I called to confirm that I could drop in, and they answered the phone promptly, which was helpful. My husband brought it in about an hour later, and everything went great! The employee was kind/courteous and did a good job (the phone works now, no battery issues!). My husband did have to wait a few minutes while the store was closed for the repairman to grab lunch, but as soon as he returned, he set his food aside to help my husband first. I came across this place on Yelp hoping to find a place to fix my boyfriend's iPhone 6 Plus. The screen had blacked out for almost a month and a half. This place was great! I brought it in hoping to get the screen repaired but I wasn't sure if there was anything else wrong with it. My charging port broke for My Samsung S6 and I thought I had to cough up another $200.00 just to go through my insurance and go through the hassle of re installing everything on my phone! Yep: My iphone 5 (yes old phone) was having issues swiping, I hard reset, let the battery die and all the recommendations from online and youtune, etc. then finally took it to mobile flash repair at 900 lane ave chula vista, Aldo said, "if we can fix it, no charge"! I went in the other day to get my iPhone 6s plus screen replaced at the main store and it was a great experience. Aldo the technician who fixed my phone quickly walked me through all the steps on how he was going to replace my screen, very friendly, very professional. I been to the Kiosk in Otay Ranch mall by the food court as well (I know i happen to drop my phone a lot) and Aldo always provides with nothing that above and beyond quality customer service that you cannot find anywhere else in Chula Vista or San Diego Guaranteed!!! All the staff is super friendly, the office is super comfortable while you wait for your phone. They whip out netflix for you while you wait for them to finish. Which took almost two episodes of the office. But honestly those episodes go by pretty fast, which means they work in a flash (hence the name). My phone looks fresh and new again thanks to Aldo. This is the 3rd phone that I take to them and this time I took it to their new store. The new store looks really cool from the inside. Like always, Aldo was awesome and fixed my phone in what their name says a "Flash". He always has a professional attitude and the phone always comes out perfect. He even does an inspection to make sure nothing else is wrong with the phone, which I think is great. Not too many other places do that. While I was there, he told me about a new service they offer that I didn't even know existed. They can replace the existing memory in your phone and upgrade it to a bigger memory for really cheap. So I did it and am extremely happy with the new size increase! Went from a 128gb to 256gb. Wayyyy more economical than buying the same size iPhone from the store brand new.
