That being said, I had a serious framerate issue with my gaming desktop, and was doing troubleshooting on it for two weeks. I consulted Reddit, I wiped everything besides the BIOS, ran plenty of diagnostics, gave it a good dusting, but nothing fixed the issue. I finally decided to take it in and have someone look at the hardware, realizing most likely I had a busted chord or fan somewhere that would need to be replaced. I gave Scott a rundown, and he told me he would call me when he figured it out. He called me ten minutes later, so quickly I did not see the call until they had already closed. I then worked the rest of the week with Alicia who did all the replacements for my cooling system, graphics card and power core. Just got it home and have my computer running better than when I first bought it due to the new upgrades. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very knowledgeable and Alicia is a saint. They will figure out what is going on, and you hopefully won't need to wait three weeks for an appointment like other stores I had consulted previously

As a student at UT, I am truly unimpressed with their level of service. Do not go to this business…read morewith your laptop or any device that needs to be fixed.  I wanted to get an estimate of what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost to fix my laptop. I submitted an online ticket and dropped off my laptop. I heard no update all weekend or on Monday, so I called on Tuesday morning when they opened at 10 a.m., stating I would be picking up my laptop and looking at other places to get an estimate. SURE ENOUGH someone had picked up my laptop right after I left a voicemail stating I was unsatisfied with the timeframe, received no updates on my laptop, and was taking my business elsewhere. I was charged $50 for someone to "look at it" when I didn't want the service anymore. I had to pay the $50 to get the laptop, and I called THREE different numbers multiple times to stop the process, but that was clearly ignored.  This business is no good for UT students who need their laptops fixed quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. They were going to charge me $300 for service and replacement. In comparison, I went down the street to 1Up Repairs and was quoted $170.  Overall, I am frustrated with receiving no updates, finally getting in contact with someone after the service I did not want was completed, and the service charge of $50 that was not known unless you scroll to the very bottom of the website and then it states it in very small letters. They scam people out of $50 and try to say, "It says it on the website and every time we call." Well, I never received a call back from the 15 calls and voicemails I left until the inspection was completed, so I never got to hear that they would charge me $50 for an inspection.

This means your cell phone works because of my industry. Guess I'm the Pig Pen of Hays County. Awhile back when my charging port stopped there was a similar business in Bee Cave. I'd walk in and less than 5 minutes I walked out no charge. Call me when you break your screen he'd tell me. Flash forward a few years and enter this business. I'd survived on Android Auto BT devices and wireless chargers for years. My port needed to actually work. Explained what I needed and he quoted I think $35. I could be plus or minus $8; even searched all my transactions for the actual total. Six minutes of work.....Told him the same story I told above and I get quips like that don't pay the bills brah. It's a good deal MAAAAN. Well, I just ordered the S26 Ultra folks. It's coming but a special surprise via the Samsung rep in the nearby Belterra shopping center. When I brought it to the shop, he was able to fix it in a couple minutes (okay, so maybe the fault was mine that I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my own and fix it...) but I was absolutely delighted. Eric was earnest and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I have any future issues.
