I rather shop here over the big box stores any day! Everyone is so helpful! If I want to buy a specialty screw I can buy just one instead of a dozen. If I am not sure what will get the job done two employees will help me brainstorm. If they don't know or don't have it they will recommend someone that might. Every employee I interact with is cool even when a bunch of nubs come in all in a panic because of a hurricane. Six stars to counter balance the one star reviews from the nubs. Move back north you oil and hand sanitizer sniffing nubs.

UPDATE: I finally received the product at my home. Installer arrives to complete the…read moreinstallation.... and surprise! Same warped wood as the previous shipment. He could not install it. [SIGH] I called the store asked them to come get everything and refund my money. It's over two months now, I have a room that does not have a floor, the furniture is has been removed and waiting to go back into the room. I'm tired of dealing with this entire situation. The store sends two workers to pick up all the material. The next morning, I call to get an update on my refund. I leave a voice message. I get a call back saying they need to send someone to pick up the material. [SIGH] I inform them that their employees picked up everything the day before. I'm told they will check and call me back. I didn't get a call. The next day I call back for an update. Spoke to Manager Brian, he informed me he would look into and get back to me. He did call a few hours later saying he needed to get with the rep who work in the order. Okay. Never heard from Brian again. [SIGH] I called back for an update. I was then told a partial refund was given because they were having an issue returning the full order. [SIGH] I asked when I will see the full refund, and I was told the manager was handling that. I call the next day, spoke to the manager, and she says no refund was given, they had to escalate it to the corporate IT office because the system won't refund the order [SIGH]. So now the local store can't do anything, they have to wait for corporate IT to go in and fix it. 8 days later - I've had to call the corporate office to report the issue. They sent the request to the store manager - I get an update back that the refund was processed... For the wrong amount [SIGH]. The rep from the store calls to let me know the refund was processed. I inform her the amount is wrong. She looks, sees the discrepancy, asks if she can refund the difference on a purchase I made in May 2025, to a different card. I say fine just do it. The system won't let her refund it without the card, so I have to come into the store with the second card. Two months and 7 days ago - 67 days ago, I order and paid for a product. I have been patient throughout this entire ordeal. Two months and 7 days - 67 days later I'm still trying to get this resolved. Valuable lessoned learned here - I will stick to the local specialized businesses instead of shopping with box stores. Quality and time actually matter to me.

If you need 'professional' plumbing support, advice and products, head to Termines! After all, you wouldn't go to a big box store for medical advice, would ya? When I need plumbing supplies and/or advice for a plumbing repair on my 'vintage' 50's home, I take the 5-minute drive to Termines. EVERY time I walk in, I'm happily greeted and that makes you feel like a valued customer, for sure. Typically, Jay is the man who helps me. He is consistently friendly, attentive and quite knowledgeable. But all of the staff at Termines is exceptional. A definite plus to shopping with them. I've found, too, that while discussing a problem(which older homes can have some doosies!), it can end up being a community event. While Jay and I are scratching our heads trying to resolve my conundrum of a by-gone plumbing era, others eventually will walk over and chime in. This is GREAT! because these folks are plumbers or experts from all walks of plumbing life! They just happened to be there at the moment. I've had 40 years-in-the-business plumbers offer unique insights and even pro tips right then, right there! And for no charge other than a laugh and a handshake! I have absolutely NO problems recommending Termines to anybody who asks! They WILL take excellent care of you! Tell them John sent ya!

I regret the day I walked into this establishment. They give a price quote way low to draw you in…read more then tack on extra charges according to their measurements. So how can you even give a quote in the first place if you don't have accurate measurements? I could understand a price difference of a couple of hundred dollars but not $600 to $1,000 more? So let's start from the beginning. I went Atlantic countertops and picked the slab I wanted. I showed her a graph of the square footage for my counter tops. (I got it from Home Depot) she figures up that it will be 51 sq ft and that I only need one slab and possibly a quarter of a slab. Then they send an employee from the office to measure who measured 69 sq ft. Nothing was mentioned to me at this point that the price would be increasing. I currently have a quote for 3,800 and as of right now still the same from before they measured. So the problem starts when we go to the place that cuts the stone. This appointment is to see how we want them to cut out template on the slab to avoid any areas on the stone that we don't like. Well AC sent over to completely different color slabs. Apparently the slab that was in front (slab I picked) did not match the other two behind it even though they are supposed to be the same. So if I picked the first slab and you can't send it with one of the other slab because that means I will end up with two different color counter tops don't you think you should call your customer to make sure the difference isn't too great or that the they still like it? Obviously the difference is not minute. So I get to the appointment and immediately i say this isn't what I picked out. The color was completely different and not even close to anything I've looked at this whole time we e been looking at countertops and let me tell we've looked at every countertop in Melbourne and went to a place in Orlando. We did a lot of searching. Anyway I call AC let them know my concerns and that I need to just pick something I had previously gotten a quote on. All of the sudden everything she quoted me before was null and void because of the measurements and all slabs went up by $600 to $1,000. I tried to get the slab that AC had previously quoted me $2900 but now AC wanted to charge $3,900. This place is Just sketchy and I would beware. When we tried to go about getting our deposit refunded they said $768 of it could not be returned. So I'm stuck with countertops I truly truly dislike. A lot of time and effort wasted
