This place is unusual, though, in a good way. They have more staff than any other store like it that I know of. Plus, the staff are all very friendly and helpful... and I mean all of them. It's not an easy spot either. They get a ton of middle schoolers and many unhoused people. I've witnessed many incidents where people didn't have enough money or caused other problems that would have been a huge deal at most places. However, the staff here always seems to handle situations with both charity and grace. I don't know who owns/manages this place, but if I had my own business, I'd try to lure them and most of the staff away. They have many bad reviews below. I feel bad. I've never used the car wash, since I not one to wash my car. However, I will say they just totally redid their car wash this year. So maybe the reviews below have more to do with the old one. Luis sent photos of scratches that were not relevant to what their machine did. I put examples of the scratches that happened which was all over my vehicle. Peep the review with the exact scratches. Beware when taking your car in. It may cost you more money to fix.

First off, only go to this location if you are using a credit card to get gas. WHY? Because the guy who works the morning shift does not get there until after 6am most times so the door is locked. Yesterday morning was no different. I unfortunately left my cash at home, so I had to use my credit card and so of course the cashier was not there and not did not arrive until 6:18 am. When he did arrive, he did not apologize for the wait and when he unlocked the door to go in, I attempted to follow behind him and his response was "Uh Uh Uh Uh". So rude! So I stood outside for a few tics and ended up going to the Chevron gas station up the street which had better service. This guy never says good morning and always looks mad or upset because he had to come in. Poor customer service and will be looking for the number to call corporate for file a complaint. Hovik, who owns this place is one of the kindest people you'll meet in Los Angeles. I met Hovik when I was driving down the 5 Freeway during morning rush hour. A motorcyclist knocked my passenger side mirror off my car, and I had to keep driving without it. I thought I had lost my mirror forever, and would have to pay several hundred dollars to get a new one installed. A few minutes later, a pick-up truck pulls up in the lane next to me and begins honking. I'm worried that this is an angry motorist, as we are all conditioned to fear on the freeways these days. But no, it was a man waving and holding my mirror in his hand!! This kind soul turned out to be Hovik. We pulled over, and he tells me that he saw my mirror get knocked off, leaned out of his truck ON THE FREEWAY to pick it up, and flagged me down. He even re-installed my mirror right there on the side of the 5 freeway! It looks perfect now, saving me time and money all because of Hovik. If everyone were like the man who owns this gas station, the world would be a better place. This man did not know me, did not owe me anything, and took the time to help me out in traffic. You make me feel good about living in Los Angeles, Hovik. Support this man and his gas station. There are few people as good as him in this town!

It's convenient but prices are a little high. It's clean, has an auto repair shop, and a small convenience store. You do have to be careful because there have been issues with card skimmers. I always pay cash. This is a good thing because otherwise I would have never met Gary. He's one of the attendants here and he is so incredibly sweet and nice. He has a warm & friendly demeanor. We always have an enjoyable conversation when I stop in. They also have pretty flowers at the bay stations, which is a nice touch.

You fuel up, get in & get out in a jiffy. Like most Costco gas stations, it's well maintained & clean. Great value compared to other gas stations, so membership has its privileges. When we finally got to the front of the intersection, not only did the right and left turn cars start blocking the intersection, but numerous cars illegally passed us on the right and blocked the intersection. This was about 8:30 on a Tuesday. We finally gave up and left when the intersection cleared enough for us to right turn to leave. This location really needs to redo the gas queueing system to make it snake through the lot like at other locations. Never agreeing to go back here with wife and stopped coming here myself years ago.
