10 stars for an honest business! Stopped by with my husband's broken iphone 6+ after shopping around many other local repair shops. These guys have their repair for $100 where others wanted $140-$180. I ended up not repairing it but here is where the ten stars rating comes... the gentleman that was working the kiosk suggested that even though my husband's phone was cracked, it appeared that the phone had another issued called "touch disease?" And suggested we take it in to the Apple store and have it replace. Rather than taking my money and keeping this info hush hush he was actually honest. Long story short we ended up taking the phone to the Apple store where they replaced it due to a manufacturers motherboard "touch disease" recall. Now my husband has a new iphone 6+. read more

I cracked the screen to my tablet and dropped it off on a Friday. I was given a receipt and told the replacement part would be ordered and the work would be done by the following Thursday. After calling twice to inquire about the status of the replacement part and not getting a straight answer, I finally found out that the vendor didnt have the part at all. I accidentally ran across this place as I was going for lunch at Diamond Jamboree. Few hours before lunch time I was running around taking care of some errands and dropped my iPhone face down, shattering the screen. I was trying to figure whether to go thru insurance or apple care to get this fixed and I see MDR stand while I go for lunch. Asked for more info and the technician was very knowledgable about everything from how the insurance and apple care worked. Long story short he ended up replacing the screen with guarantee, paid less than I would have had I gone thru insurance and had my phone fixed like brand new by time my lunch was over. (IPhone 6 Plus) Upon arrival anyone can be skeptical of a phone repair place run out of a stand, however the man working was very friendly! The repair was really quick and my phone looks brand new. Even purchased a glass screen protector from them. Only issue I ran into was pricing on the initial repair itself and it was partly my fault. I didn't check my messages until after I had made the purchase. Man working told me one price 15$ more than what the owner told me. However, it was partly my fault for not checking for a response. This was the only reason this review is missing a star. Maybe better communication between employees and boss recommended? Found their posting on Craigslist. My iPhone 6 screen glass broke and my 5S went swimming in the toilet. First of all I have called around and they were far the most inexpensive for the screen glass replacement. $80 versus others charging over $100. While waiting on the screen protector that was never going to come, it cracked again, so he finally comes out today to "fix" it and he had my phone over an hour, obviously tweeking out of his mind, and gives it back to me without doing a damn thing to it.
