stew and was disappointed to see very little variety in the menu. It seemed to be more of a fast food menu instead of a family dish restaurant. The menu is One page see it all. It is okay for a quick instant noodle craving if you don't want to do your dishes

    Aged Tofu

Pretty great! Let me start by saying how excited I am that Vaughan FINALLY has a Korean restaurant (even if its ramen). I also don't understand why so many reviews complain about the price. The average ramen bowl at any given restaurant goes for $12-13 and Mo' Ramyun serves ramen in GIANT bowls, hence the price tag. We came here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty empty. Although it looks deceivingly small from the outside, there is a large dining room and even a patio (which will hopefully open in the summer). The menu is also fairly large (contrary to some complaints), there are Ramyun bowls and Dry Ramyun plates (noodles with no broth). The menu also has some appetizers worthy of checking out, like the fried tofu. We ordered the Mo' Ramyun ($15.99) which came with BBQ pork, grilled pork belly, and a lot of vegetables. The broth itself had a nice smokiness to it, which makes the dish really addicting. The only complain I have is that whoever cut the vegetables needs to improve their knife skills. The pieces were chunky and very uneven. We also ordered the Jajang Ramyun ($9.99 for a small) and the Jajang (black bean sauce) was not thick enough. The Age Tofu ($6.99) was great, although there was nothing aged about it. The service was fast & kind. The only issue I had was that the waiters stared at the patrons as they were eating. Not sure how the others felt, but it made me slightly uncomfortable. Overall, a decent restaurant with adorable decor and good dishes. Not a typical Korean restaurant (no banchan), but the portions make up for that. I think there is a lot of room for improvement, but given that it is a new restaurant, I hope that the owners take all the reviews into account.

We ordered their Beef Tendon Noodle, traditional hand pulled beef noodle, stir fried tomato beef noodle, and their Chicken Chow Mein. As for appetizers, we got their bbq traditional chicken wings, BBQ pork belly, and their teppan squid. This time, I thought everything tasted really good. Last time, my complaint was that the hand pulled noodles were way too soft and overcooked. But this time, I asked for a thicker noodle and it came out perfect. It had a nice chew to it and wasn't overcooked. But the stand out for me was actually their stir fried tomato beef noodle and their chicken chow mein. I vastly prefer these two compared to their beef soup noodles. It just has a stronger flavor profile that suits my taste buds more. As for the appetizers, skip the chicken wings. It was $8 for 4 tiny pieces and It's just not worth it. The Teppan Squid and their BBQ pork belly were both AMAZING. It is really strong and flavorful so I would only recommend them if you like strong bold flavors with a bit of spicy kick. Overall, this time I really enjoyed my meal and we got 2 free noodle dishes! I do think the prices are reasonable for the location they are in. They also still charge 2.4% for using your credit card which is quite disappointing.

The dish comes with a thick flat super chewy ribbon noodle. It doesn't look like a big portion, but the noodles never seem to end! We particularly loved the aromatic garlicy spicy oil, which was full of umami and slightly sweet. It coated the noodles perfectly without making it seem like a noodle soup. The spice doesn't hit you at first, but sure enough it comes back with a vengeance. Be cautious if you decide to up the spice levels! It comes with quite a bit of seafood - scallops, baby abalone and crawfish tails. We've never really had crawfish tails in Chinese cuisine, so this was quite interesting. Make sure to suck on the tail before you de-shell to really get all the umami, and then dip the tail back into the spicy oil for a burst of flavour. Surprisingly, the chewy texture of the seafood complemented the noodles really well. Customer service here is impeccable. We saw nearby tables with phone holders, which we suspect you can request if you want to eat and watch your videos in peace. Of course with the thick noodles:) I definitely recommend coming here as the service and the food was exceptional.
