He noticed the factory brackets weren't even all the same, fabricated the correct pieces, and finished the final welding onsite to get everything perfectly aligned. The clearance and finished fit look factory. He was timely, professional, and treated the job like it was his own house. The value was excellent too. Having something custom-built from scratch could easily have been a $3,000+ project, and Jose found a much smarter way to get a finished, custom result. Over the holiday, our stainless-steel sink rack broke in a few places, which made the rack less functional. I brought the broken sink rack to Bryan's shop to ask if it could be fixed. Though he was very busy with multiple job orders and phone calls, he made time to answer my questions, and assure me positively it could be repaired. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. Bryan then said, "If you'd like to wait, I can work on it now." Wow. Did not expect such prompt service and direct action to my inquiry. Outstanding! Then my wife got involved and started asking for all sorts of custom designs and ideas. Leah and Memo never said no--all they did was find ways to make our gate dreams a reality. They custom-designed two gorgeous side gates for our home and even recommended adding a smart keypad lock for safety and easy access. ​But what really earned them five stars was their incredible attention to detail and Memo's drive for perfection. He wasn't happy with how the gate looked against our side wall because the wall was old and a bit wavy, so he actually took his work back to the shop to adjust it to seamlessly hide the wall's imperfections. Then, noticing that some of our stucco wasn't flush, he brought extra stucco with him and fixed our wall himself! Exceptional service from start to finish.
