I took my gramps here because it was time he ditched his brick-like cell phone and upgraded to a nice one. We entered the store right when they opened. What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars! read more

I've been a long time T-Mobile customer (getting pretty close to 10 years and counting at the moment I think). Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well. read more

11/24/2014 Chris helped me out for my phone upgrade to Galaxy Edge on the phone. He ordered it right away since they don't have it in store. I thought it would take about two weeks to get my new phone. To my surprise, I got my new phone in about three days. I should have give him five stars but he forgot or simply neglect to call me when he received the phone after Thanksgiving day. If I did not check my t-mobile account, I would not know they got the phone already. It made me upset :( He helped me out on the screen protector. The staffs in this store are friendly. I will go back to this store for my other phone upgrade for sure. read more

Ive been with t mobile for over six years now and I always went to premiere mobile for renewing my contract. However, I now learned that not all premiere mobile stores in the SGV are the same, especially the service. I recently renewed my contract with Premiere Mobile on Baldwin because their service and pricing was far better that the other local stores nearby. I visited 3 in total, as a customer looking for best plan and now phone combination, and the store here on Baldwin gv me the best pricing for renewing with them without any hassle or negotiating necessary. Service is excellent and they always call and follow up promptly as promised. Moreover, Crystal, the service rep, looked up my account and even called me to warn me about overages on my account, and offered a solution to make it cheaper. Service here is Much better than my previous store which had slow service and required me to follow up instead. Happy with my new SG3! Of course I still hv to wait for a few rebates, but if everything comes as promised, I'm a happy t mobile / premiere mobile customer. Keep up the good work! read more

I was told that I had to purchase a phone to active service with T-mobile. I wish the person who was helping me had clarify that it's a store policy, not a t-mobile policy. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the phone that I don't need. I could have just gone down the street to a t-mobile store and not ordered the phone to begin with. Very good quality customer service and when whey promise to call you back, they would do just that. Despite sometimes credit back didn't show on the account and you gotta follow up with them to get it sorted, but i believe that's T-mobile's side issue. Nonetheless, this place beats any other Asian T-mobile authorized dealers in the neighborhood. I'm not sure if all the Premiere Mobile stores are like this one, but obviously they have their customers on priority instead of extra hassle here and there dealing with T-mobile. read more

I went there asking them for T-mobile plan and either the owner or sales associates being arrogant asked me to check with T-mobile and call them. I think being a salesperson should entail more in trying to help prospective customers instead of debating with them. I took my business to REAL T-Mobile shop in Santa Anita Mall instead. read more

Don't go to this store, they are the big liar and rip customers. Bought a Samsung galaxy s4 and it turned out it was always so hot. Called the store, Riche Zhang said he was using s3 and when the phone is hot, take out the battery and wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Can you believe the words?? If there is any emergency and I still need to wait for the battery cool down to make the call? So I called t mobile myself. T mobile informed me that in state of California, there is a law of 30 day buyers remorse. So I went back to the store. First,Riche didn't want to call t mobile customer care, then I called myself. T mobile rep was also very surprised to learn this is the ONLY store not offered refund within 30 days!!! And then t mobile said there was NO contract for me, but this store required customer to be on contract for 6 months. When I signed the contract, they told me this is the contract with tmobile, apparently was LYING!!! Eventually tmobile offered me a the trade in with no extra charge, and the rep has report this store to their headquarter!!! NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!! read more

this store and its reps are a joke! they lie and cheat their customers. they dont give explanations and caused me a $300 dollar penalty! do not trust them, go to a reputable tmobile dealer instead! the rep that helped us is Chris Wang, he not only didnt tell us about the trade in time limit, he also didnt tell us that their so called unlimited data is restricted to 1gig of use. then when you call him with problems, he answers with what do you want me to do about it now? how about keeping your word? a good salesman knows how to keep his customers happy for return and recomands others to his service, this guy is just trying to make his one time commission and then blows you off when you have other problems.
