Daniel was friendly and professional, and he completed the repair relatively quickly. However, after he left, I noticed a couple of scratches on my trunk and found glass debris on the roof of my car. Additionally, there were glass pieces from my old window scattered all over the driveway and yard. I reached out to WindshieldHub about these issues, but they informed me that their policy does not cover damages to the car. They claimed that such damage is expected when removing broken glass, rather than acknowledging it as a result of Daniel's lack of care. The scratches weren't caused by the glass debris; they were from the careless removal of the glass from the car's paint. As for the glass pieces on the driveway and yard, WindshieldHub stated that the technician (Daniel) is only responsible for removing glass from inside the car and not for any pieces that end up around or outside the vehicle. Despite the potential for further damage to other vehicles or injury to people or animals, they said Daniel was only instructed to "try his best" as a courtesy to clean up. Ultimately, it was left to me, the customer, to clean up the glass from the yard. I even offered to overlook the cleanup if WindshieldHub would meet me halfway regarding the scratches on my car, but they remained firm and refused to do anything to resolve the situation. As I was cleaning up the glass yesterday, I discovered that some debris had punctured my left temple area. As a customer, I hired a professional company to handle this job, not to have to clean up after them. Does this sound like a credible business to you? WindshieldHub has refused to take responsibility for anything that happened, repeatedly citing their policy as the reason. Essentially, their response was, "That's too bad." It seems they struggle to do right by their customers. I am unsure what kind of business WindshieldHub is running, and for Daniel to accept this as the best he could do reflects a very low standard of service. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone. However, I am still open to resolving this matter personally with Supreme Auto Glass. For now, WindshieldHub has refused to take any responsibility. If this review is still up, know that nothing has been resolved, and I was left stranded as a customer. If you're considering hiring Supreme Auto Glass, please take my experience into account when making your decision.

I had Supreme Auto Glass replace a shattered front passenger side window. When they arrived the…read morewindow was shattered but still fully in place. Instead of coming in from the drivers side and laying a protective blanket/cloth down to protect the interior before attempting to remove the shattered passenger window they just proceeded to remove glass from the external passenger side. Large chucks of glass fell to the inside scratching the interior of my truck. See attached pictures. When I questioned the procedure I was referred to the booking agent which was Windshield Hub and their policy, I quote " Lifetime warranty does NOT cover damage to glass (scratch, chips, cracks) interior of vehicle, exterior of vehicle, surrounding areas of the vehicle, wiper motors and arms, excess glass debris or regulator/motors after installation. In no event shall WindshieldHUB or its technicians be liable for incidental or consequential damages associated with the replacement of your glass." So they can completely destroy the rest of your vehicle with no consequence as long as the window is fitted right!! NEVER have these absolute amateurs even come close to your vehicle. Just another instance where zero stars should be an option. Look for another review on here detailing the exact same experience.

I connected with Gabriel who gave me a quote for both services. I requested suntek or 3M for tint because I was recovering from 3rd degree burns from my arms. Gabriel says, Don't worry we use better quality than that " hmm, ok.. dropped off the car two days later picked it up and Paid $1000 for both services. Car looked nice but it was already night time, so couldn't really see much until the next day... Drove the car to pick up my son and the sunlight is beaming through the tint, that's when I realized the horrible quality of the tint placed on my car. My hands and arm were in pain from the heat coming through the window and windshield ... Text Gabriel called Gabriel totally ghosted!! He offers a lifetime warranty to remove tint and replace If you get a ticket, don't bother getting it, he won't call you back... not sure now what type of ceramic coating was done either since I'm sure what he said was probably not done.
