I was trying to buy cigarettes on jan 29. The worker at 8pm was in a bad mood and she refuse to sell me cigarette because I didn't look like my if picture. I'm 31 years old but I look like a teenager and my id picture was from 2016. I showed her my passport id and credit cards but she told me to go buy cigarettes somewhere else. I asked for her manager or supervisor to address the problem but she refused to give me their number and she didn't give me her name when I asked for it too. She then went on the phone and told whoever she was talking to that I was being rude and threatening her etc. she was a middle age women acting like a child and blaming me for problems she made up. The unprofessional is at a all time high. Never coming back here again and I don't recommend anyone that looks young with a real id to come here. read more

I had a flat tire coming home to Huntington Beach. I got off the freeway and limped in to the service station at about 12 midnight, in the pouring rain. I asked that they turn on the air to fill my tire. Unfortunately, it didnt work. I had loaned my car out and unbeknownst to me my tools were removed from my car and I could'nt remove tire. I bought a fix a flat cannister from them and it didnt work. I told the person working that I was going to get another car to use the tools to fix mine. I walked to get my friends car, but the jack and tools didnt work. It is now 2 in the morning and raining. I put everything away, moved my car to a safe and out of the way place and told the person on duty that I lived just down the street, that I had been awake since thursday morning and had been working straight through. It was now Saturday at 2:30am. I said I would be back first thing in the morning to retrieve the car. I got up to start calling area tire companys and get my car towed to one. I arrived before 10 am and they had towed my car. its a service station and I am a member of the community. They not only broke the California Laws that govern towing, they treated me horribly and when I asked why they would tow it they kept refering to me as a homeless person and equating this with what they have to go through with the homeless. The are completely biased and treat people badly. They should not be working with the public. they literallty laughed while telling me you cant park here, as if I chose to. This is the new managment? They should be sued...oh, that's right, they are being sued...See you in Court! read more

Worst customer service, employees are not just useless or apathetic, they cross the line to actively rude. No one is that rude by accident or cultural misunderstandings. There is zero reason to ever stop here, they definitely don't have low fuel prices to offset their attitude. Last night around 9:30p I needed gas on my way home. I had my 2 young sons with me after leaving a relatives house. I only wanted like $20 of gas, but the pump froze on me while trying to charge my credit card which I thought was weird. I went to tell the clerk who looked high AF and he just says ok. I go back and this time my credit card worked. I saw an African American guy approaching people and loitering around the pumps so I locked myself in my car with my young sons waiting for the gas. He comes up to my window which was cracked open and was first asking for money for which I told him I didn't have cash. Then for a ride in the opposite direction I was going. I was being polite letting him know I live far, it was late and needed to get my sons home. He was becoming aggressive and hostile and kept saying he didn't care about my kids and REALLY wanted ME to give him a ride. I decided to call the cops without him noticing so they could hear the convo. I kept looking at the gas clerk to see if he would notice or call the cops himself since a paying customer was being harassed! A woman at night being approached by a strange man. Nothing, couldn't even bother to look up. I was scared AF! Didn't know if he had a gun or would force himself into my car! I finally had the courage to tell him I had to make a call and closed all my windows. The police heard, but by then he walked away. I was able to get out of my car and put the pump back and was charged over $70 because the scary guy wouldn't allow me to get out of my car and stop the pump. I called over the clerk to tell him what happened, but he ignored me!!! I just wanted to get the F out of there!!!! I'm so angry that happened to me and the clerk did nothing to help me. Don't come here, beware if your are a woman alone at night. read more

Usually when I see a series of 1 star reviews I immediately think they are written by the staff of the competition, but with this gas station....let my tell you what happened: We were driving a large new truck that holds about $150 worth of gas. We stopped at this gas station on our way up north. My husband was going to pump gas and I said I thought you were going to use their restroom. He said he'd start the gas fill up then go inside and use the restroom. I said I've read about other yelpers having "restroom issues" so check on the restroom first then pump gas. He came back to the truck laughing and said the clerk said the last customer locked the key in the restroom and therefore the restroom wasn't available. I looked at him and said "their one and only key" ...well you get the picture. We drove down the street and got the gas there. read more

Tried to use my credit card to get gas. Didn't work. Used debit card afterwards to see if that would work and got $25 worth of gas. I go home to check my credit card account only to find that they had charged me $100 on the credit card that didn't work in the first place. I've gotten gas here many times as it's conveniently on my way home but today I pulled over because my little girl threw up and the RUDE cashier immediately told me to move my car if I wasn't getting gas.... There were AT LEAST 5 other empty spaces! Then when I went in to use the restroom he told me if was out of order when clearly it wasn't! I asked for a couple bags to put her soiled clothes in and he charged me 10 cents a bag... I have never been treated so rudely especially with a sick child... This was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. We asked to buy two waters and the man working acted as if we were a huge inconvenience to him. First off, he asked us if we could read the sign that said to go to the side window and when we did he threw two waters in the bin like we were being rude. After this we decided not to take our business here and he laughed through the intercom. Absolutely terrible!
