I was SO lucky I found Mobile Nerf Party on Yelp. I called a few other Nerf folks, but all they offered was to drop off the bunkers and the Nerf guns and come back later to pick up the stuff. What sets this company apart is that they bring everything AND provide a Nerf Coach for the 2 hour Nerf package. We got Coach Jeremiah and he rocked! There were at least 15 kids from ages 6 -16 and he managed them all. He orchestrated lots of fun games and even got the adults in on the action. Coach Jeremiah is the best and I would request him again hands down! He was communicative, professional, and kind to all the kids. He really tried to include everyone and made sure all the kids were safe and having fun. The Nerf Party was for my son's 8th birthday at the park. At the end he said it was the BEST birthday ever. My 11 yr old kiddo wanted a nerf gun birthday party. I googled it and found this Mobile Nerf Party Venue. Their website did not have much information. I think that was the only downside of this whole experience. I left them a message l and I got reply call within an hour. The guy explained everything in a detail. I had more questions come up after and asked via email which was answered in very much timely fashion. The instructor Jeremiah who came out to run the party did everything from set up to clean up. The equipment was fairly well kept, clean and the nerf guns were plentiful. We decided to stay in town at the last minute and planned a birthday for our 10 yo with only one week's notice. We were going for super chill and looking for plug and play options, one of those options was Mobile Nerf Party a few months back. As luck would have it these guys had one last opening on the day of our super last minute party. We were so lucky and jumped at the opportunity to book a party package with them. So happy we did, as they impressed us! They have packages for younger nerf brawlers, teens, and even adults! We booked them for 2 hours, they came 30 min early and did all the set up, which included setting up team bunkers and inflatables. They provided all the nerf gear and protective wear to keep our brawlers safe. All parents were so appreciative of this! But the best part of this whole was experience was the nerf coach. Jermiah thoughtfully assessed our space, quickly designed a course, commandeered the kiddos in an orientation setting ground rules, all of which made two hours fly by with engaging games and no accidents! By the end of the time the kids were happy, drenched in sweat, and exhausted/parents were thoroughly entertained! He did an incredible job commanding the attention of 16 energetic first graders, keeping them engaged, organized, and having fun the entire time. That's no easy task, and he handled it with patience, enthusiasm, and great leadership. The kids had a blast, the games were well run, and everything flowed smoothly. My only small recommendations would be to have two coaches per team to help corral the kids a bit faster during transitions, and to include a quick tutorial on how to load the Nerf guns, as some of them are pretty complex for younger kids. We just hosted a Mobile Nerf Gun Party for my son's 8th birthday at our neighborhood park and it was hands down one of the best parties we've ever thrown! Jeremiah, our "Nerf coach," was amazing - he arrived exactly 30 minutes early to set up, started right on time, and ran a full two hours of nonstop fun. We had 15 kids between the ages of 6 and 8, and he somehow kept them all fully engaged, active, and having an absolute blast the entire time. What really impressed me was how safety-conscious he was. Every child wore protective eye goggles, and Jeremiah took the time to clearly explain the rules of each game before they started. No one got hurt, which was my #1 priority - and yet the kids were running, laughing, and totally immersed in the action. The games were creative and well-structured, and the entire experience felt fresh and exciting - such a rare find when you've done every bounce house and birthday theme under the sun. We had an incredible 8th bday party for our son led by Jeremiah from Mobile Nerf Party! Jeremiah was very punctual, professional, flexible, and patient. He arrived 30 mins early to set up and communicated everything clearly, set expectations, updated regularly, and made the whole event very fun. The kids had a blast! Communication from the planning stages through email and phone was very clear and easy. They listed all the party package types and cost. There's an extra 10% insurance & service fee for parties over 10 people. I was concerned at first that San Mateo / Foster City was going to be too far for travel, but they made it clear that travel is free within 25 miles of 95112, and anything beyond would be an extra $2 per mile. We had two smoke bombs included in our package and Jeremiah made sure to ask us for permission if our son could be the one holding the smoke bombs. We agreed and it made our son feel extra special to run with those very cool smoke bombs through the middle of the nerf battle (he was skipping with excitement)! The kids played various games, like Capture the Flag, and Medic, to name a few, all led with great attention by Jeremiah. He even offered part way to bring in adults if any of the adults were interested in joining. That offer was well received by our group, as probably 8 dads also joined in the fun! (The kids really loved that and referred to the dads as "easy targets"!) It was a very captivating, energetic, and epic 2 hours of fun. Our guests absolutely loved everything about it.
