My uncle and I went to Mobile Fixerz and it seems like one of the top phone repair businesses in the area. Both of us had cracked screens. I think my uncle's phone is fine, but I am going to explain some issues with mine. Here is the timeline: 12/28/16 - went in with a cracked screen and left within 30 mins. Everything seemed to be fine. 12/30/16 - went back because my screen was not registering my touch so it was hard to text. I left and came back 2 hours later with a new screen and they were nice to include a screen protector. 02/20/17 - I don't live in the area so came back on President's Day because over the last 2 months my phone will have random screen glitches (see video). They were not able to find me in the system as having come in so I was almost not able to get this fixed because they couldn't confirm I was within warranty. Luckily they agreed to help replace my screen again. 02/24/17 - the bottom of my screen has a visible line. I restarted my phone but it is still there. I can live with it as long as there are no other glitches. I will be beyond warranty by the time I go back to the RC area. TL;DR: Overall they are nice but I just had to come back too many times. Keep your receipt in case you are somehow lost from their system. Please see my video and photo. read more

This place is great, fast, and they use real parts. It took him 15 minutes to replace the screen and they waited for me as I could barely make it at 6P (closing time) as I came straight from work. Called ahead to make appointment - receptionist was very nice. To compare to another not so good place...I took my iPhone 5 to another mobile fix it place in Montclair, CA. I left it there all day and they still could not fix it. They said they tried 3 different screens but none of them worked - probably cause the parts of cheap.
