You know how companies will say they will Stand behind their customers well some say it but don't do it. We returned a rental car , there was no damage and 4 employees saw the car when it was returned. Well Townsend Ford did stand behind us and worked with Enterprise to make sure it will not happen to their Customers again. Enterprise told my daughter that Townsend Ford stood up for us and would not back down.

Truck was solid and ran like a top but very ugly so I figured this might be the reason for it not selling. I asked him what his bottom dollar was and he said "oh here we go." Which I thought was pretty unprofessional but whatever, He then asked what our offer was and I offered a what my Son had in cash. He said he thinks the truck is worth his full asking price. I figured I could add a little to my Sons money and it would be for $500 less than his asking price which is very reasonable. He says nope, It's going to sell when the first snow flies, I know I can get a quarter ($2500) I told him his ad said best offer and that's the only reason I drove all the way here. He said that was to get people to come in and look at the truck. What a bunch of crap. My Son was so disappointed and I wasted time and gas getting there. Not a good way to do business. Thanks to Mike, I saved $3000 after he inspected a truck which turned out to be an unreliable and unsafe vehicle to have for myself and my youngster.
