We searched here for a couple of weeks, and got some samples. The nice thing is that they have all the flooring on the floor so you can literally get it then and ther eif you want. You can also buy some samples to bring home with you. The guy there was really knowledgeable and helped us out. We ended up getting luxury laminate and installed it ourselves. You can have them delivery it if you want for a fee, but we ended up just having my brother in law bring his truck to pick it all up. Honestly, it wasn't as costly as I thought it was going to be! We didn't pay too much and I feel like the value was amazing. The floors are really good quality and we are SOOO happy with the way it turned out. Definitely would recommend this spot!

What made this experience so…read moredisappointing is that a major limitation was never clearly explained before I signed the contract. Throughout the entire sales process, Ivy (the salesperson) never informed us that we would need to separately hire a licensed plumber to reconnect the faucet, garbage disposal, drain, and water lines after the countertop was installed. We paid $1,300 in labor charges ($400 for demolition/removal of the old tile backsplash and $900 for countertop installation), only to be told by the technicians on installation day that they were not licensed to reconnect these items. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from the company as part of the project. However, the faucet could not even be installed because the hole cut into the countertop was too small for it to fit. This meant we were left with a brand-new faucet that could not be used until the countertop was modified. To make matters worse, the technicians damaged the wall while removing the old tile backsplash and told us they were not responsible for repairing the damage. After the incomplete installation, we contacted the company to express our concerns. Their response was simply that the countertop installation had been completed according to the agreed scope of work and the fee paid, and that plumbing and electrical work were not included. My biggest concern is not that plumbing work was excluded--it is that this was never clearly disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we been told in advance, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another installer. I also question the company's process. If the technicians are not licensed to reconnect the faucet, drain, garbage disposal, and water lines, how were they permitted to disconnect and remove those same components in the first place? If they were unable to complete the job, they should have made that clear before accepting the installation fee. In addition, if the company supplied the new faucet, why was the countertop hole cut too small for the faucet they sold us? I would have preferred to purchase only the countertop and hire my own installer rather than pay for an installation that left my kitchen unusable. I hope future customers carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions about exactly what the installation includes--and, more importantly, what it does not include. Don't assume the installation fee means your kitchen will be fully functional when the work is finished.

Contacted Aaron, making it perfectly clear that I fully expected to pay for whatever was needed, and asked how to get drawer repaired and some touchup paint. Positive response from Aaron, and since needed but not urgent, agreed to meet next time he was in my area. Couple months later Aaron came to my home and inspected the drawer. Said he would get it taken care of and get me some touchup paint. Several more months have passed and Aaron has ignored my follow-up calls and emails, even though I specifically stated several times that I fully expect to pay, and would appreciate a reference to contact on my own if he could not take care of it. No response is not only rude, it is very bad business. I have lost all respect for Aaron and this business. Good work but bad follow-up. BEWARE if problems encountered down the line.

The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. After the final inspection a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly. It was an incredible experience working with LV Remodel.
