I came in to the new location and the guy quoted me 50 dollars to fix one of the arrow keys on my macbook pro. When i came to pick the computer he said he couldn't fix the functionality of the actual button to work again but still charged me the same 50 bucks?!?!? If he couldn't fix it and it was just a cosmetic not a functional repair shouldn't it be free since you couldn't do what you promised?
