Since I was paying out of pocket, they worked hard to save me money by finding used/leftover parts when possible -- and it came out way cheaper than Tesla. But the best part is the people. The shop uses pre-cut templates rather than wrapped edges, which was never explained to me beforehand. Had I known, I would have considered other options or paid more for a different type of install. I understand some shops only offer pre-cut PPF, but that should be communicated clearly upfront. When I arrived for the appointment, I was initially told I needed to go get the car washed, which also was not mentioned when booking. They eventually did a quick wash themselves with water and baby soap before the install. After the install, there were visible bubbles and debris trapped under the film, which is disappointing to see on a service like this where preparation and cleanliness are so important. I did return to the shop and brought up my concerns directly before writing this review. Unfortunately, I still left unsatisfied with the overall outcome, and I also felt my concerns were handled dismissively rather than professionally.
