After having lunch at another spot in here, a smoothie seemed like the perfect treat before heading home. They were busy, there seemed to always be someone heading to the counter to order. I got the strawberry banana smoothie & my boyfriend got the mt hood day. The strawberry banana was good, but I really liked the mount hood day. It had that nice blue color from the spirulina. We spotted this place while walking around the area. My wife has been craving an acai bowl for a while, so we thought we'd give it a try. It's in a space with other restaurants, kind of like a food court. It was really noisy, but there was plenty of seating. We waited about 5-6 minutes before the guy working there said anything. He clearly saw us, said nothing, and continued making someone else's order. Since he was the only one working, some of that is understandable--but saying nothing was strange. It also took him a while to make the acai bowl. It was a bit expensive for what we got, but it was tasty. They use more of a peanut butter sauce instead of actual peanut butter. That part was just so-so, but the rest was delicious. With that said, we've had better bowls from other places in Portland, with better overall atmospheres as well. read more

It's $1 extra for whip which is kinda a lot? Tropical fruit smoothie has a lot of banana and mango, not much açaí until the bottom. Can't taste the lavender flavor. It's all overpriced, local smoothies are very expensive anywhere in portland, but this smoothie doesn't stick out from others. I'd choose a jamba smoothie or my own over this. The blend and flavor just didn't hit for $11. I did want to try the Mt.Hood one, that looked epic. Service was good, girl was kind. read more

I can't believe that the ingredients aren't properly listed on the menu, it is very inconsiderate. My friend had an allergic reaction despite being cautious about his allergies it was close to being fatal, it really ruined our night here in Portland when we were looking for a fun experience. I called the store 3 times before leaving this review and it went to voicemail each time. Love this store, their açaí bowls are the best. I'm leaving 3 stars because the last two times I ordered my açaí bowl and paid for sweet pistachio sauce, they gave me the matcha protein sauce instead, maybe hoping I don't notice? It does taste very different One time when ordering from DoorDash, the store called me to say they ran out of strawberries and asked if blueberries were okay. So I know there may be some protocol at this store, but it hasn't happened the last two times, and I can't help but feel disappointed. To add another layer, I'm an autistic adult who has a hard time eating, and your açaí bowls keep me fed most weeks. It's disheartening to have to scrap off the top layer of fruit and smoothie to be able to eat my meal. I know it's specific and won't be the case in every customer, but I wish they wouldn't try to "make it up" by using a product I did not agree to. I would really love to keep contributing to this business, but I can't continue to buy their açaí bowls knowing I may not get what I want (and subsequently not eat bc of my disability and certain food aversions.) Fresh juices and delicious açaí bowl! Also has waffles, smoothies, protein smoothies, and frozen yogurt. So many things I wanted to get. Plan extra time for your order as everything is made fresh. I decided on the All In Bowl which was delicious and the juice flight. The serving sizes of the flights were a nice size to enjoy enough of each. I probably wouldn't have been able to drink any larger size. Each was very flavorful! Located inside the Pine Street Market so there is plenty of seating inside. There are also a few picnic tables outside. There are a few ice water stations and also a water bottle filling station by the restroom. You'll need a code for the restroom which was nice and clean with a baby changing station. read more

I was craving an acai bowl and looked for the nearest place that offered one. I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the All In Bowl, which included vanilla protein and lots of toppings. They were generous with the toppings, but the acai base was pretty disappointing and didn't satisfy my craving. The acai was too "watered down" by everything else that was blended in with it. The flavor and texture weren't representative of acai bowls I've tried at multiple other smoothie/acai bowl places. Who ever was at the front desk on 4/3 was very rude. She forgot to give me a pager to pick up my order. When I went back because I saw her put my order she questioned me on if the order was mine since I didn't have a pager. She accused me of not taking the pager even though she never offered me one. I told her she never gave me one but she did give the next person once. She proceeded to tell me that pager she gave she next customer was for me and I should have realized that. If you want to come here and have an awful time make sure you come to juice blends. My boyfriend and I came here and we got two bowls. One vegan and one not. They forgot which was one vegan then when I asked which one was vegan she didn't know. She then proceeded to guess and lie to us. Horrible experience. Really dumb workers. Don't recommend. First off, Pine Street Market is the coolest place for any of your food and beverage needs. And during the heat dome last week, the literal coolness was also a welcome relief. I only had a smoothie - Caribbean Vibe - and I gotta say it was the best smoothie I've ever had. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu (except veg, it's not me). The staff are friendly and helpful, and while it seems to take some time to get your order, it's cuz everything is made to order - like juices squeezed just for you, etc. There were two sizes in plastic cups, but the drink from a jar to stay was even bigger, so well worth the price. Bottom line, it was the smoothest smoothie ever, no ice, all delicious fruitiness. read more

The wine pairings were great too. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The ambiance was so comforting--I'd describe the whole place as charming. The tables are set up so conversations between guests are common, and we had a wonderful conversation with an elderly couple who were regulars here.

Each table has 3 sauces you can add to your crepe to enhance the flavor. I ordered the Farmer's Garden Delight Crepe and added bacon crumbles. I also opted to have both mushrooms and potatoes (menu says it's 1.25 for both and I was charged $3.25) in the crepe which was really good. There are 3 batter types you can choose from- traditional, buckwheat or gluten free. I tried traditional and my friend tried buckwheat and we both preferred traditional. We enjoyed our food and the staff members were nice. It did take about 20 minutes to get our food. Our crepes were really delicious. The downsides are the location- hard to get to, parking is funky, and limited outside seating. It was already loud with the street traffic and then a train came by which was very loud.
