Took my car to get washed. When purchasing one wash they told me their special was for the same price I could get a month of washes for it for signing up. Just have to remember to cancel before having to pay the regular price per month! The staff that helped me was very kind and after the wash they placed a sticker on my windshield and on the inside of the car door. I was able to use their vacuums and their air to help clean the rest of my car. They had some in shade and some unshaded spots to clean the car yourself. I would recommend and do it again! read more

Jade spent some time with me explaining all their equipment as I just purchased a new car and I was very concerned about scratches from brushes. (My GD had mere Honda went to our old place and their brushes scratched the hell on her trunk) anyway they have boar hair brushes all of the tan was so nice and I have purchased a unlimited wash club. Worst experience ever. I was a member decided to go even people told me not to I had a brand new truck that was black it did over $1,000 damage to the paint job I had to get it professionally rebuffed out and fixed. I bought a 6-month membership and then tried to get a refund back and I talked to allegedly the head manager and she told me that we couldn't get a refund for some BS reason. Which is totally ridiculous. Nowhere and anything that I signed on the receipt a sign of the store or anything else indicated such a thing it's a huge scam that they could take your money like this especially after doing so much damage to your car. I looove this place! I live by Arden but come to this location every time I need a wash because it truly gets my car clean. Ryan is always so friendly and helpful in helping me pick my wash. It's cheaper than other car washes around and in my opinion, they have the strongest vaccums and plenty of them so I'm never waiting around to use them. They have the little hand blowers to clean crevices, and they even have a special machine to get your mats clean. I will always recommend! read more

Gets the job done. We have the unlimited wash pass. We. Definitely utilize it as much as we can because my family and I travel a lot, not to mention kid messes. The washing quality is okay. Sometimes I still have on baked on bugs from the Sacramento heat. The vacuums are clogged sometimes and don't work as well. The car wash does such an excellent job, it is much better than other drive-through washes in Citrus Heights. Quack, quack. I used to love this place but just had a horrible experience. We went through the carwash in our Toyota Highlander and right at the end, as the tire shine light came on, we heard a loud crack noise and our vehicle pulled a little. We looked at each other and both said what was that! When we pulled to the side to vacuum the car we checked our vehicle and saw that our side step was damaged. We talked to the manager and went to give her our insurance information she stated to both of us that it isn't necessary and they're liable. We were surprised but relieved. The next day she called and said after investigating they couldn't find the large piece that was broken off, she didn't see the car move to the side in the video footage, and because our car is over 5 years old they aren't at fault. A few days later we received a call from someone else stating he was a manager and gave the same line almost word for word but also stating we could have had the damage before we went and were blaming them and that the side step is probably $20. This made us both extremely disappointed in this business. My partner is disabled and has a back injury so the side step is very important to us. I will say that they offered us a month of their highest membership for free.......AS IF WE WOULD EVER GO BACK and risk more damage to our vehicle. read more

For me its even more of a challenge considering I have a black car. This takes me to a trip on Sunrise Blvd. where I am reviewing "7 Flags Sunrise Express Car Wash". Located on the left side of Sunrise Blvd. (in between Old Auburn Rd. & Antelope Rd.) in the northern part of Citrus Heights, 7 Flags has been in business since early-2016. What drew me in here is that they were offering a month of FREE unlimited car washes if you reply on Facebook Messenger. This was not a catch; I drove to this place and did indeed get my car washed for free! They do have all types of membership packages that range from $19.99 (basic), $24.99 (wheels/tires), $29.99 (wax/shine), $34.99 (lava shield), and $39.99 (manager's special). The size of this place is fairly spacious. There are 3 drive-thru areas to take your vehicle. One is for the unlimited club members while the other two I believe are for people getting a basic wash and/or paying cash/debit. On the multiple occasions I have been here, they usually have an employee that will scan your barcode which is a sticker that is placed on the lower left side of your windshield. Once you drive close to the actual wash entrance, there is usually one or two people there to direct your left tire on a conveyor belt. And then after putting your vehicle in neutral, this is where all the magic happens. There are several colors that indicate all the treatments your vehicle receives. They also use a high power dryer that eliminates all those pesky water spots. Finally, they offer a very generous area to vacuum your vehicle. Out of the half a dozen times I have been here, I have noticed this place to be very friendly while getting my car very clean. I also recommend this place being quite a bit better than other car wash places in the area; this includes "Quick Quack" and "Bubba's". All in all, "7 Flags" was an above average business that offers decent value and service. My rating, 4-stars. read more

Extremely disappointed and would recommend finding another place to clean your car. I have been going here on and off for about 2 years. About 1 year ago I had an issue with the wheel cleaning section scratching my rims. Spoke to the manager, they said they couldn't really do anything. Cancelled my membership but ended up coming back as it is convenient. Today going through the wheel cleaner broke the valve stem off my tire making it go flat. In addition, it sratched the edge of the wheel because it rolled on it flat through the rest of the wash. The manager said they wouldn't do anything because it "was a modified cap on the stem." To be clear... This is a metal Infiniti branded cap, no different in size than the plastic caps. It does not stick out any further and it is clear the machine is just not calibrated correctly. The manager refused to try to do anything to help and kept saying due to "if being modified" the "sign says it isn't covered" Please take a moment to review these pictures and see the damage this caused that they are unwilling to take responsibility for. I really like that this car wash is so close to my house, it's open reasonable hours and I always get the buy one get one special. It's $20 and you get another car wash within 2 weeks. You do have to vacuum your own car and it doesn't get ALL the car clean the way a hand wash would but I do like this place for a quick wash when I don't have time to wash it by hand or pay for the hand wash. One time the brushes got a little wrapped up in my license plate and bent the plate. The manager was very nice and took care of it. Worth a try! read more

I've been coming to this car wash for five teas. Never had a problem until today. Paid. Pulled in. Car in neutral, no brake on but car doesn't activate machine. Manager approaches, irritated and proceeds to tell me to put car in neutral and turn off brake, like I'm stupid! After multiple attempts, I have to back out of car wash . Good times! This is the best self car wash spot around. 100 percent better than Justin's Car Wash and Quick Quack. First off the wash is far superior than the other washes around in getting your car clean without leaving a white residue after. The wash equipment is gentle on your car too. I used to go to Justin's Car Wash and his wash equipment ripped out rear wiper blade off our SUV. Then Justin, the owner, had the audacity to give my wife attitude and try and pay for an after market part, instead of the original part which his equipment broke. Couple that, with his attitude and unprofessional business ways, we left that business and never going back. I used to live in the Vacaville area and 7 Flags have been around up there for years. I was glad to see them moving into the Sacramento region! On top of the main wash, they have really good vacuums and air compressor hoses with air. I have the unlimited wash and it's reasonable for what you get in return. They have several unlimited wash options to choose from. Customer service here is a joke. We can read the screen and don't need assistance to scan my card. This is a place that we go to on a regular basis and tell them same, everytime. Today, my wife tells the person that she did not need help and he said it was his job. Again, we don't need help with the touchscreen. The car did not get cleaned so she went back around, per their policy, to go through again. Kid tells her, "Now you need my help with your car, Bitch?" They refused to let her go back through. This used to be my go to spot. I used to love this car wash because it always seemed to do a better job than other drive-thru car washes. About a year ago I went in to get a wash and the manager was helping at the kiosk. He told me they had a promotion going on where you buy one manager special and you get another one for free so I took him up on the offer. When I got through with my car wash, he met me at the vacuums and had me sign a receipt and gave me a sticker for my car. I didn't think much of it. Just figured this was how I would redeem the free wash. Well, a month goes by and I checked my bank account and and I was apparently set up for a membership. This was super slimy, but they refunded my money so I continued going to this wash. Fast forward to a couple months ago they had another special going on where you would buy one wash and you would get another one for $2. I told my friend about it and she went through that day. She just checked her bank account and has been getting charged the monthly subscription since July. Of course I closed the vents in my car so I didn't inhale carwash Chemicals, which are known to cause serious disease processes. I'm taking time to write a review for seven flags because I canceled my service from them back in August and I didn't notice on my credit card until July of the following year that they never canceled it. So I was being charged every month for the car wash even tho obviously I was never using it. well I called over to the manager over there at seven flags on sunrise and he confirmed the validity of my request and told me there was no problem- he will get with corporate and they will be sending me a check for those months i should not have been billed for. Well here I am two weeks later and I got my check! It was nice using the service when I did but I'm even happier that the company is responsible to where I didn't have to take the loss.
