I have a lot of issues dealing with bursitis in my hips and a torn hamstring... and going untreated for a long time has caused my muscles to compensate and not work correctly. I had my initial visit with Darrell, which he was very informative and personable. I have also seen Parker and Jared and they are fantastic as well. Jared even was able to fix my left leg being longer than my right leg by doing something with my joints. All this stuff is a little over my head, but whatever they do seems to be working! I'm hoping that I am able to be fixed so I can get back to my rigorous yoga routine and 5k walks without my hips being in pain.

I had PT with them several years ago, and it was very helpful with regaining my balance due to lumbar spinal stenosis. Since then, the owner sold the business, and it is now a part of Mary Washington Healthcare. I was critically ill and hospitalized with sepsis for ten weeks last year, and I am still recovering. Recently, I lost a great deal of the strength I had recovered since last summer, as well as gross and fine motor skills and overall range of motion. I will be seeing a spine specialist this week, and believe that my current issues stem from cervical spinal stenosis. I began outpatient PT with Premier about three weeks ago, and I can't believe the improvements I've already noticed. The staff consists of only four people, including an excellent new PT, the same terrific PTA/patient director, the same dedicated support assistant, and the same receptionist/office manager. The receptionist is warm, friendly, and amazingly efficient. Everyone is kind, patient, and intuitive regarding patients' needs, goals, and how to achieve them. I was examined by Abu Sheriff, who completely missed the issue, dismissed it as an "infected skin tag," and sent me home with a prescription.My symptoms grew significantly worse. Two days later, the agonizing pain forced me to go to Patient First for emergency care. After a proper, thorough examination, the doctor there found that it was not a skin tag at all--it was a large, live tick that had been embedded in my neck for weeks. They removed it immediately.Because Abu Sheriff failed to perform a basic, careful examination, I carried a live tick for days longer than necessary. I have now officially tested positive and been diagnosed with Lyme disease as a direct result of this delayed removal and severe oversight.I have full medical documentation, photographs, and records from Patient First proving this negligence. This office is a major patient safety hazard. If you value your health, avoid this facility and this provider.

My experience with this salon was horrible I usually get 50 units of Botox but the girl told me that I should do 72 units for $964 so I figured she knew what she was talking about so I did it. I saw absolutely no improvement so I called & was told to give it 2 1/2 wks to be sure the Botox had amble time to work. I was given an appointment with Nicky because they said she has been there a while & I was happy to be meeting someone with experience. When I went in thinking she was going to do the right thing & fix the issue. After about 15 minutes she took me into a room & she wanted to take a picture. She then began playing with the photo for another 15 minutes & final said that my Botox did its job & showed me the picture that she actually photoshopped! I couldn't believe my eyes because the picture made me look lovely with diminished wrinkles that I had come in with gone that fast!! Like a miracle! Also the photo was in color & I deliberately didn't wear any makeup so she could see it didn't work!! She brings in another girl & now there are 3 of us & she starts saying that I should have some other treatment before getting Botox in the future! WHAT!! I have been getting Botox for years & never ever heard such a thing! This whole experience was a nightmare & to treated me like I was stupid was insulting! So I left & they did nothing to make it right!!!
