Just like someone below stated in her comment already, he cause her $1,000 in card damage. Mine was even worse! Not only did he cause more damage to the vehicle, but the condition he left it in put my family in danger. The gas was splashing out within inches of the muffler, and if it would have hit, the car would have exploded with my 5 year old in it. He is a nice person, but not a competent mechanic. Literally hire at your own risk! I ended up hiring, and paying extra $500, for someone else to fix what he created, and make the car safe again for me and my family. read more

After being two hours late to the initial appointment, the mechanic failed to complete the job he was hired to do. Initially asked for an oil change. As per his recommendation, we purchased a whole new oil pan. After installing it, he KNOWINGLY left our car draining oil claiming that he would be back in an hour to fix it. After following up a couple hours later, he claimed to be tied up and promised to return the next morning. After being stuck in the parking lot all night, we awaited his arrival at 8 am. Nope. Didn't show up. Had to complete the job ourselves. Horrible at communicating. Disrespectful of time. Too cocky for his own good. No accountability and refusal to find a remedy for the problem. Claims the part to be defective, however upon our own research the mechanic just failed to grab a needed part. Hired to fix our problem, not to complicate it further. Update again! Just got my vehicle back from repairs after this mechanic destroyed my suspension. 4 parts not put on properly. Loose and causing movement. 2, lugs missing one on each side! Axle seal missing on drivers side. They found two on the passenger side. They will be writing up a full report for my court case as i intend to sue for all the damages caused. Including 2 tires destroyed within 3 weeks. It now drives perfectly, no pulling, no shaking, no loud noises. All things i told Raul about (have receipts) he came back checked his work and assured me everything was done properly. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
