We came here after going to the Apple Store and being informed that the impacted dust in my iPhone 8 Plus speaker would have to warrant a full phone replacement of $400. So last September I drunkenly destroyed my phone whilst partying in New Orleans (I know, don't hurt yourself feeling bad for me lol) and unfortunately I am leasing my phone. And although I still owed $500+ on it, I chose to storm out of the first place I went to for repairs when the guy behind the counter gives me the once over and quotes me $280 without actually even looking at my phone, with a cigar hanging out of his mouth and everything. My buddy referred me to this place, and it was pretty out of the way distance-wise, but I'm so glad I went there! Fixing cell phones is a service, and the SERVICE is what they have perfected. From the moment you walk through the door, it's welcoming, not a shark in sight, just a man behind a desk with friendly eyes and a familiar face, like a long-lost friend. He and his sister run the place. They evaluated my phone in minutes, but since it's an older model, did not readily have the necessary part in stock. But since I need to be accessible for work, next thing I knew, without my even asking, Antoinette was on the phone calling her local colleagues to see if they had the LCD screen in stock. In about 10-15 minutes, we had located the part, I had a clear and easy to understand service contract in hand, and Antoinette was out the door on her way to pick up the part herself so they could get the phone fixed up asap. Is that not above and beyond? It gets better. The next morning the store was going to be closed. I'd have to wait two days and hope my workplace understood the inaccessibility. Impractical to get alternate phone for that period of time and make everyone update my contact info; inconvenient to be confined to emails that would become super-long threads for quick messages. Anthony and Antoinette took a look at me, and again, I didn't have to say a word. "You look stressed," Antoinette says. "Tell you what, we will repair this tonight and open the store for you tomorrow, but only after noon." Wow, I can't imagine a more positive experience...okay, maybe if they picked up my broken phone at my house and fixed it for no charge, but in the realm of the actual and real, Mobile Fixerz can't be beat! This great little shop provides tremendous value, expert service, outstanding friendly service, quick turnaround and low prices (did I leave anything out?) My LG G5 phone had an issue with the camera: to be specific, the main camera wouldn't focus. After a quick diagnostic check, it was determined that the phone needed a new camera component, and the part would need to ordered. I was quoted a VERY reasonable parts and labor fee, which I paid on the spot. The part arrived the next day and I brought the phone in for the repair about 3 pm. By 5:30 I had my perfectly working phone back. The insurance my carrier had offered on the phone had just doubled their deductible, so I had canceled it and hoped for the best; the cost of this repair was much less than the deductible would've been, so I'm feeling pretty smart about that right now, haha.
