He wanted to check it out since the one by our church had closed down and we hadn't stopped by one in a while. She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. I dont mind things being locked up. But waiting over 10 minutes for an unlock (who knows how long if I didn't go to the front) is just crazy; especially in such a small store.
