This place is a cute little shop on the Mississippi strip. You walk in and are met with simple decorations that are full of personality. A Mississippi mural, merch wall and a cute plant wall with a neon Moberi sign. The staff were very nice, efficient and my order was made quickly. I went around mid morning on a Wednesday, and it was super chill, not many people and low music played in the background. There was limited seating, due to the size of the shop, but they also had some seating outside as well. I got the Uncle Jesse smoothie bowl and a Mela watermelon water. The bowl was beautifully packaged in a to-go container. The top was wonderfully decorated with bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, granola and peanut butter with the açaí smoothie underneath. If you stop and listen, you can hear a faint voice whispering, "throw me in your belly and receive my nutrients." Can't argue with that! Lol. It was very delicious, filling and everything came together nicely. A little more expensive then I'd like, but it was 10/10 will be going back for more. read more

Sadly I've had better. The açaí was meh and just really soft, which I'm not a huge fan of. Everything kind of just melted together into a big gooey mess. Not sure if that's intentional, but I'm used to açaí being a little more on the firm side. The saving grace was the whipped coconut cream on top - that is definitely unique and tasted amazing. Also loved the honey drizzle on top since the açaí was just, I don't know, missing something. Didn't have any tang or sweetness to it. Kind of disappointing, but kind of ok. Maybe I'll try the smoothie next time. As for the açaí, I prefer Everbowl but hey at least I tried. read more

Moberi absolutely nails the thing most acai bowl places seem to miss: the base consistency. It's thick and creamy without being icy or gluey, and it actually stays that way while you eat it. You don't have to inhale your bowl in three minutes to avoid it turning into soup, nor do you get that immediate brain freeze from an over-frozen base. It holds up perfectly while sitting, which sounds like a small detail until you realize how rare it is. The toppings were fresh, the fruit tasted actually ripe, and everything felt balanced instead of overloaded with sweetness. Portland has no shortage of acai spots, but this one stands out because the fundamentals are just done really well. read more

Super cute açaí shop. Just some seating at a high table along the front window but mostly grab and go setup inside. Outside are a few metal tables on the sidewalk. I love the creative names of the featured bowls. You can also create your own bowl fully custom. They have regular smoothies too. I ordered a customized açaí bowl and admittedly this was not my favorite açaí bowl. I think it was açaí mix flavor but it wasn't as sweet as I had hoped for. The fruit toppings were fresh though and considering that I got this delivered, it held up well and was still mostly frozen when it got to me. I'd recommend to fill a craving. I got the large layered bowl because it was such a good deal! This is the size of 2 açaí bowls combined in one! The base was good and the fruits tasted fresh. Just what I was looking for! The place itself is nice and relaxing. It has a chill vibe to the place. The service is always quick and they always deliver. I got the Moberi Bowl i would say it's definitely worth it. With the smell of all the food carts nearby be sure to also check out Moberi on Mississippi. Beautiful and healthy açai bowls, smoothies, and customize your own bowls. A table or two outside if you want to enjoy but primarily just take out. You can order ahead but on a weekday lunch time it wasn't more than a 10 min wait. Smoothies and bowls can run you ~$10 which isn't the cheapest smoothie around but they're delicious. I recommend getting the peanut butter cacao. Nice balance between the chocolate and other ingredients. Great meal replacement as there's plant based protein in the smoothie. Great option for a sunny day! Drink it all on your own or share it with someone as it's definitely a savory smoothie but still super light. Moberi is an awesome option any time of year but especially on a hot Portland summer day. Healthy smoothies, acai bowls, and other options make this spot a great choice for a light breakfast or lunch. They're practicing walk-up service, masking, cleaning between customers (like crazy clean), and take away only. Who could ask for more. I highly recommend the Johnny Utah and be sure to add their "blue majik" spirulina option. Parking is all street so be prepared to walk a bit. read more

I usually don't do many reviews, just post photos, but this place had one of the best acai bowls I've ever had. Other places make it too sweet or watery but this place was perfect. I love that they let you do a custom bowl. Their blue chia seed pudding was so yummy! I had a custom bowl with acai sorbet, blue chia seed pudding, goji berries, granola, bananas, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, no honey. Went here for my aunt and uncle for a rainbow bowl & moberi bowl. Acai is the main ingredient in their bowls but it comes in the form of a frozen sugary delight, slushy like a smoothie, then one adds granola, fruit etc. It's a sweet treat full of sugar, masking as a a healthier option, that's pretty spendy ($22 bucks for both bowls). A friend and I were in a desert called Mississippi Street on a sweltering day. Just when we were about to expire we say this bright light and went in. Thanks for saving us! Juice Springsteen is not just an awesome name but an amazing smoothie as well involving pineapple juice, dragon fruit and a pile of other yummy stuff. I have had good experiences at all Moberi locations but this is the one closest to my house that I frequent the most. The employees are my favorite. So kind and always have my order ready way ahead of schedule. Additionally, I am that annoying customer that has a million customizations in the notes (meaning FREE customizations) and they always happily do all the extra things I ask for even though they don't have to. SIDE NOTE coconut whip is expensive but so worth it. Cocoa nibs are not unless you're doing it purely for health purposes then I guess it might be. Both acai is my favorite, pitaya tastes more tropical but it great for digestion! read more

I haven't been back in a few years but it seems like the ordering system is different now. you pick everything you want at the cashier and pay before they make your bowl. this wasn't really clear when we came in so we were confused for a bit. it's not efficient for traffic flow the cashier is located towards the far side of the doors. while everything was delicious and fresh, I find it hard to want to come back with the price changes. when you make your own bowl, you're limited to a certain amount of toppings as compared to back then when it was unlimited.

The ambiance is quintessential Portland, right up until they bring all your food in plastic with plastic silverware to boot.

This place is built for volume. You can tell. Efficient layout. Assembly-line potential. If bowls were a factory sport, this would be a playoff team. Ordered the Home Grown. Took a quick bathroom break. Came back and -- boom -- bowl was already on the counter. FAST. And it looked elite. Then I saw it. A generous dollop of peanut butter at the top, sprinkled with hemp seeds. I almost got emotional. It felt like flying over your hometown after months away. Familiar. Safe. Right. First bite?
