Amazing experience for the kids. We stumbled on Most Unique as we were looking for some fun activity for my 12 yr old birthday party. We've done all kinds of things in the past and decided to go for entertainment involving animals. Sari and Leonard arrived early to setup and displayed a super positive and find attitude throughout the event. The petting zoo was so fun that just a few kids were interested in face painting :) they just couldn't get their eyes off the animals that were super well setup on the lawn. Leonard took the kids for a spin on the pony carriage which was a blast to see. We had an extremely happy 6-13 year olds by the time they left. My daughter wanted a "petting zoo" party but we don't have the right property to hold a party like this. Sari (of Most Unique Parties and Ponies) suggested that we hold the party at their enchanting property in the redwoods at Boulder Creek. It was absolutely the BEST! Not only did the kids get to pet all of the bunnies, chickens, and guinea pigs but they got to ride, pet and visit the ponies as well as drive a real life tractor. Sari did arm painting, animal balloons and magic while Leonard led the kids around on the ponies and the tractor. The property was fun for the kids to explore and the owners, Sari and Leonard were friendly, accommodating, great with kids and seemed to take great pride in showing everybody their original log cabin built in 1862. Love them!!! We booked Most Unique Parties & Ponies for our son's 1st Birthday last Saturday. Very reasonably priced! Fairy came (early to set up) in a farmer costume for our baby barnyard theme, brought the animals, dog, petting pony & magic show. It was a Huge hit for the kids. She was so helpful, easy to work with & most importantly Great w/ the kids & guests. Fairy was prompt & set up quickly, she did impressive face painting, a magic show, dog tricks, watched over the animals & games including a parachute she brought. Be sure to have a big shady area for the animals including the beautiful horse; (who will trim your grass for you the entire time). We hired Sari for our daughter's 5th birthday party in our backyard. They brought a pony, a dog and a petting zoo with bunnies, guinea pigs and chickens. They had a magic show, face painting and balloon twisting. The kids could take a short ride on the pony and they even had them ride in a cart. Sari and her team were a pleasure to work before and during our 1st Annual Family Fun Day and Silent Auction at Las Positas College Child Development Center in Livermore, Ca. They kept in close touch and kept checking in until and after the day of our event. Sari was prompt and punctual and brought all the tame animals in our grassy courtyard area. She was flexible and accommodating to our needs and little changes on the day of our event. Her pace with the crowd of children and families that arrived was calm and friendly. She and her animals drew our families in the event, and then the families tried all our other activities once they had a chance to try the petting zoo. As director of the center's 1st public event, I was amazed how many activities Sari was able to do in the two hours she was here with her troupe: handlisng animals, horse buggy rides, face painting, bloon art, and a magic show. My families were very pleased, and complemented Sari's interaction with the children. It was calm, appropriate, and not over the top. Just right! Her petting zoo was a big draw for our initial crowd that drew the crowd then to the other waiting activities when they were done with the animals and Sari's activities. And when I called them to give them my feedback, they were arguing with me and thats not cool at all I was trying to tell them the lion costume looked outdated and mangy and she didnt want to hear about it. We had Sari and a helper for a school event! They were great, so friendly and organized. Such a great communicator and a hit with the kids. Sari brought her animal farm and pony rides for our summer camp of about 55 kids. They all had a blast. We would certainly ask her back for a future visit! It was such a great price for everything they offer. I wish we'd had time to utilize it all. However we only had time at our school for pony rides and petting zoo. Thank goodness I found Most Unique Parties! I hire them to come to my daughter's 1st birthday party this past March. I knew my daughter wouldn't remember the party, but I also knew that I would. There were 20 children ages 1 - 10 years old at the party and hiring Most Unique parties was my best decision. Seri arrived on time (despite road closures that day) with everything ready to go. She set up the party in no time and jumped into costume and right into character. The children were totally captivated from the moment she arrived the moment she left. I cannot say enough about her and the wonderful memories she gave me and my family. Her pony rides were so fun and her shows were so entertaining! The parents were not only entertained but able to actually take a break and eat lunch. We had the whole package with games, magic show and face paint. Towards the end, I can tell Michael was getting tired but still did a great job entertaining the children. We had a party this past Saturday with Sari and it was an absolute pleasure! She arrived an hour before to set up and allowed the kids who were eager to see the animals assist her, which made them all feel important. She moved into each activity with ease and kept the kids entertained for the whole two hours she was there. She was friendly and outgoing, and she made it a point to know the names of each of the children especially the birthday girl! We hired Sari for our 6yr old birthday party, and we definitely don't regret it. There was a little panic just before the party started since we were locked out of the venue we planned to use, so at the last minute we had to move everything to our house. Despite the close quarters Seri just came in smiling and put on a great show that the kids absolutely loved. Sari started with a magic show and all the kids just sat there staring at her doing everything she told them to do, keeping full focus on the act the entire time. She really managed to engage the kids and keep them entertained. She then moved on making balloon animals and ended up with a face paint. Great fun for excellent value! I've had this company do my twin's birthday party for 3 years now. Sari has done them all. She comes dressed as a casual clown, does face painting (which all the kids liked), basic balloon animals, a magic show with a bird and bunny (kids loved it and were very involved), and has a petting zoo with small animals(carrots for the kids to give the animals) and a pony and cart ride, which all the kids are eager to do. She accomodated about 40 kids very well, and was very patient and good natured. We had a Scooby Doo theme, and she came dressed as Scooby. They can e-mail you a picture of the character you want and you can approve it beforehand. I highly recommend this for your child's birthday party! read more

I hired Sari for my daughter's Wizard of Oz themed 2nd birthday party yesterday. I cannot express to you enough, how pleased I am with how the entire event turned out. Sari drove out to my place, which was probably close to an hour away from her. She arrived two hours early! Although she did not need the assistance, my twin seven year old boys helped her with the set-up. It made them feel so responsible! She rewarded them both with giant size bubbles. This gave me all the time in the world to get myself and the birthday girl ready. She brought with her the cutest animals for the petting zoo. A bunny, guinea pigs, chickens, a dog, pony and a goat!!! The kids played in the petting zoo for a couple hours. She did face painting, balloon twisting, a magic show and tug of war. Her big finale was the pony cart ride. Each child got on with the birthday girl and rode the pony while we all sang songs. It was all magical for the children. I was so surprised at how happy and energized Sari was. Full of good spirit. She hugged the guests, joked with the kids and was just all smiles. She even changed into character. She brought a Dorothy costume with her along with red glitter shoes, that she actually painted just for our party!! Like who does that? I highly recommend her for any event. She is just amazing. I see myself hiring her again and again. I called her today, just to thank her for everything. She was sweet enough to invite us to tour her ranch and spend time with the animals. We hired Sari for my daughter's 8th birthday/princess party. She did a fabulous job and made my little girl's dream come true! My daughter had requested a unicorn to sweep her away so Sari brought a little unicorn horn and affixed it to Mousey's (her miniature horse) head and carted the girls around the yard while signing folk songs... they loved it! Sari did an amazing job keeping the kids engaged and handled the little unexpected issues that always arise when you have 10 excited little kids (2-8 y/o) dashing about with the poise and tranquility common only to true Fairy Godmothers. The petting zoo was a big hit as well and it was very apparent that Sari has a loving relationship with all her animals who are all quite docile and friendly. One of her chickens even laid an egg toward the end of the party which the children thought was fabulous - obviously can't guarantee that experience at your event but I'm sure it will be great in it's own unique way. As a further testament to Sari's kid skills, she was able to do a fairly intricate spider man face painting on my 2 year old who's ability to sit still rivals a whirling dervish. I went with this services for my son's second birthday. I took the 90min package. I DID not like their services and would not recommend them. 1. Michael was late by 40mins. They said they would come and setup up things by 12:30pm and he showed up at 1:40pm 2. Had no passion for what he was doing. 3. Did not even care if the b'day kid was around and neither did he make an effort to involve the b'day kid 4. The performer costume is so un-professional.
