Man, I use to go to dealers to get my car serviced for everything. oil changes, brakes, tires, Stuck gear box, you name it... but after going and working with BIG A & (Al)the other mechanics at Alicia Mobil , that all changed and I saved big $ after finding him. Over the last 6+ years Big A has worked on my Land Rover (try taking this to the dealer LOL) He added new Bilsteins, fixed a bad ground problem, fixed a stuck manual gear shifter and a bunch of other things that would of been thousands). I also have a 2003 z71 tahoe, and a 07 Tacoma that he takes care of. Bottom line is this: Big A tells you what really needs to be done to keep your car running smooth, and doesn't try to sell you all the little fluffy things like Jiffy lube or the dealers, trust me. You can tell he's been doing this awhile, and there's a reason he's been in business as long as has! He runs a great shop has Great customer service, Fair prices (blows the dealers out of the water) and is someone you can trust. As we know, the good mechanics are the ones you can trust. I used to smog all my cars here and mechanic started raising his prices like crazy. Dude tried to tell me that my type of cars are more expensive which was complete bs. Now I take all my cars to Aliso Smog Check which charges a flat rate and is half the price of this con artist. Do not smog your cars here unless you hate money. I like money read more

Went inside today and made a purchase using my reward card and spent $21.27 inside. I left to go pick up my wife at the airport and my credit card company alerted me that there was a second purchase of $26.88 , 11 minutes after I left. Unfortunately, on the way home I had to stop by there and ask the same cashier. He was very dismissive and pretty much said not my problem. He did go out of his way to say that some lady came in and made a purchase after I left. I hope their video camera works so we can get to the bottom of this. How is this possible? This is fraud and my hope is to get this resolved immediately. I've notified my credit card card company and also alerted Chevron mobil corporation. I hope this is useful to any other customers. I go here enough I thought I should at least give them some kudos. I live a block away from here so I frequent this station all the time. Sometimes for gas and sometimes for some quick snacks. Everyone I've encountered here have been super friendly and helpful. They have smog check, oil changes and tune ups. They also have propane tank exchange which has saved the day for me a few times when I've ran out of propane in the midst of grilling! The prices are usually higher than most places (about 10 cents) but to me it's not so much it forces me to drive any where else. For a fill up it's only about $1.50 so big whoop! It's an easy in easy out station that's always clean for a quick fill or for some quick snacks!! read more

I have never had any trouble at this gas station... its usually a little higher than some, but its only by 10 cents at the most and when you fill up, thats what, $1 usually, and its not worth driving to the next station to save a dollar, in my opinion. I have never dealt with any of the workers, I pay at the machine. I have had my card declined once before, but apparently that happens at all gas stations now if you are trying to use a debit card and you dont have a certain amount in your account, I believe its $70-$75 so when you are down to the bare bones, you apparently cant get gas lol read more

The man working inside the gas station is extremely rude and disrespectful. Not sure if he's the owner but he was also rude to another female customer when she had a problem filling up at the pump. I had a completely flat tire when I barely made it to the gas station and a small child in the car so asked him for assistance. It took me a minute to understand him, as he has a thick accent (Believe he is Indian or Middle Eastern) but what he said was, "So what you want me to do? Not my problem. Can't help you." This man's cold attitude and lack of civility has lost my business as well as my family's. We'll fill up our cars somewhere else. read more

Service attendant did not allow me to purchase gas. My credit card did not work at the pump, and after showing the less than competent service attendant my ID and my card inside, I was denied. The attendant refused my drivers license because my full name is so long it is printed on two lines instead of just one. Apparently he has never seen this before? The dmv made my drivers license they way it is, this is what they do, I have no control over what they print out. My license is legit as well as my card. Mobil lost a sale, and a customer. Mobil needs to have employees capable of reading basic necessity's like drivers licenses. I will never return to this station, what a waste of time. read more

I was driving on a flat tire Sunday night I had no money and was desperate I only live a mile away but the tire was completely flat. I've been going there for over 25years for gas snacks propane and smog service. I asked the gentleman at the register if he would please turn the air on for me like all the other people working there have done gladly in the past but he looked at me and said if you fill your car up I will or put 1.50$ in the machine and the nasty part was he had a smile on his face like was really enjoying basically telling me to screw off. What a asshole I've lived in this town since 1967 raised 8 kids here and now my kids live here with businesses and their kids. Man there's no room for this kind of bulshit I would strongly recommend that management fire this mean old man. No place in Mission Viejo for hate like that. I can tell you I will share this with all the people I kno and do business with which is a lot and I'm sure my sons and daughters will have something to say to this mean cold hearted man. Sunday 4/10 a little after 4pm I witnessed the only other customer there have car issues where the engine wouldn't start. AAA was 45min to an hour away and the horrid little man working there told them to move their car- EVEN THOUGH THE ENGINE WOULDN'T START AND AAA WAS TOO FAR AWAY FOR HIS LIKING. He couldn't for maximum of ONE HOUR allow these poor people to occupy a pump (I'm sure they already paid for gas) who couldn't do anything about their situation. A station with a garage couldn't find compassion to allow these folks who were in enough of a predicament to wait for tow. HE EVEN THREATENED TO HAVE THEIR CAR IMPOUNDED EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A KID WITH THEM AND AGAIN AAA WAS ALREADY DISPATCHED. I'm only sorry I was in mid pump because I would've NEVER given them my money. This guy should be fired I'm DISGUSTED with what I witnessed. I'll pay 10$ a gallon somewhere else before I EVER choose to patronize this asshole again. read more

I just called awhile ago having a chance that I can retrieve my gas tank cap but the guy on the convenient store accent like Arabic guy has no telephone etiquette very rude & not very helpful!!! He said he throw my gas tank cap he also said they don't have a "lost & found" for the lost item that's why he throws it, very unhelpful!!! read more

On Friday, October 4, 2013 at approximately 11 AM, I, an eighty-four year woman had just finished pumping gas into my Toyota at the above named service station. My car displays both front and rear disabled license plates. A car in front of me was having its engine fluids and tires checked for a younger appearing woman. When he finished with her, I asked him politely if he could do the same for me. His rude response was, " Look lady, I'm a mechanic and if you want it done it'll cost you$5.00 for that service." I wasn't asking for anything more involved than simply checking under the hood and a look at my tires to see if I needed air. As a disabled person, I feel some courteous consideration should have been offered me.I shall never again be a customer of this gas station again. Gloria P. read more
