I had a specialty vegetable cleaver that I needed repaired and sharpened. It had been used by someone to cut something they shouldn't have and there was a nice chunk missing. The knives cut so much better now, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. A few notes - the gate to the backyard is in the cul de sac (not the main street that the front door is on), so when you send the text letting them know that you've arrived, they'll meet you at that side gate. It's a relatively new business run by a good fellow named Martin Kalberer, and he is trying to build the business, and I told him I would post this high recommendation because I'm truly impressed not only by the quality of the sharpening, but also by the ease of getting them picked up and dropped off and again at a truly reasonable price.
