Don't look @ the rating just yet. Almost a month ago, I was getting ready for bed. I turned out the lights, & started hearing a noise, I sat up in my bed, listened more intently, got out of bed, low and behold, there was a "water fall" streaming out of my ceiling light/fan fixture in the bathroom! I ran to the kitchen to get pot, pans, towels, whatever I got my hands on to put under the, "water fall." Needless to say, by the time I did that, my bathroom was flooded. It took ALOT of towels/time, (mind you, that took time out of my day to wash/dry & money out of my pocket to pay for what was NOT MY FAULT) to get that mess cleaned up. Next, I had to take off of work, so someone could asses the damages. Now, I have to take more time out of my schedule, to move everything out of my bathroom, (again, that means taking off of work w/NO HELP OR COMPENSATION FROM the MANAGEMENT COMPANY of MHA) so the restoration company can start removal of ceiling, & possible wall (s) too. In speaking w/my neighbor, who was awoken by the same "water fall" in his apartment that same night. The restoration company removed the roof 02/28/22, today, 03/04/22, the roof in his shower is still covered w/plastic. He was told 2 days for repairs... MHA management is telling me it will take 2 days for completion. I will keep readers of Yelp informed how my situation goes, until then... I will DEFENITLLY give it a true rating after this renovation/restoration is completed. For now, i stand by my 1 star rating, cause you can't give anything less then that. read more

This complex says that they are ADA compliant but they are not. Heavy doors with no electric openers. They cannot seem to control their parking and do not seem to care. From the day I moved in it has been quite a challenge. The people who work here are of no help. I would never recommend any of emmet apartments anywhere. 1 Star cause of location, gym and pool. DONT LIVE HERE. Apartments outdated and need to be refurbished. Had to spray the shit out of my apartment due to roaches and shit everywhere, the fridge in the apartment had roaches in it I had to take it apart and clean it myself. The vent in the restroom had piles of dust lodged in it. My shower had some sore of small tiny grout mites of some sort in it. Had to bleach the whole bathroom wall ceiling everything to get rid of those mfs. The portal be freezing up when I be tryna put maintenance requests in. It's just a lot. ESPECIALLY my military guys man go find a nice spot do your research. I ended up here cause I desperately needed a spot. read more

Military members or any cilivian do not move into these apartments unless you have no other choice. My name is A. Lee, I recently moved out of these Apartments and was Charged for the replacement of an old Carpet 382.12 that i was told was going to be replaced. I was charged 212 for painting. A cleaning fee of 335 which i agree with and some install LVP fee of 250.00 in other words the tenants pay for all up keep and maint. That is supose to be taken care of by the Apt. Complex. And say good by to your deposit. I am a Senior enlisted leader so it do not hurt as much. For you junior enlisted and young JO's save your money. So this does not happen to any one else i will be contacting My Housing officer. And the Joint Base Senior Enlisted Leaders and their housing officers so member can be armed with this info prior to moving into these apartments. I have not mentioned the mold covered popcorn ceiling that keeps getting painted over I was able to take pictures of all of these issues. read more

We lived here two years. Overall the apartments are what they are...no air conditioning, so they can get hot. Of course, folks need to know that air conditioner's can be installed if you have a medical condition (asthma or something similar). We did, and they charged us an extra $50 a month, but I don't know if that money was acually applied to the utilities. We had a dog, and paid the pet deposit plus an extra $75 a month. We broke our lease a few months early and lucky enough for us they rented it out pretty quick. Of couse, we didn't expect to see our deposit returned based on previous reviews, but we were shocked to find out we actually OWED them money!!! That's right!! Our deposit, plus security deposit, plus the $75 a month pet fee was not enough to cover things. They had hidden "fees" called service fee for $100 and another for $200 that they couldn't explain....they just said they are routine and we had to pay...yeah, OK. We did the walk through inspection upon leaving and even though the girl was friendly, she was very careful to write everything down. It's funny, becasue she actually closed the blinds (to make the room dark) and went through with a black light looking for spots or discoloring in the carpet that wasn't visible to the naked eye....WHAT??? Were we told to use a black light and inspect our carpets when we moved in???? Of course not!!!! So, of couse they found little spots, and said we had to replace both carpets including padding underneath. In our humble opinion, just expect the same treatment. We tried to give a fair rating to this place the last several times, but the management team is pretty bad. Hopefully some will read this and be prepared. read more

Me & my boyfriend lived here together for 2 years & beforehand he lived in a different unit 2 buildings down with a friend for a year. With all the problems & unfixed issues we had to deal with their 2 bedrooms are not worth the $1,700 a month. Even during the initial walk through I found alot wrong with the place. Our door was missing chunks out of it & the paint job looked like it was slapped on last minute. There were literally spots that still had painters tape in the corners. I also learned that they did not prime the walls. I would use Command strips to try & hang our keys or Christmas lights & even those objects were enough to peel the paint off the walls! The craftsmanship just sucks. Out of the 9 window leavers in our apartment 4 of them broke within a year of us living here! And the light switch in our 2nd bedroom broke as well. There were so many other random issues as well. While living here we stopped having running water 3 times! No notice of maintenance, no nothing, just went to the bathroom or kitchen and oh look no water. Everytime I tried to call the office to figure out the issue the phones were always busy and their voice mail box is forever full so I couldn't even get a return call back. To this day I still have no clue why the water randomly stopped running. And it's not because lack of bill pay either because 1) we always paid our utility bill way in advance of the due date and 2) even if it was late they still need to give a warning before shutting off services. The washer & dryers constantly break along with the front gate. Which btw does nothing because even if you don't have a key card or number for a resident to let you in they let everyone in anyways so it might as well not be there at all. The guest parking is non-existent and don't even think about letting your friends park in the resident stalls because 1) even resident lots are limited so all your neighbors will hate you and 2) a tow truck company roves the complex almost every night so they will get towed! I even ran into a women who had her truck towed even though it clearly had the resident sticker visible. Another thing they stress in the lease is that this is a "drug free community" but like 4 days out of the week there was still a strong weed smell floating into our windows. And we lived on the 4th floor near the top of the hill! This went on the whole time we lived here so they obviously do nothing about the constant drug use in their complex. I've spoken to many fellow residents that live in all different parts of the complex and they all have negative stories about this place whether it be maintenance issues, being double charged for rent because the office "lost" their check and so on. Also be prepared for constant lawn work noise but at the same time still having crappy landscape. The maintenance team seems to work everyday to keep the main road & front of the buildings looking nice but have gone weeks without touching the grass in the back of the buildings (where the residents mainly are & walk through). I can't count the number of times they let the grass get too high then when they do cut it leave the clippings all over so then you get the joy of walking over wet clumps of dead grass on the sidewalks. The pool is another issue. I've never been to the Lower Pool but we lived right by the Upper Pool and the 4 times I went in, it was filthy. Yet the pool and party area are always taken up by family's having parties there and once a party is there it's pretty impossible to enjoy any pool time there as they will be there all day without any regard for others. On the plus side if you have a Pit Bull it's welcome here! The pet application says it is not but literally half the dogs I saw here are full blood pit bulls. One of our neighbors even had 3 massive ones he'd openly walk everyday. I have nothing against Pit Bulls but it says a lot about them that they'd put a rule in place and even they won't follow their own rules. I still wouldn't recommend having a pet here though. They charge a monthly fee and no that money will not cover any damages made by your pet, that's extra. The one star I gave they did earn because 1) the location is perfect if you work on JBPPH or anywhere in that area. And while the appointment making was a headache they did seem to be reasonable with what they charged us on move out. BUT speaking of move out even if you give advance notice of the exact date you're moving out they still charge you for the full month. You get refunded the days you weren't living there with your security deposit return but when you're in the middle of a move it's better to have the money in hand instead of it coming a month later (which is about how long it took for us to receive our deposit back) There's A LOT more I can warn you about for this place but seriously just don't live in this headache of a complex unless you're that desperate to find a place in the area. read more

You wouldn't think I'd give 5-start to essentially an apartment complex, but the units are large and well kept, the gated entrance keeps unwanted element out, and the pool and clubhouse has a million-dollar view! I've been there many times over the years for pool parties and almost always get the best pictures of the year of my kids. It's very well kept, and tenants can reserve the facility anytime they want! OK, the road that leads up to the apartments makes you think you're about to hit a dead-end road you don't want to hit, but you will be pleasantly surprised. You'll need to know someone that lives there to get in, as you'll have to kit a button, talk to the speaker, and get the gate released remotely. That's part of the charm (and safety) that I appreciate! read more

I wanted to re-review since I've moved (a little over a year ago). I was very happy with this place when we first moved in. Even right after the renovations it was nice. However, there are a few glaring problems and annoyances that forced me to move as soon as my lease was up after two years. Now, it's been a year and I'm not sure if these are still problems but you may want to ask! 1) Parking is very stressful. You do not get an assigned spot if you live in the older buildings. You have to be home by a certain time if you want to get parking (like 6 pm). So don't even think about going to hang out and come home. You better stay at a friend's house overnight. 2) Utilities are ridiculously expensive. I was paying $200+ per month in Utilities because they charge for EVERYTHING and it is not based on your usage, but the usage of your building and then the number of people on your lease. 3) Cockroaches. Now I didn't have any inside my apartment, but I also used the roach motels. But the big cockroaches (B52s) definitely come out to play at night outside. So many that my son was afraid to walk at night from the car. Where I currently live I have none of these problems and I'm in a two bedroom for much less than I was paying for a one bedroom there. Like I said, this was a little over a year ago when I lived there. I think living in the newer much more expensive apartments may not have these problems. But I've only known military personnel who can afford it because they take all of their living expense allowance. Also, they look like hotel rooms and not a "home" so they don't seem very functional. From the very beginning this apartment complex was a complete and utter disaster. To begin, we were told that we would be setting up an appointment to look at the newer apartments...when we showed up, Thomas tells us there are no apartments available but we have these lovely old, dirty, cheap, prison style apartments. We give it a try because we fell into the trap of thinking "it won't be so bad or so hot"...we were completely fooled. The day we moved in, it looked like all of the paint was done by a 3 year old, the cabinets were repainted very poorly and there were dead cockroaches in almost every cabinet. Not only was the apartment awful, we were told we couldn't look at it before we moved in but we could look at a model apartment which looked pretty decent but it had all new appliances, floors, no gross brown carpet, and no bugs but we could look at our new apartment from the parking lot like okay..? Parking was also a huge issue because there aren't nearly enough spots as there are for the amount of residents which is absurd because you have to pay for it. Also there is little to no guest parking therefore it's almost impossible to guarantee someone they can visit because there probably will be nowhere to park. The trash is also a big issue. The dump trucks come for hours on end while also the lawn care people come for the entire day and are loud as hell but i swear aren't actually doing anything besides blowing leaves around. Considering the windows don't shut all the way, it's pretty hard to hear you and your spouse even speak to one another without yelling. When it comes to maintenance issues, I'm sure you'll be able to tell from other reviews, but it's god awful. We had multiple instances where things broke/fell apart and they would come, look at it, say they'll come back, and never hear from them again. It's also very inconsistent when it comes to communicating with the leasing office. Hardly anyone can give you good, clear answers and that's if you can even get someone to pick up the phone. While it didn't effect us directly, we were aware of several other residents whose cars were broken into often...some good security, huh? While the pictures online are solely digital images of the newer units, there are very few of those and it's more of a way to trap you in. Any-who, best wishes if you live here or plan to. Be prepared to not get your security deposit back afterwards because they don't tell you they're going to charge you for a bunch of random cleaning procedures. read more

Edited to update some of these things, & Disclaimer: my review is mostly for Bldg 1224, and doesn't reflect on the entirety of the property. Your mileage may vary. I wrote this review in frustration, gave it 1 star, and had time to sleep on it, and I changed it to be more fairly reviewed. The good: - Was easy to get settled in. - Decent location. - Maintenance crew. - Feedback: they care about these reviews, and are quick to do what they can to help. To be completely transparent, that is why I am editing it now, I realized I was a bit harsh. - The floors are very easy to clean, I much prefer these to carpet floors. - Their resident portal is convenient. Bad before, but was/will be addressed: -- Plumbing: 5 days after moving in, the pipes burst from the upstairs tenant pouring grease down their drain, not only causing my apartment to flood with water for the next day and a half - but also resulting in the need to shut off the water main several times over the course of the next week, as it was repaired. When I discovered where the leak was coming from in my apartment - I saw pipes that looked like they hadn't been maintained in decades...as there was nasty buildup on the pipes, and chunks of rotting wood floating in the water, thankfully the maintenance team was ON POINT and got it fixed relatively quickly. **I blame the previous tenants for NOT putting in work orders to fix things! ** -- Laundry: **Normal wear and tear occurs, making many of them not function. People don't put in work orders, and I am going to personally try to be the one that does it.** You have to buy a laundry card, and are charged $2 a wash, and $2 to dry. A bit of a culture shock if you're used to having in-house units, or cheaper laundry machines that take pocket change. -- No A/C in most of the apartments: It sucks, but it really is more of a privilege instead of a right. Airflow keeps the place pretty cooled down if you open a window, or you could always grab a small personal A/C unit. -- Utilities: Utilities changed from being a moderate $150 a month to nearly doubling after my time I moved in. I assumed I was blatantly lied to, but there was recently issues on an infrastructural level that spiked them so high. I DO wish it wasn't averaged out though among all tenants, so I could actually save money - and not pay for everyone else's utilities. -- Apartment dirty on move in: The floors were basically coated in what seemed like months of dirt, completely blame the previous tenants for not taking the time to clean when they move out. Sure - the company could hire cleaners before move-in to spruce things up a bit, but I understand it could be pricey if they did it for every apartment. -- Appliances: The metal rack that rests on the stove top was PAINTED over. Placing a single pan on it had the paint flaking off within seconds, and this cant be healthy if it burns up. **I will probably be taking the time to request a replacement if possible, because there is no way to know who actually did that.** The bad: -- Roaches: Building 1224 is antiquated, and will be getting refurbished in the future, but for the time being, the bug problem can be pretty bad. It's practically unavoidable in Hawaii. They offer free extermination options to try and remedy the issue the best they can. -- Parking: horrible - you will only find a spot 2-4 buildings away from where you live after returning from work. There is an absurd amount of reserved spots taken up by cars that DON'T move, and are basically used as storage. -- Noise: Dogs are barking constantly past the quiet hours of the night. There are families who let their children play outside and scream at the top of their lungs. There are constant complaints of women who stand outside on a phone call, yelling at their SO over the phone. I don't -- Lazy pet owners: Absolute land mines of dog poop scattered across the lawns and sidewalks. A community email will launch asking "Please clean up after your pets! We even provided bags around the property." And people continue to be lazy and ignore their responsibility as pet owners. -- Tenants and weed: Personally - I don't care if people smoke weed. However, I do care, when there is a strict no-smoking policy here, and I constantly smell it. **I never want to be the person making multiple formal complaints against tenants, I just wish they knew better.** If things greatly improve in the long run, I'd be happy to renew my lease next year, and it seems to me like a lot of the issues I have fall on rude/lazy tenants that should probably be confronted more sternly. read more

This apartment complex is in a great location and the newer apartment units are beautiful with well kept landscape, energy efficient appliances and a new gym. But if you plan on moving in here...DONT! In building 1222 the fire alarm goes off randomly and forces everyone to evacuate for no safety reason and it's always in the middle of the night, if you plan on doing laundry save yourself the time and frustration and just go do it somewhere else because loading money onto your card never works...it would be easier to just have laundry machines that accept coins, if you want to live in a safe building that's not possible because the door to the building has been broken for months and jams open so anyone can get in, they tell you it'll only cost you $60 a month for utilities but in reality it's always over $100 because they combine the buildings total usage and split it amongst the tenants. In the almost two years I've lived in this same apartment here I've had maintenance try and enter my apartment at random times multiple times without any reason....when I brought it up to management they apologized but had no corrective action, no explanation , and never followed up with any information. There are no security cameras in any of the parking garages, elevators, or hallways. There is a roving security man on a golf cart and a gate tenant when you enter the main area but break-ins still happen . The pool deck has had issues with only 1/6 grills working since I moved in years ago and most of the umbrellas are broken due to the position and layout of the pool, it sits at the base of a valley between two buildings that add to the strength of wind that blows down towards the pool making it hard to enjoy . Moanalua has a lot of potential but constantly drops the ball in tenant satisfaction. When my lease is up next year I will be leaving. read more

First of all Joni took the utmost interest and care for my girlfriend and I while we needed things fixed. Kevin was also very helpful and understanding in the process. I'd really like to Highlight the work done by Tala and the other gentleman (sorry, never caught brahdahs name). They both worked really hard on a Saturday to fix the things that needed work. They went above and beyond what I was expecting! The worked really hard to address all the concerns that we had gone over with Joni. I gotta say for a Resident Manager to take time out of her day twice to come down with the guys who do the work and make sure it's all gonna be taken care of... That really makes me appreciate this place that much more! You have all made my girlfriend and I feel appreciated and cared for!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. it isn't safe and there'll be no one to help you. someone walked into my apartment on a Saturday evening while I was in the shower, took a bunch of valuables, and my house key. resident services told me that they couldn't do anything to help me until Monday. update: we moved out and they did not return our deposit despite being told that we would at least get 1/3 back during our final inspection. I'd also like to add that since the move, we've been saving about $150 a month on electric. Moanalua Hillside charged us an average of $230 monthly. we're currently paying $80 a month with a washer and dryer in our pet friendly unit with no roach problem like we did when we lived here. I really regret not moving sooner. I don't miss the dirty laundry facilities, no parking, constant blackouts, roaches, and lack of any type of assistance. read more

At first glance these apartments aren't awful. But the more you get attempt to get cozy in your new place these things start to catch your attention. Baseboards are rotting away and I didn't notice this until I tried to clean them. The landscapers will just run the leaf blowers and blow all the dirt straight into your apartment. The costumer service is here is very disrespectful and rude. I hope nobody else makes the mistake of living here. I have an 8 month old who just discovered crawling and I turn my back for 5 seconds and has pieces of paint in his mouth. Paint is peeling EVERYWHERE. Yes there is maintenance who come when you request... but do you think I'd be complaining if they actually did their job? They could give less fucks about maintaining and making these apartments habitable. I was told that they would make renovations while I was out of town but that never happened. I am shocked at some of these reviews! Frankly, as a professional who has worked in real estate as well as an Emergency 911 Dispatcher for The City of St. Paul, MN I am love living here!! Being a transplant from Minnesota, Kellen, Julie, Rebecca and so many other staff here have assisted us, provided recommendations and went above and beyond their duties. I had concerns about not living with air conditioning. Julie showed us several units to chose as our new home and we picked a lower level unit that is shaded by the hill. The heat has not is NOT a problem here. The tradewinds blow thru the entire apt. It is beautiful and CLEAN here. The renovations are wonderful. We have gated 24 hour security as well as guards who patrol all night. I feel safe sleeping with my windows open on the ground level. There is rules here. As there has to be when you share tight spaces together as a community. We don't all want to hear loud booming music all day and night. Parking is patrolled as it also has to be so tenets have a place to park. On Labor day, our door lock fell off. I called the office and a maintenance man was here on a holiday in a hour!! Marlon the maintenance man is awesome. He even replaced it with an entire brand new lock not just a "duct tape" fix. He even saw me walking up the hill later that day and gave me a ride on a golf cart to my door. Like my first paragraph, the reviews here not only for the apts themselves but the dis to the hardworking kind people who work hard every day. I am truly sad. The pool area is awesome! Good size and you can find a chair! They allow TWO pets here as well as larger dogs. I enjoy the island life here. Wild cats outside that are fun to visit with. I have a rooster who wakes me up every morning. I moved to the islands just for these experiences. I would recommend living here unless you like to drink, party, like loud booming music, yelling and fighting..then maybe not so much. Of course there is some bugs, ants and such. This is an ISLAND! There is no way to get rid of them. If you have a problem they will professionally spray for them. read more

I have lived here over 3 years now and I love it. It is a perfect location to where I don't have to fight traffic to and from my job. The staff is very friendly and professional and do a great job in assisting with any of my needs. I really appreciate their understanding of the residents parking concerns, because of all of the renovations on the property. It did not take them much time to resolve the issue. It is a great family oriented properly with some great amenities. I am very happy that it is pet friendly, I can get my workout in and then jump in the pool while grilling a steak. read more

This place is the worst. Don't even look here for residency. Their pictures are the complete opposite of what you really get. They've just repainted the old apartments but refuse to fix things that need to be fixed. Plumbing has two shared lines, through the bathroom and sink, that and each floor uses the same line. So if you're on the bottom floor and let's say your upper neighbor throws grease and rice down the sink, it clogs the lines and floods the bottom floor. My apartment has flooded 3 times. Their initial fix was to uncap the bottom drainage access, which was right outside my door and left it like that for a week while it overflowed sink water into my porch. It was absolutely disgusting. Then they charged me an outrageous moving fee for damages their problem caused! The appliances are old and rusted. Their fix for every move in is to layer new paint across everything and everything sticks to the paint even after it's dry. The doors stick to the door jams, dish ware sticks to the cupboard, pantry items stick to the shelves, and then the paint will chip off who knows how many years worth of layered paint. Theft is high in this area. I've had packages stolen within minutes of fedex drop off. My vehicle has been ransacked. Twice my vehicle has been hit in the parking lot and no witnesses. There are zero cameras on the premises except at the front gate, which lets anyone in during the day. Parking is an absolute nightmare during the weekdays and construction often takes up what little parking there is. The walls are paper so thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors to the street. All utilities are shared so if your neighbors like to leave the lights on or has a household of 6 that showers everyday, you pay for it. Save yourself the headache and don't be fooled by the scenery. Look elsewhere. read more

This place is horrible, the leasing agents will have you believe it's beautiful and clean , when in fact it's Disgustingly dirty dog feces everywhere lots of dogs. The units are pretty run down inside I would not recommend moving there its far over priced and the management there is a bunch of self serving robots. Move in and out is super easy here, but the management isn't worth the stay. The leasing office people are kind and hard working, love the maintenance crew as well! but between conversations with staff and my own personal conversation with the manager Barbie, im sad to have supported such a bs corporate company. They do not take care of their staff (i'm honestly shocked with the treatment they get away with) and heavily misinform their tenants. Thought my health and safety was in good hands, read up on some things regarding the water situation to find that management takes little to no care for it and are not informed or educated at all. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If there was a ZERO star option, I'd choose that. I lived there for almost a year but had to break the lease early because I couldn't bare to live there anymore. It's a terrible experience and here's why... *$2000+ a month plus extra utility fees that is shared with your building. *NO air conditioning, NO portable air conditioning allowed. It gets extremely hot especially at night, even with 3 fans on us, my husband and I couldn't sleep under ANY blankets... *NO dishwasher. You'd think for the price there would at least be dishwashers! Nope. *NO washer/dryer. They have community washer/dryers you have to pay to use each time. *NO PARKING! If you want to park within the complex you have to pay, but good luck finding a spot! You might have to park on the road outside of the complex, which is also packed too. If you want guests to visit, especially over night, don't let them park. They'll get towed. Don't park on the street (even though they say it's allowed) you'll get towed. Very easy to get in a little car accident in the parking lot. *TERRIBLE management/employees. If they don't want to answer your question or don't feel like dealing with your problems, they simply will ignore you and don't reply to you. They're not there to help. They're just working against their residents. *VERY loud maintenance work almost every morning. Good luck trying to ever sleep in! I once had someone pressure wash INSIDE my apartment from under my front door for about 30 minutes and I've got videos! Dirt and water was everywhere. *When you move out you can choose to be present at the apartment inspection or not. We chose to be present so they wouldn't charge us for things we didn't need to be charged for. Well they did the inspection without us, didn't even give us a call that it was happening. We weren't present. They made up excuse after excuse why they didn't allow us to be present. They charged us for things that weren't even dirty or broken. Then they sent us pictures after they sent us the charges and someone was already moved in and said "that makes up for you not being at the inspection". So for your sake, PLEASE don't move here. These people are taking so much money and you're going to get nothing but bad out of it. Worst apartment complex ever! read more

This is an update from when we first moved into Moanalua Hillside. We stayed there for 2 years, although my last 6 months I wanted to just break my lease. The first year was good. There was a lot of parking near our building, laundry rooms weren't as occupied to use during the day, and when we walked our dogs it was enjoyable. After that it went downhill. When we first moved in we were told that they were getting rid of a lot of reserved stalls to open up for the residents. It seemed true, because throughout the first year, we saw them painting over the reserved stalls, however, now there seem to be more reserve stalls than anything. For example, the parking lot where the laundry room is where you have to go to load your laundry card, that area had a lot of open stalls to park in, now it is all reserved stalls. Mostly all the stalls when you first enter pass the gate is now reserved stalls. When I asked how I would be able to get a reserved stall, they said I can't unless it's a medical reason and you need to pay an extra fee, something like $175. Yet for their new rentals reserved parking is included in the rent? The laundry rooms are always crowded. Many of them slam the washer and dryer doors, and when it's time to empty the lint trap, they bang the crap out of it. The washers near our building was always leaking water, so the floors were always wet. Washers would be serviced, but shortly after water all over the floor again. When we walked the dogs, we had to start walking them off the premises because everywhere in the lawn there was dog crap, big ones and small ones., some even right by the stupid dog cleanup stations. No reason to not get a trash bag since they were always available. There were also people who walked their dog off leash. The good things about this place is that they were pet friendly and their newly built gym. read more

Just moved from Los Angeles to moanalua hillside apartments dec 6th And I am absolutely percent glad I did, April,Julie and tommy were great!! Always there if I had any questions planning the move way ahead of the actual move date Also my three year old already started red hill elementary and he came home exhausted and happy, and it's on the premises, with 24 hr security and a great maintenance crew led by mick who actually helped us move a lot of the boxes and heavy furniture what a great job they did, couldn't be happier thanks again read more

My husband and I have lived here for over a year, we absolutely have enjoy our time here. The pool is our favorite! Whenever we have issues with our unit "Aler" from maintenance is very responsive and fast! I literally put a ticket in for our AC last night and he came this afternoon to fix it! Yay!!! I really enjoy the grounds here also the beautiful greenery is maintained so well I see the people working on keeping the area clean and nice.
