I had a really frustrating experience at Quick Quack. The cars were being loaded into the wash way too close together, and it did not feel safe at all. There was barely any space between vehicles going onto the conveyor, which made me nervous the entire time. Car washes should have clear spacing and safety procedures when loading cars, especially when customers are trusting them with their vehicles. It felt rushed, and I don't think cars should be packed in that closely just to move the line faster. I would recommend management review their loading process and make sure employees are giving cars enough space before sending them through. I personally don't feel very comfortable coming back unless I knew they were taking vehicle spacing and customer safety more seriously. read more

I visited this Quick Quack Car Wash location, and a vehicle collision occurred inside the wash process, resulting in damage to my car. I reported the incident and spoke with management, but I received multiple and inconsistent explanations regarding how the collision happened, which made it difficult to get a clear understanding of what occurred or how responsibility was being determined. I also submitted repair estimates, but the matter was not resolved. At this point, I have filed a small claims case. I am posting this so other customers are aware that a collision inside the wash process can and did occur at this location, and that resolution of resulting damage was not straightforward in my experience. read more

Great location to come to for a quick car wash and they always have clean towels to wipe down your interior and exterior :). Chailey is always super friendly when I come by! I love that the vacuums are always working, trashes are well maintained, and the towels are always available at this location. I drove by the other day and noticed the renovation fencing was finally down--love the fresh new look! Honestly, the old setup felt a bit rundown to me, but that's just my take. Before the update, the vacuums were just out in the open, but now you get your own covered parking spot with towels included. It really feels like the Quick Quack locations I'm used to. I have been going to quick quack for sometime now. A few months ago, they raise their price because they added a new feature in their car wash. Now February 1 of this year they are going to raise their price again. I will look for a new car wash place Before the beginning of the price change. While the staff is extremely friendly... They just "upgraded" this location and while I have used it for years in the same vehicle, all of a sudden my entire license plate fixture was ripped off of my bumper. They refused to address the damages to the fixture and my bumper. I'm a reasonable person and wasnt looking for anything outrageous, but this is absolutely horrible service, especially after having their membership for so long. I'll be happily cancelling. Had a need for quick car wash and gave it a try. The wait time was very reasonable and wash was quick. It did clean the car well and I was satisfied with the result. Car was bit wet, but dried without much of water marks later. There's an advisor who takes the order at the queue. He was knowledgable and patient as this was our first time to use this car wash. He explained well. I used the was with wax which was bit expensive, but result was nice. read more

After the renovation this location has been horrid at washing my vehicle. The front windshield does not get a scrub, I came in with bugs, left with bugs in the windshield/hood area. I guess they removed the front rolled that washed the topside of the vehicle. The pressure wash system is very weak, you basically get a light rinse of your vehicle and a super deep dry scrub on the sides of the vehicle. Pure recipe for a scratched car. Chevrons touch free wash next door has been my new go to! Canceling my two vehicle subscription after 6 years. read more

This car wash is no good after its renovation: no access to vacuum cleaners without a car wash, no place to park a car to dry it off after going through their dryer (still terrible dryer), less vacuum stations, less space for a maneuver to get to the car wash. Just had the worse experience. Line was super long (that's okay we chose to wait) When we were in line about 3 cars for our turn some guy cut the entire line. I got off to tell the lady that the car in front of us cut the whole line. All these cars were honking at us we thought he was just wanting to cross through. Nope this a you know what cut the line! Anyways she said sorry & she still let him stay in line after "talking" to him. THEN another employee comes & says that this car needs to cut in front of us cuz they had an issue. So now another car was let in before us. So we decided to just leave instead. So disappointed. read more

This is my favorite Quick Quack in the area. They don't use those plastic scrubby thingies that scratch your car up. It appears to be a thick type of felt fabric that sways back and forth, giving your car the best and most gentle wash compared to all the other Quick Quack car washes I've been to! I recently moved to the area, so the location on Elverta and Antelope is absolutely perfect. However, DEPENDING ON WHICH DIRECTION YOU'RE COMING FROM, YOU MAY NEED TO MAKE A U-TURN to get to the carwash. It has a bunch of vacuums and typically crowded, but there seems to always have one available for me. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Bring a towel to wipe water off where the blow dryer doesn't dry completely to prevent your car from having dry water marks, especially in the back of the car. I highly recommend for you to sign-up for their membership and to go to this location! The unlimited monthly membership is on autopay for each level of car washes that are offered. The membership is a fast and efficient way to get your car washed. In the summertime, there's usually a ton of dust, so Quick Quack is my place to go. I went to get my car washed on 7/31/24. I was asked if I wanted a special deal of 30 days free (last day for special) with 25% off monthly service. I said yes and signed up. Today I saw where my credit card was already charged. I went there to ask about it, and nobody knew anything about it. No office on site. They gave me a service center number and the store leader. I first called the store leader. His answering machine was full. I then called the 888 number service center office and was informed there was no such thing and maybe I misunderstood. Last 2 times I have been there the girl was very pushy and rude about signing up for monthly wasshess. Told her I was not interested and she kept pushing and was actually very rude both times. I told her I just wanted a car wash and not sign up for a monthly cost. Very frustrating that she kept coming at me. also not the besst washes. Tire shine usually hits about 40% of the tire and does not always rinse soap off vehicle very well. I have switched to Tommy's on Foothill and it does better and you don't get hounded on monthly subscription. QQ has now replied to me now that it is on Yelp. I reviewed through their website and no response even after I requested them to contact me. It's been a couple of weeks now. No problems until recently and all tied to one employee. read more
