Actual hours are 10-6. 7 days a week. Closed major holidays only. Been driving by all week on the way to and from biking. We are camping on this side of town. The boys got burgers..... I was skeptical when we pulled up to Moab Giants. And I wasn't sure it was worth the admission price. But we had seen the reviews and heard the recommendations. Plus the cashier at the entrance gave us a discount since we were a large group and it was late in the day. I'm so glad we went! Our kids (ages 10-13) LOVED this attraction. They really enjoyed the swings and play areas, they had a great time in the VR aquarium and the museum, but they positively loved the dinosaur trail. There are a huge number of dinosaurs and they are very realistic. Many of them can be accessed and touched/climbed on and the kids were thrilled. The adults liked it also as there were info signs all along the path that gave info on the dinosaurs, their history, where they lived and where their bones/fossils were found. Don't judge a book by its cover (or its price) This place is worth visiting if you have kids and are looking for a nice diversion when visiting Moab. read more

Visited today with my family. We were the last visitors for this year. My 2 kids waited for this visit since they heard about this museum. They had great time. The aquarium was amazing and the guided tour was really interesting for adults and kids. The 3d there gives a lively feeling. The dinosaur exhibition is fantastic and my kids enjoyed it immensely! read more

We arrived in Moab, UT to ride the trails and see the Dinosaurs. We were so excited to be going to the Moab Giants museum to see all the exhibits however, this establishment would not allow my service dog to accompany me???? I showed the man at the ticket counter my service dog registration card and was told that I had to be physically disabled in order to have the dog with me to open doors or if I was blind!!!! What???? I looked up the laws for Utah thinking maybe they were different here but, they are the same. I was so upset after reading that this establishment went against service dog laws that I didn't even want to go afterwards!!! Extremely disappointed!!! read more

Went in at 4 pm, sign says closes at 5 and we were told sorry we're closed and a person in there just ordered .... bad form!!!!

This was a great family attraction, was able to see the entire park in about 2 hrs. I feel it was very over priced. Probably would not go again just because of the price, if prices went down would be worth making another trip. read more

This place is amazing. I suggest getting the full pass. I took my 5 and 7 year old here and it was such an amazing experience for them. Staff was extremely friendly, facility was very clean, and everything else was very well maintained. This is Moabs newest hidden Gem. Highly highly recommended. read more

I was really unsure from the highway but thought I might entertain the 4yo kid for a while. I was shocked. This place is awesome. We got the discovery pass which includes the 1.5mi trail looking at the dinosaurs. They are life sized and although this seems like a long trail in the desert heat, there are little Dino strollers and multiple stops for digs and cooling stations. The pass also includes the aquarium, a 10min movie about the Big Bang theory and museum. The aquarium is 3D and walks you through some water fish/dinos. The museum has some really neat fossils and fun activities for the kids. Overall has cool technology. Would definitely recommend coming and spending 1-2hrs. Totally worth the price. read more

3 and under is free, which was great for us. My 3.5 year old literally squealed and sprinted from dino to dino. They've got a decent enough playground and picnic tables. And a huge T-Rex framed with the epic background of Arches. Any dinosaur fan in your family will be delighted. read more

Cool little place, more expensive than I think it should be. We paid over $60 for 2 adults and 1 kid for the indoor and out door experience. The 3d theater was ok, but the 3d aquarium was cool, especially the special effects at the end. The museum itself is probably great for little kids, but we had a 15 year old with us. We were not super impressed. The out door activites consisted of a trail that ran through the back of the property and had dino info and statues and a few play area, again better for a younger child. read more

My wife and I went to this park as a rest between a drive from Phoenix to Denver. It was a nice little stop along the way. It had plenty to do including an outdoor dinosaur exhibit, an indoor interactive exhibit in the A.C. and a 3D "aquarium" that was great for little kids. There is even a restaurant on the grounds, however, we did not eat there so we can't really base our review on it. Our main reasoning for dropping it down an a star is that it was a little expensive for everything that was offered. We have been to other places that have cosy half that. Definitely don't go there unless you want to spend a few bucks. read more

This was a cute place to stop but for the limited amount they had to offer I felt was way over priced. For 2 adults and 2 kids it was over $70. It wasn't an all day attraction. Spent less than 2 hours there. They offer a 10 min 3D movie and another 10 min aquarium 3D adventure. Seeing the life size dinosaurs took about 30 min to walk around. The kids had fun but we have no plans on going back. read more

I understand that not all businesses allow ESA animals and I respect that. But traveling with someone that needs one, I do not appreciate a condescending and rude attitude from the ticket counter. The place looked interesting but I will not recommend any place that. No one should be treated that way. Plus for $22 an adult it is expensive for the experience. read more

Great place! Food was very tasty especially the pterodactyl sandwich and trex burger! We also ate BBQ sandwich and it was amazing, really! The Best sandwich I've ever eaten! I also recommend the Moab Lemonade with fruits! Also, outside the cafe is a really cool place, not only for kids but also adults- a lot of interesting attractions especially Paleo Aquarium! Not worth the money. Both aquarium and movie show is close to useless. Kids can spend time in walking around the loop and look at dinosaurs plastic statues. May be ok for kids and adult money is a total waste. Spend time at a better place. read more

It looks hokey from the highway. Couple of dinos, a gift shop, standard tourist cheese, right? But it's great! I toured the park with two other adults and we all really enjoyed it. Looks like it would be fun for kids too, with sandbox areas near the entrance for them to dig for dino treasures. The main feature is LOTS of dinosaurs, very high quality and lifelike, arranged along a 1/2-mile trail. Plus informative signs, restrooms, benches, and cooldown stations with tarps and misters to help deal with the Moab sun. The dinos stealthily peering out at you from the shrubbery--ala the raptors in Jurassic Park--were a nice touch. The length of the walk and the 'keep off the dinos' signs might be a bit much for smaller kids. But the best dinos are at the beginning and end of the trail loop, so maybe kids wouldn't need to do the entire trail. Paying the $6 extra for the full-access package is worth it, because the 'aquarium' is really good. It's a series of very well done 3D movies of aquatic dinos led by a tour guide, with a full sensurround treat at the end. Really, I enjoyed it more than the Jurassic World movie, and thought it was much more worth the money spent. (Serious tip: hang onto the rail in the final room!) The museum is also surprisingly good, much nicer and more interesting than expected. Prices in the gift shop are reasonable for tourist stuff. The t-shirt and hoodie designs are nice, and they carry a few dino-themed things I haven't seen elsewhere. The cafe is nice, with the expected dino-themed snacks. Moab Giants has a two-level parking lot, the lower level is great for cars and is close to the entrance. The upper level is RV-friendly. The only downside, if you could call it that, is the name of the place. Moab Giants, PaleoSafari, PaleoCamp, Dinosaur Tracks Museum, it's all the same place and a bit confusing. Overall a solid deal and very enjoyable. Highly recommended, particularly if anyone in your group loves dinos. read more

Our children, ages 21, 12, 10, and 3 absolutely loved this place. The 3 year focused on the playground and being pulled in a dinosaur egg. The other three enjoyed the rest of the attractions. The only reason I gave this place four stars is because I thought the tickets were expensive. We didn't eat in the cafe because of the high prices there too, but it looked fun for the kids with the dinosaur theme. Overall, I'm sure your kids will enjoy this place too. read more

Three adults and no kids here but we loved the park! The trail with all the dinosaurs was fun to walk through; all of the statues were realistic and staged entertainingly. The interactive museum was very interesting with touch displays and video overlays on lifelike models. The gift shop had some fun knick-knacks and T-shirts too. I was in Moab for the weekend and kept driving by this place. I don't have kids but my boyfriend and I stopped in and really enjoyed our experience. The layout of this museum is fun and educational for all ages. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Moab! read more

Didn't go in. Asking questions to only employee I saw working gift shop and entrance window. Didn't want to answer my questions, said I needed to go around to entrance window. BUT she would be the one helping me... Not real friendly either. Oh and it's outside in the dirt but not allowed to take my very well behaved dog. Only a couple cars in the parking lot on a very busy Friday afternoon in Moab. I wanted to look around gift shop but was so unfriendly I changed my mind. read more
