Employee gave me a lot of excuses about being busy but planly said my order was skipped over when asked about Parmesan cheese she said pizza hut no longer gives it away that it must be purchased! They wonder why they are loosing the pizza wars! This location is so sub par it's not even funny. The staff just don't seem to care. I don't know how other pizza huts have decent pizza and wings and this location is so bad. It is connected to a gas station so that should tell you all you need to know about the atmosphere of the restaurant. I just ordered a pizza from this shithole because I'm under the weather and nobody else delivers....and even after knowing it was going to be awful, I couldn't imagine how awful it would be. I don't believe it's possible to make this bad of a pizza without doing it on purpose -The dough was completely raw and so thick. The amount of dough would have been enough to make 4-5 pizzas -There was literally no sauce on it -The few pieces of ham that were on it, were burnt to a complete and utter crisp -Also ordered pinapple and spinach and literally 3-4 peices in total for all slices was put on the whole thing -Lastly, borderline no cheese How do they screw things up so bad. read more

Horrible establishment. Always late. Never more than 1 driver on duty. Store run by a bunch of untrained kids that don't know the difference between Canadian bacon & pepperoni. Regular participant in false advertising (list price for 12 wings but only delivers 8). Absolute zero rating. Pizza was over an hour late. Wings had no sauce. I like this place. I've ordered many times and have no complaints. They even have a drive through which is genius because I don't have to get the baby out of the car when I pick up my order. Ya know, It's Pizza Hut! Pizza it what it is and has been that way for 40 years. This place is Pick up and Delivery only. I have the Pizza Hut app on my phone thinking taking the human ness out of things might increase the consistency. Well still can't get the order right. Last week, I got an email order confirmation but before I could get there they gave my pizza to someone else. this week they must have put the wrong pizza in my box (toppings on pizza didnt match toppings ON box). App says I cant get delivery but the cashier at the store says otherwise after looking at the map. The store has only been open a few months so hopefully they'll get the kinks worked out 'cause the other pizza places here are.... well.... 1/2 star places on a good day, but thats another review! read more

Don't waste your time or money! This place never gets your order right. If you order wings make sure you have a bottle of barbecue or wing sauce at home because you'll be lucky to get a teaspoon of sauce on 24 wings. They are always backed up. We've waited 2 hours to get our order more than once. They told us it would take 25 minutes. We nearly missed the Super Bowl kickoff due to this place. I've given them plenty of chances but I'm finally done after tonight. We'll be ordering from the Springfield store from now on. read more

Even though Pizza Hut normally has pretty great pizza, this Pizza Hut location is one of the worst that I have ever encountered. First of all, when paying with a debit card on a to go order, I left no tip but for some reason extra money ended up being taken off my card; this can only mean that they took money from me without me knowing. Again, when a pizza was delivered to my house and I did not offer to tip the driver, the driver said "you know we only get paid $2.50, so a tip would help." Obviously I feel obligated to tip her after that. However, I know that the delivery drivers do not actually make $2.50... When did Pizza Hut decide it was okay to lie and steal people's money? I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone if you value your hard work and money. read more

I want to start by saying that I am normally not one to complain about bad experiences. I understand that things happen at times. It takes a lot for me to take the time to complain. The Pizza Hut Store at 2627 York Road, Pleasant View, TN 37146 is our closest store and covers our home address for delivery. We placed an online order # through the website on 11/17/17 @ 6:07pm because the iPhone app was not working correctly. I received an email stating the delivery time would be 6:35. We waited until 7:05 and called the store to see if it was out for delivery and was told the delivery driver left with our food at 6:29. We received our food at 7:12 (we live 2 miles away). I understand we could have ordered carryout, but we wanted the convience of delivery based on our long, busy day. After all, the delivery area does not extend very far out anyways. Upon opening the box meal deal, everything was barely warm at best and the crust was very soft and not fully cooked. I strongly believe now, after multiple bad experiences that this is not just a bad day, but consistently bad service. We have had several issues at this location, even having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes at the store for carryout after being given the time it would be available. We were offered a free pizza after our last bad experience, so we decided to give them another try after receiving our free pizza last time. Clearly there are consistent issues that need to be addressed and resolved. I don't expect every time to be perfect, but I also don't expect every time to be a bad experience either. read more

This Pizza Hut is ususally late on its order but tonight was AWFUL. We ordered at 7:18 and was told 20-25 minutes. Too make a long story short,I did not get the pizza until 8:22. The manager never offered a discount or credit for next time. There were several very upset customers. This the last straw for me at this resturant. read more

I usually NEVER write reviews unless it's a nicer restaurant or something I absolutely love, but this Pizza Hut is neither. It is TERRIBLE. Not only does the pizza always come out differently, (super saucy, dry, barely any cheese, or sometimes even kinda spicy), but the service is ridiculously horrible. I mean it's Pizza Hut...I feel like they should always be the same, and the workers don't have too complicated of a job. Wow the 5 dollar flavor menu is awesome we can get wings,pizza ,and bread sticks all for 5 bucks .We love are PizzaHut !
