First of all the massage was amazing!!! I had Icela and she did a wonderful job. I have had my fair share of massages over the years and I kid you not this was the best massage I've ever had and for a great price. I usually hurt and tend to hide that I'm in pain sometimes when I get a massage but I didn't feel any pain at all during this massage! Also I was not the only one to think this way. My friends who got the massage as well, a majority of them said this was one of the best if not THE best massage they ever had too! I was fortunate to come by this company when I was researching for spa/massage places for my sister's bachelorette party. Mobile Massage came to our Airbnb this past weekend. 3 therapist ( as I requested) came for 6 sessions of massages. All the therapists were super professional and kind and their massages were top notch. Sil who was my therapists really worked on the knots on my back and she was sooooo good at it. I feel super relax to the point that I fell asleep during the session. And according to my other friends, they felt the same way too. Anyways, I highly recommend the therapists from here, they know what's up. In addition, the team was super accommodating. Our Airbnb alarm went off for 15 mins straight when they got here. But instead of getting annoyed, they helped and waited for us to contact our host during that time. I'm really impressed that they put our experience as a priority. I booked in for a couples massage for my girlfriends birthday at our Airbnb. They cancelled 2.5 hours before they were supposed to show. If anything, communication and at least 24 hours notice would have been appreciated. But I didn't get that luxury, and as you can imagine, the surprise and day were ruined and I was left scrambling. I should have stuck with my intuition. When organizing and trying to get information on services and how it all worked, whomever I was dealing with, presumably the owner, it felt very much akin to prying information out of a Russian spy. Silviana was very communicative before our services and, as promised, arrived, 15 minutes before our appointed time to set up their equipment. three therapists provided our treatments and we were all thrilled! Denise did my facial, which was an indulgent hour and a half. she was very thorough but gentle with extractions and microplaning. my skin really needed the hydration while we were visiting the desert and her treatment did the trick. What a blissful experience and such an amazing find! We were in Palm Springs for a bachelorette and decided to book massages for the group. We had two therapists come over to the air bnb that we rented. They brought everything they needed from aromatherapy oils and a diffuser to candle to warm blanket, sheets, table and mood music! My massage therapist was Silviana and she was so intuitive and gave me by far the best massage I have ever had. I warned her in advance that I bruise easily and so she was careful to kneed but without causing pain. The head and scalp massage was so relaxing and was just an overall terrific experience. My SIL had hers at the same time with the other therapist who gave her a strong deep tissue. We all adored how they customized each massage to our needs. The rose water spray and lavender essential oils were tranquil and just really made us feel pampered. I love supporting smaller businesses and when you use Massage Pros2Go you actually help 18 families! The practitioners are all independent contractors but all licensed, insured, background checked and professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. We were all thrilled with our experience and I highly recommend them. They deserve more than 5 stars: especially given their price they are worth the indulgence. When I called to book the appointment with Sil, she responded right away, answered any questions I had about the packages, and was never pushy about upgrading our package.
