When I went inside to ask for assistance the significantly unhelpful cashier let me know that the pumps have been working fine and just 20 minutes ago the person used it without any issue so it must be what I am doing there. After being unable to fill my gas tank at the pump that continually stopped, I tried to go to another pump. After all, I was trying to fill up the tank, so I wouldn't have to stop and purchase gas two more times this week. The cashier never approved the purchase at the next pump that I tried. Disgusting grounds - dirty and unclean - rude and dismissive staff. This makes me sad because the owner used to take a great deal of pride in his store and shop. Out of frustration of this happening multiple times, I contacted the business asking what will be done to make up for monthly memberships if the closures are consistent, and received no response. Other interactions in the past, when I had to change levels of membership, I would contact them multiple times with no response. Eventually I had to make a demand for a call back in my voicemail and finally I got a refund (and not a call back). The communication with the business operations is horrible. They largely ignore your requests for refunds and additional information and shutter their entrance way too frequently during their posted operating hours. I cannot describe how much time I've wasted driving out of my way to get my car washed and having it be closed. Today is a great example, there was actually a car being put into the wash, and the entrance was blocked. During open hours. I am posting this to save others from expecting the bare minimum from this car wash, but also in hopes it'll reach management and they will actually, candidly, get their shit together. I recently went in as a subscription member and kept finding the same issue that the license plate is not being read at the gate. I kept having to pay again at the gate so I didn't hold everyone up behind me. Even when we are being told to "honk for service", no one shows up. I had asked one employee to explain why the gate then said that I maxed out my daily allowance which is only because once I was able to reverse and get into the other lane, did they open the original gate. As I began this discussion with a team member there, another employee jumped into the conversation and said it was my fault for moving into the other lane. I told him that I was already discussing this with the other gentleman and he rudely inserted himself. He was supposed to guide my car into the tire channel and instead he walked away like a child so I open my door and asked, "Are you going to guide me?", and he said no and walked into the office to just stand there. Instead, another employee came out to get me through the wash. I told him that I simply had to move since no one came out. He said that they can't hear from all the machine noise. Strangely, they have filed a police report for some reason which I don't get why since it was just a conversation on why the gate didn't come up and I had to get charged and me telling the person that interjected that I was not looking to speak to him since it was being handled already.
