I've witnessed many incidents where people didn't have enough money or caused other problems that would have been a huge deal at most places. However, the staff here always seems to handle situations with both charity and grace. I don't know who owns/manages this place, but if I had my own business, I'd try to lure them and most of the staff away. They have many bad reviews below. I feel bad. I've never used the car wash, since I not one to wash my car. However, I will say they just totally redid their car wash this year. So maybe the reviews below have more to do with the old one. First off, only go to this location if you are using a credit card to get gas. WHY? Because the guy who works the morning shift does not get there until after 6am most times so the door is locked. The mechanics tried to argue that "OEM just means the part fits the car" to rewrite industry definitions, and the owner tried to pass off a standard synthetic oil change as a premium favor to smooth things over. When I called out their lack of professional principles, they shut down the conversation because it was "getting too deep." They charged me a premium price for a factory part I did not receive, and it made me question all the other times that my car has been serviced here. I feel that I can no longer trust them. It's convenient but prices are a little high. It's clean, has an auto repair shop, and a small convenience store. You do have to be careful because there have been issues with card skimmers. I always pay cash. This is a good thing because otherwise I would have never met Gary. He's one of the attendants here and he is so incredibly sweet and nice. He has a warm & friendly demeanor.
