I would definitely recommend this place for any welding service. I wasn't sure if it was worth welding but his price was fair so I had nothing to lose.

Over the holiday, our stainless-steel sink rack broke in a few places, which made the rack less functional. I brought the broken sink rack to Bryan's shop to ask if it could be fixed. Though he was very busy with multiple job orders and phone calls, he made time to answer my questions, and assure me positively it could be repaired. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. Bryan then said, "If you'd like to wait, I can work on it now." Wow. Did not expect such prompt service and direct action to my inquiry. Outstanding! Suffice to say, the sink rack was totally repaired, better than new, with a very happy spouse and home as a bonus. Bryan took additional time to have a short chat with me, and though I just met him, I feel as though he's the great supportive and helpful friend I've known for many years. Very honest. Great skills; he welded better than it was when new! Very fair, caring and exceptionally customer focused (though understand he is a very busy man, with multiple due-dates and other obligations, so keep this in mind.) If you need a welder, Bryan is the best!

Knowledgeable Mark greeted my husband and I as we walked in with parts from my cart. We shared with Mark what replacement rods I *thought* I needed, and he took us to the back area and *showed* us what we needed -- it was perfect! Cutting five Aluminum 6061 rods to exact size was included with the more-than-reasonable price as well! And then to top it all off, their welder was able to fix a corner of the steel canopy, right there, on the spot!! I was about ready to cry over this opportunity!! This project has been somewhat of a challenge, even struggle at times, until today! Mark wears many hats there, so our shopping experience, from start to finish, was maybe 40 minutes, tops! My cart is now on its way to becoming a real, functioning Candy Cart! Next is glass and powder-coating! THANK YOU, Metal Supermarket, Anaheim!

I called the shop and spoke to Joey and explained what I needed. He gave me quote over the phone and I decided to stop by. When I arrived I showed him the parts explaining what I wanted to do. Joey said he could get it done by next morning and gave me a final price, which was within quoted price over the phone so I agreed. Joey completed the work as stated and I am overall happy with the work. Will be back when I need more fab and welding done for my projects! Do note that this was labor only and I provided all parts. Where to begin, Our family purchased our first Pop up tent…read moretrailer, a huge step up from our typical camping tent. We were excited to bring it home but noticed we couldn't get it into our driveway. The bumper was to low on the driveway and was getting stuck on the cement. I called around to all the RV stores and for some reason they all recommended ABC Welding in Anaheim. Well here comes ABC Welding to our rescue. Chuck was the nicest guy, very personalable and extremely honest, he told me to replace my hitch to a lower type hitch and that might solve my problem. He could of made a quick dollar off of me but chose not to . I replaced the hitch a week later and it still got stuck on my driveway so he suggested we add caster wheels to the lower bumper to clear the driveway so I brought it back to him and he did an amazing job! A few weeks later I brought back my trailer for a hitch attachment since he did such a great job on my caster wheels. He just didnt do a hitch attachment but a work of art, literally! He changed the spare wheel attachment point directly on to the bumper to accommodate the extra steel to placed to reinforce the bumper. It went from a 30lb. Bumper rating to well over a thousand pound gorrilla rating. This new setup can probably haul another trailer or a boat, that's how strong he built it. Again it's a thing of beauty and structurely superior to other bumper setups I've seen. I can't give enough accilades about this gentlemans skills and business practice. To simply say it, Chuck is Great!

I installed a handrail on my front porch, which they did not treat as too small a job. The workers came, were courteous, and did a great job. We've had our share of poor contractors' shoddy work. I had a very disappointing experience with Hand Crafted Metalworks…read more From the beginning, I was extremely clear about what I wanted. I provided a reference photo on the very first day and made it known that I am very detail-oriented, especially because this was a major custom staircase railing project costing around $20,000. I wanted the finished product to closely match the design, proportions, style, and overall look of the reference photo. Unfortunately, the process became frustrating and confusing. Instead of feeling like my vision was being understood and executed, I repeatedly felt like the design was being scaled back, reinterpreted, or changed from what I had originally requested. Multiple revisions were needed because key details were not reflected properly, including how the railings were supposed to continue down the lower steps and terminate at the bottom. One major issue was that the shop drawings showed a rectangular/square wood cap, even though the reference photo I provided showed a round wood handrail. That was a major design difference, not a small detail. For a custom project of this size, I expected the drawings to accurately reflect the design direction I had communicated from the start. Another major frustration was the coordination process. I hired Hand Crafted Metalworks expecting them to manage the project. Instead, I felt like I was being put in the middle between their metal team and their wood subcontractor. I was connected directly with the wood subcontractor, who appeared to be unaware of important details, including that the wood was already part of the original quote. At one point, it felt like I was being asked to coordinate or clarify things that should have been handled internally by the contractor. There was also confusion around the timeline. A timeline that had been discussed as approximately six weeks later appeared to become September, which was a significant difference. When I asked for clarification, the conversation became defensive instead of simply explaining the scheduling change. Overall, my frustration is not just about one isolated issue. It is about the entire process: repeated miscommunication, inaccurate design assumptions, unclear subcontractor coordination, changing expectations, and a feeling that I had to keep fighting to preserve the original design vision I clearly communicated from day one. For a high-end custom project, I expected a much smoother and more professional process. Instead, I felt like I had to constantly correct, clarify, and manage details that should have been understood and handled by the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'd post only after the credit card dispute is filed, not before, and keep screenshots/emails organized in case they respond publicly.
