This woman is the best therapist in Southern California! Unbelievably great! After trying a few therapists in the area, and not being overly excited about any of them, I now feel VERY fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet with Millie! I have seen Millie now each weekend, for the past five weeks straight, and every session has been absolutely amazing! She is very responsive to my text, and she has gone out of her way to make the scheduling work for both of us. I much enjoy deep tissue massages, she is very good at this and has the gift to find all the knots and high tension area's extremely well. She puts me at ease the moment she begins. Having the confidence in your therapist is a major plus, and a major part of you fully relaxing and enjoying the experience to the fullest. Prior to our event, Millie was SO patient with me as I was in and out of being remote with service, as well as unsure of how many girls we would have and what massage they wanted, so I couldn't give her solid answers up until the week of. She didn't threaten to cancel or get upset with my lack of answers, just stayed patient with me throughout. The day of, we had Graceann and Michelle come to our Airbnb for a bachelorette party. They massaged 8 girls, and every single girl said their massages were amazing and as equivalent if not better than going to a spa. They brought all of the necessary equipment, and were so accommodating to me switching the location of the massages in the house for a better room, and even helped me moved furniture. This was such a treat for us girls and far better than getting 8 girls to a spa, especially during this pandemic. Not to mention, their prices are extremely reasonable. I have had nothing but great experiences with booking massages with Millies Massages. I have booked with her on 4 different occasions and she has delivered the best massage catered to my needs. She is very professional and arrives on time, every time with her set up. She listens to what my problems are going on with my muscles, usually my neck, shoulders and lower back and delivers a tailor made massage that is perfect and relieves stress and tension in those areas. I have worked with many therapists, but she is the best! I also love that she can come to my house since all I want to do is fall asleep after. One day my back was killing me due to a fall on a motorcycle so i went to small spa in this shopping center the place was nice and ppl were friendly but when it came to my massage they were to gentle and they kinda kept forgetting my problem area i paid 90 bucks and left with knotts and they demanded a tip so i came on yelp and millie popped up on the first 3 for massages and she had all five stars i read her reviews so i contacted her and made an apt so when i came to shes super chill i told her my situation man if yelp had 20 stars i would give it to her i left feeling like a new person no knotts she has some really tough hands and elbows , ive been good til this day thanks millie your awsome read more

She really takes care of her client by asking about what concerns or aches you have and matching your preference of pressure with it. I have had some really bad massages before. So we had a couples massage gifted to my husband and I from his sister as a surprise for our 10 year wedding anniversary. This was our first legit full body massage. Because the "Mall Massage" doesn't count! Millie and staff showed up on time, setup the room with relaxing music, provided a selection of essential oils and got to work. A Massage Therapist's therapist! As a licensed massage therapist I periodically need deep tissue work on my back. hips and glutes. Regardless, she says someone should be there in an hour. About an hour and a half later, someone finally shows up. Massages were great but already ruined the day with the lateness. Miranda agreed to refund the cost of the bachelor's massage, but it has now been nearly a month since the booking and no refund has been given. I really hate to not give 5 stars, because the spa owner was great and got back to me within ten…read moreminutes of inquiring and booked us for the same day. I got a couple's massage, and they allow you to book any two massages and have them in a room together. So one of the issues was partially our own fault, because we realized we didn't feel comfortable speaking up and asking for changes during the massage with so many people in the room. However, we were asked when we came in if we had particular areas we wanted focused on. We both said which areas, but felt that those areas barely got any attention. My mid back, which I had asked for focus on, got the least out of any area of my body, and I left with my main sore area hurting as badly as before. I did get a hot stone add-on, and that may have been part of the problem. It felt like my massage was a rehearsed process rather than tailored to me and what I needed. Both of us also experienced the therapists using elbows on bony protrusions in our bodies. Elbows were jabbed into our spines, and for me also a ton of the elbow sliding down my back and landing very hard on the top of my pelvis on my lower back. It hurt pretty badly, and I had bruising there the next day. I was tensing up a lot and not breathing, but it wasn't noticed. My boyfriend had deep tissue, but also felt that it was more painful because of elbows on his bones than it was actually getting deep into muscle tissue. Also on the plus side though, both therapists were very nice and professional. It just felt more like there is a specific rehearsed way of doing it than intuitive or tailored to the individual.

Juju knew my problem areas without me having to tell her and focused on those areas without me telling her. The best part was the pressure was the right amount. I usually tense up in certain areas especially when they push down and stretch on the arms/shoulders and when they pat your back so hard to end the massage. I'm probably a big baby. So far, it's The only place that no hard back slapping or contorting of my arms or upper back during/after the massage.
