I must be driving through a ton of construction recently as I've had to get two of my family's cars tired plugged in the last week. Auburndale tire has been extremely fast and gets my tire taken care of within minutes. Genuinely I'm out in and out within 20 minutes. Got the opportunity to stop by. Had a great and easy experience. I have a Tesla model Y, seeking new set of tires. I already knew which set I wanted. Sam helped me out, was able to order the set of tires I wanted. He called when the tires arrived. I was not in a rush to get it mounted and balanced right away but I did request a wheel alignment to go with everything. Super nice that he was able to schedule me in despite the big volume of cars in their shop. Have a low tire pressure warning light turn on out of nowhere? Well, that happened to me. I first thought I needed to just fill some air in one of my tires. To my surprise, I found out the pressure of one of the tires was about 11 PSI. To think that I drove all the way to Long Island and back the previous day. I shudder just thinking about it. I also looked further and found out that my tire had a nail embedded into it. Worst of all, it was on a Sunday afternoon! Thankfully, I found this establishment and got there about two hours before they closed. They were able to take my car in right away and also told me the price upfront when I was asked. They told me that my car would take about an hour so I hung around the area and went to Walgreens across the street. Eventually, I waited in the office for my vehicle. The overall time I waited was less than an hour and I was able to take my car home the same day. So far so good, I do not have any warning lights coming on and it seems like my tire is not leaking any air. read more

I'm sure you heard the old proverbial expression "$%^t happens!" My car found itself in a chance encounter with Mr. Pothole a resident of Hook Creek Boulevard of Rosedale Queens. Mr. Pothole is unpredictable and his soul is hollow as it is callous. The meeting left a indelible impression on my tire and rim that together we will soon not forget. But this is a feel good story. My salvation came in the way of Auburndale tire and Pro Center in Flushing. Mr. Singh and his crew skillfully repaired the rim, replaced and balanced the tire and performed a 4 wheel alignment. All within a reasonable amount of time and priced right. They provide a bevy of services ranging from brake and oil changes, suspension repairs and diagnostic analysis and so on. They offer services like most auto repair shops. This place has been around since the 80's and now I know why. The customer service is exceptional! I witnessed Mr. Singh's interaction with his customers on the phone, in person and his team. He really cares about his customers and you can feel the connection the people have with him. Went in to get my brakes checked for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Originally went to a different mechanic to change my brake pads, which they did but the brakes continued to squeak as I was driving. Took it back, but they said nothing was wrong and that it's normal because of rust. I didn't think it was rust so I kept pushing them to fix the issue but they kept blowing it off. The noise was bothering me so I took this in to Auburndale Tires. Had the pleasure of speaking with Justin who listened to my problems. After they took a look at the brakes, he informed me that the mechanic I originally went to did not install them correctly or grease the parts properly. He was upfront on the pricing, and I definitely think I got the value that I paid here. No surprise charges when picking up vehicle. They were able to get me back on the road with new brakes with absolutely no squeaking whatsoever! Great service, knowledgeable staff, prompt service. I was in and out in about an hour, including an oil change. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friend. I'll also definitely be back if I need any other services done on my vehicle. I gotta say these guys are good and super helpful !! my situation happened on Valentine's Day , on a hot date lol we were on our way to dinner I caught a flat (of course!).. so me & my guy ended up fixing my flat tire on Vday how romantic right ? Well these guys were very nice and helped us out big time ! we arrived like half an hour before they closed up shop and they made it happen, at first since they were so busy they said I might have to leave car which that would've really sucked , well they fixed my flat and i was very happy! When I came it was an hour wait which is fine. waiting in my car, one of the guys from the shop parked another car in the sidewalk and open the door so wide he chipped my paint. Brings my 5 to a 4. He tried to say it just hit the fender. That brings my 4 to a 3. Then he took the car in and we took the car, and while we were leaving we heard a thumping noise. Obviously at this point I'm pissed. Sheldon came out in in the cold and freezing rain to run a diagnostic on my car after it was experiencing idling issues when I changed the battery. I was dreading a big fix but he just reset some codes and sent me on my way. He even checked my oil level and added a quart (that I had) which I thought was above and beyond. If I can give this place 0 stars I would because my first experience in this establishment was horrible! I came here because I had a flat tire and someone had mentioned this place to me. When I arrived I told them I had a flat tire, in which they proceeded to tell me I needed a new one (which I kind of figured already). They told me that it would take one hour to change ONE TIRE, and I said "ok that's not too bad". One hour turned to THREE AND A HALF HOURS!!!!!! Yes you read that correctly, 3 1/2 hours to change one simple tire. What made matters worst is that a woman came after me to change her oil, and they had the nerve to take care of her car before mine. Clearly there was some form of favoritism going on there. After three hours they told me that my car was ready and it would be out in two minutes. Two minutes turned into THIRTY MINUTES! I am completely frustrated at this point. Why continue to tell me it is going to be ready at certain time when that is in fact not true! They didn't even provide an update I took it upon myself to ask. Me and my family are locals and come here always for tire related issues. Ive always come here for things like my car alignments, purchased many new tires, and also have gone through getting a few tires through my insurance. I always dealt with Edie who is not working there anymore. Went in and asked the guy in the front who has curly hair wears a hat and glasses that my tire has a nail in it and the pressure is very low and that I have tire insurance which he would need to call in for. The guy did not want to do it and said that I had to call in. Tried explaining a couple of times that the company requires the shop to do so, which has not been a problem before and Edie always did so. The guy was talking to me like im a child and said no u have to pay and then get reimbursed on your own. Tried explaining again nicely that they require the shop to call in. The guy again was talking like im stupid and extremely rude. His facial expressions seemed like he hates his job. Ending up leaving and they are losing a customer forever.
