I can't believe I haven't yet reviewed these guys. Vic and Terrence are FANTASTIC. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles, so far, 2 Audi's and a Mercedes. Compared to everyone else I've had work on my car audio, dash cam, etc., these guys make everyone else look like amateurs. They treat your vehicle as if it was theirs, everything disassembled and reassembled carefully to avoid breaking clips, cosmetic damage, they use seat covers and other protective equipment, soldered connections when possible and essentially over engineer things to make sure they aren't making warranty trips. I would not let ANYONE else touch my cars and they are about to do another for me. I've been using them since 2017 and I'm VERY sensitive to rattles and cosmetic damage - and have had NO issues with their work. They rock, and I roll... PS: Their value to service ration, compared to others, is where they really shine... my dealers don't do work on my cars as carefully as Mobile Masters.... PSS: All of these people with 1 star reviews - REALLY? I've read you... how about speaking some truth and helping people out in hard times, instead of writing nonsensical reviews for a busy business, when you never ended up being customers.... read more

The previous person that had installed a deck did not do a great job at all. The connections were probably in all the wrong places because the player had to be turned off manually and would not turn off automatically if I turned the ignition off. He gave us a tutorial on the alarm and took the time after the install to answer all our questions regarding other products, offering suggestions. The communication up front was good. The appointment process was also good. Once Vic arrived I was worried because he asked me questions about installing the equipment, where my battery was, etc. it did not make me confident. When my car was finished, it was a mess in the back. The wires for the amp are ran like a high school kid putting a house speaker in a Chevette. On top of that, he was argumentative about it. Now I have to find another business to clean up the wiring. I am not going to name other businesses, but this is like one of those chain stereo shops that do sloppy work - if it looks like this on the outside, how are things in places I cannot see? I imagine Vic will see this and at this point the only thing I would want is a partial refund so I can pay the next shop to clean up the wiring. To be clear, this isn't about functionality. So far, things seem to function and the car sounds better. However I have to pay someone to do something to the wiring and I don't appreciate Vic being argumentative. No thanks on the detailing. It shouldn't come to this; it should have been a smooth transaction. Now that it dark, the light on the front passenger door isn't on - either not plugged in or inoperable now when it worked before. I will add that to my list of things I need another business to fix. read more

Second, he was very knowledgeable and proficient in installing a Hi-tech alarm system into a 45 year old muscle car. Not sure why the ratings are so high, they installed a camera along with my stereo and the way that it was installed the wire soon broke. Edited to add: Now the owner is claiming I'm a fake. I'm no fake, someone at your business in Park 2000 installed the radio and backup camera in my car. It was quite a while ago. I'm busy, I tried to email the person who did the job and he didn't respond. Add in the fact that I live in Pahrump and I gave up. Another reason I didn't post this right after the camera wire broke, I didn't know it was the wire. I figured it was the camera itself. But when I took my car in for service the mechanic saw that the wire was installed so that every time the back door was opened the wire would stretch, and eventually it broke. Vic is awesome!!! We had a 2 way alarm installed in our 2013 Jeep Wrangler with remote start and a proximity sensor. Vic didn't cut any corners, and spent the extra time to do install the alarm correctly. The proximity sensor was set perfectly, we didn't have to go and get it re adjusted multiple times.
