I have never taken possession of it. There was an issue with the front windshield, which kept popping out at the top corner. They replaced the windshield, but the problem continued. They took the motorhome to Tom's RV Service for further assistance. It turns out that this problem is inherent to the specific model I purchased. Tom did some research and found a remedy, which involves welding some cross braces to the lower framework. Tom repeatedly gave reasons why the work was not completed. One of which was valid and I understood that specific delay. However, that was several months ago, and the work still is not done. This is not the first time a delay has happened to me at Tom's. Several years ago I took an older motorhome to him for repairs. He sat on it for over a year before work was even started on it. I do NOT recommend Tom's RV Service. The man answered the phone with "what", then proceeded to interrupt every word that came out of my mouth. When I asked if they can work on a bigger sized vehicle (like a truck, it is in the company name) they said no, we cannot help you, and we are busy. Did not even ask what kind of vehicle, anything. It is hard to believe that they are busy, or even have one single customer considering the way he treats people. You would think that a local, money struggling business would jump at the fact that I am calling from an international multimillion dollar company, to get the commercial business truck repaired. Instead, since he was quote on quote "busy" for today, he did not even want to speak to me about the possibility of scheduleling a future appointment, or revising the conversation at a later date. I have no intentions or expectations of getting any type of service today. Instead, I had the expectation of getting a couple prices for exactly 2 things, and following up about a week later. I bought a used RV last November from this LESS than reputable business…read more When I test drove it, the belt was screaming and the a/c blew hot, I told the salesman and all was supposed to be taken care of before I took delivery 2 weeks later.. I also asked if they would replace the awning as it was literally held in place with duct tape. They said they would. When I picked it up i asked if they had fixed the belt and was told it wasn't the belt but the idler arm pulley. I asked if they had replaced it and was told no. They wanted me to take the vehicle home anyway and bring it back to get fixed. I did not...I picked it up a week later with no squeak, and was informed they were not going to replace the awning. We went camping the first time in april and now realized the refrigerator only works on propane mode, both air conditioners had completely clogged air filters, valves hidden and left off due to winterizing, only the deadbolt works on the door, RV dogs it up large hills, with only 50,000 miles on it, air con. in cab. blows hot. I bought a can of Freon, it wouldn't take a charge so I went under the RV and visually looked at the a/c unit and realized why it wasn't working. Half of the a/c unit had been removed. It was missing the pulley, clutch and belt. NO SENSE RV literally sold it to me that way. Anyone inspecting that vehicle would have caught that. For all I know they are the ones that removed all those parts to stop the squeak? I get a extended warrantee and I brought home a vehicle that had issues BEFORE I bought it. Stay away from this business, they are not a reputable business. They sell you a vehicle with problems, and a extended warrantee. So they have you take possession of these problems, have you take it back later so they can CHARGE the warrantee company instead of out of their pockets, at the customers inconvenience and expense. I will be filling a complaint with the state! Can a business anymore just do the right thing?!?! When i looked at the RV the windshield wipers were SO bad that the rubber was hanging off the blades. When I picked it up, there was the same wipers. Number one that is a safety issue (state violation), number two it would be just good customer service to replace that before delivery. THEY DONT CARE! I should have went up the street to Camping World. I would suggest the same to anyone else if you want to avoid things like this. Oh yes, my warrantee has a $200 deductible per visit. So now I get to pay $200 minimum for a vehicle i just bought with pre existing issues! They totally dropped the ball with this customer....BEWARE.

! CHECK ENGINE Alert dash light came along with sharp drop in MH power 40 miles East of Albuquerque…read moreimmediately before eastern summit climb and long, steep down grade into Albuquerque. Stopped on I-40 shoulder, Friday afternoon 3:30pm and googled/contacted Cummins Sales & Service of Albuquerque asking to speak with a tech if possible. Was immediately connected to 'Mike' (actually ultimately spoke with two different Mike's' over 2 calls) who both carefully explained various possibilities but without knowing the system codes(s) generating the Alert couldn't provide definitive solutions and recommended we drive (limp my word) to their facility Monday for 12 noon appointment. After a slow journey on old Route 66 and arriving at Cummins I met with Service Coordinator 'Tanner', very possibly the most kind, calm, knowledgeable and detailed Service individual I've ever experienced in my 80 years. After explaining the codes obtained from the MH he explained the problem and recommendations for correction, including estimated costs. I approved the work to be performed which ultimately would take one to two days depending on part availability. They allow us to remain in our MH overnight in their secured lot with electricity. Tanner was successful in locating and obtaining the part from another Cummins Service Center that afternoon and had it the next in Albuquerque. Tanner kept me informed along the way regarding both parts and service progress and never minded an interruption if I had an inquiry either. The bad part was replaced along with having another service I requested completed and we left the facility at 5:00pm Tuesday afternoon. WOW WOW WOW Although life's hiccups don't always go as smoothly as my encounter with Cummins in Albuquerque I must shout.......... The amount was fair. He detailed exactly what they would do and we set up the appt. When the tech came a few days later, he did a roof inspection and we were advised the repair would be $1300 LESS than quoted since the damage didn't warrant opening the roof for dry rot repair and our roof was shorter than we guessed. Who does that? He did a beautiful job cleaning, repairing some cracks, then putting two coats of sealant on the roof. He drove two hours two days in a row to take care of this for us. Eden was very helpful in the scheduling. The roof has a 20 year warranty. This was such a great experience! People who return your calls quickly, walk you through the process, show up when they promise, AND charge a fair price!
