We booked massages for a 40th birthday celebration in Palm Springs. It was much anticipated, since most places have been closed for COVID. Having them come to the house was awesome and soooo convenient! We originally requested poolside, but the weather didn't cooperate, so they set up inside. It was so relaxing! Silviana, Kevin and Liz were amazing. They had 3 women with different issues and their hands knew exactly what we each needed. They were lovely, funny and low key plus they liked our doggies. We get massages regularly in LA and all of us said this was among our top massages ever. Garrett (think that's his name?) who took our appointment over the phone was also wonderful. We called back a few times and he knew who we were and they were very accommodating. And got to us within a few hours of our call. They take Venmo which is the most convenient for all. We rented out a house in Palm Springs for a girls weekend and I contacted Massage Pros2God. I connected with Sylviana who was the point person throughout the entire process. From the get go, she was extremely friendly & helpful explaining how everything worked and making sure each step was as easy as possible. When the day finally came, we were all so excited to have the two masseuses come (we were a group of six) and they both far exceeded our expectations. Our two masseuses were Sylviana and Renae and they were phenomenal. They came about 10-15 minutes prior to our scheduled time to set up. They brought the massage tables with candles, aromatherapy and calming music which really made us feel like we were in a spa! They were so friendly and made sure we were all happy. This was the best massage I've had in years! Lizette worked all the tightness out of my back with firm, but painless pressure. Although, she would have done any pressure I wanted. Silviana is a true professional, and very trusting. While residing in Virginia she worked on me monthly for about six months. I've received massages from tons of therapists (honestly, most are HORRIBLE), and she is the only one who actually WORKED out all my kinks and sore spots. Was down in Palm Springs last weekend for my sisters bachelorette and we booked Massage Pros2Go for a relaxing end to our trip. There were 7 of us who needed massages done in our party. Mel, Cesiah, Elizabeth were the 3 women who showed up for our massages. All 3 ladies were very professional. They came to our villa and set all their tables up in the living room. They allowed us to choose an oil of our choice before the massage and I have to say I had the most relaxing massage ever. I had 2 therapists come to my airbnb in Indio (Lupe and Derrick). They showed up on time, made the room feel and smell fabulous. They took the time to really focus on needed areas as well as give extra tips on how to prevent from becoming injured in the future. They also used the hypervolt machine which felt amazing. I had informed them I had also had a massage gun at home, and they gave me further instructions on how to use it. Overall 5 stars. I wanted to do something different than a traditional spa day for my boyfriends birthday this year so when I found them on Yelp I decided to try it out! As the other reviews mentioned, Cesiah called me after 20 minutes of me reaching out! I spoke to her about my surprise plan on the phone and she was very understanding and sweet. She made the entire process very smooth from beginning to end which for me is really important since planing a surprise can be a little nerve racking! The day of I pushed back our time slot a little bit because I was running late and she didn't mind at all. Overall this company is a great choice for something fun and different and it doesn't cost as much as going to a spa! I had them set up by the pool and it was really cute and unique! WOW! I have never been so determined to leave a Yelp review, but this company is absolutely exceptional! I was using their service for a bachelorette party located at an AirBnb just outside of Palm Springs. When I first reached out, they were extremely quick to respond, very helpful, and SO friendly. I had to make changes to the reservation a few times prior to our scheduled appointment and they were very accommodating. About two hours before they were supposed to arrive to give massages to five women, two more decided that they wanted one as well. I reached out with wishful thinking, but within minutes, Massage Pros2Go responded and were happy to make (yet another) change and, again, with such pleasant customer service. We had two masseuses that set up shop at our rental, bringing their own specialty oils, music, room scents, and yet again, great personalities! EVERY SINGLE woman from our party, upon the completion of their massage, came out RAVING about the quality of the massage and how wonderful their experience was.
