Got my phone done here with shaddy he was the real one now the sensitivity touch on my phone is broken I can barely type and they refuse to fix it since I "don't have the receipt" even though I took it again and shaddy fixed it again and he didn't ask for the receipt. Shaddy was awesome! He helped me repair my daughters iPhone 7 screen without an issue. I used iCrack just a couple weeks ago when my daughter cracked her screen and they are the worst! This guy is awesome! My iPhone 5s screen had cracked after a bad drop head on into cement. I was devastated, as anyone would be if their expensive apple device was now shattered. As a UCI student, I found the closest location that I could get to via public transportation, and this place popped up on Yelp. I'm glad I came because now my phone looks like brand new, waaay better condition than before the crack. He also had my phone fixed in 10-15 minutes. I had left to wander around the plaza briefly while he worked, so it was nice to come back to him being finished. He also installed a tempered glass screen protector for free, which is an improvement from my previous flimsy and scratched-up plastic protector. It was a reasonable price ($80). Amazing service. I dropped my phone last night and woke up frantic this morning because the screen was completely popping of my phone. It wasn't functioning. At all. Bummed that I had to spend Memorial Day at the Apple Store getting a new phone and dropping $1000, I started heading towards Costa Mesa, until my friend convinced me to try and get it repaired. Long story short, we called Sepehr at 2pm, he came to the kiosk (on this day off) by 2:15pm, I dropped off the phone, got an iced coffee and at 2:30pm my phone was ready. In 15 minutes my phone went from having a broken camera and keyboard, with the screen being nearly separate to being it like brand spanking new! TL;DR: shoddy materials used and unsatisfactory customer service. Would not recommend. Yesterday I was shopping around for a place to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced and I discovered this vendor because of the glowing reviews and good price. When I called the kiosk the person who answered the phone quoted the service at $70 and assured me that the phone screens used are "brand new" unlike competitor stores. With that I go to the kiosk but they tried to charge me $80. Luckily he charged me for the quoted $70 and replaced the screen in 15 minutes. Unfortunately the screen they gave me was defective and I had to return to the kiosk to get it replaced. What added salt to the wound was that the second screen they gave me was damaged so I had to return for a THIRD time. I called them to let them know that the screens were defective and they did not sound apologetic at all. Throughout my interactions I tried to be as calm as possible but after having to show up THREE times I was ticked off. They offered nothing to better my customer experience. Quality products are of the upmost importance. So if you plan on providing a service dependent on outside suppliers and advertise superior quality, you should be more selective and know what you're selling. read more
