This place is unusual, though, in a good way. They have more staff than any other store like it that I know of. Plus, the staff are all very friendly and helpful... and I mean all of them. It's not an easy spot either. They get a ton of middle schoolers and many unhoused people. I've witnessed many incidents where people didn't have enough money or caused other problems that would have been a huge deal at most places. However, the staff here always seems to handle situations with both charity and grace. I don't know who owns/manages this place, but if I had my own business, I'd try to lure them and most of the staff away. They have many bad reviews below. I feel bad. I've never used the car wash, since I not one to wash my car. However, I will say they just totally redid their car wash this year. So maybe the reviews below have more to do with the old one. The gas isn't the cheapest, but it's not any more expensive than your average place. I guess you can't have it all, though. Huh?

During my 100k-mile service, I was invoiced and charged $15.50 per spark plug for factory "OEM Spark Plugs." My car recently suffered a cylinder 4 misfire. When I pulled the plug to fix the issue myself, I discovered they had actually installed a cheaper, aftermarket Autolite XP5683 plug instead of the factory NGK plug my car requires.When I confronted the owner and the mechanics with my original receipt and the incorrect part, they refused to take accountability. The mechanics tried to argue that "OEM just means the part fits the car" to rewrite industry definitions, and the owner tried to pass off a standard synthetic oil change as a premium favor to smooth things over. When I called out their lack of professional principles, they shut down the conversation because it was "getting too deep." They charged me a premium price for a factory part I did not receive, and it made me question all the other times that my car has been serviced here. I feel that I can no longer trust them. They value deceptive billing over long-term customer loyalty. Check your receipts and your parts if you use this garage.

It's convenient but prices are a little high. It's clean, has an auto repair shop, and a small convenience store. You do have to be careful because there have been issues with card skimmers. I always pay cash. This is a good thing because otherwise I would have never met Gary. He's one of the attendants here and he is so incredibly sweet and nice. He has a warm & friendly demeanor. We always have an enjoyable conversation when I stop in. They also have pretty flowers at the bay stations, which is a nice touch.

You fuel up, get in & get out in a jiffy. Like most Costco gas stations, it's well maintained & clean. Great value compared to other gas stations, so membership has its privileges. Double tap your horn if you prefer to have an attendant pump the gas for you, it's a nice perk.
