I'm not the type of customer who goes looking for tiny spots that were missed, but in this case the poor quality was obvious. There was still dust all over the interior of my car, and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Since it was early in the morning, there were three employees working on my car, so I expected much better attention to detail. I know this isn't a budget car wash, but I'm also not expecting luxury-level detailing. I simply expect a clean car for the price I'm paying, and that didn't happen.
