Just about any small town will have a limited supply of customer service oriented staff, but they seem to keep great people working here. Both the drive thru and dine in options area good choices. The two advantages of the dine in experience would be the machine that can select many different varieties of Coke products. Also it's often said your food comes out quicker at inside, but this could all be conjecture. We have never had a bad experience in several years except when the line wraps around the building during rush times. It's right off the I-24 and easy to get to, but be mindful of the tank trap style potholes near the Shell Station entrance.
