The cherry on top was that a friend notice I had something hanging under my vehicle. I get under the truck to discover that the "thing hanging down" is the protective panel flaps that go over to the two sections where you remove a screw to access the underside of the truck to perform an oil change. They have big oil icon's on them. Jiffy lube didn't replace the screws and just left the panels hanging. Will not be coming back to this location.

After hearing stories of what a certain parental figure would do to people who didn't know better at his auto garage, I never wanted to take it to a small repair shop. A kid my age worked there who took a liking to my car-- '75 Cutlass. He was always honest with me even when I wanted to spend a lot of cash for something-- radiator service for example. Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate. Chris and Tyler were very friendly and genuine, and were great representatives of this shop. Great value for me is not just about cost but also about a relationship I can trust. No one was available for inspection, so we agreed to complete only the other services. The person working on the vehicle told me I would need new brake pads to pass inspection, which I agreed to. After the work was completed, I left the shop, but the brakes felt off. I had to press the pedal all the way down to bring the vehicle to a stop. I returned told about the issue, an was asked to come back on Monday to have it checked. I set an appointment for 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m., I was told the person doing inspections would not be there until 9:00 a.m. I waited, and it took another hour before they started working on my vehicle. After some time, they told me there was a serious issue with my brakes and that the brake caliper was jammed. I was quoted a little over $400 for the repair. The brakes were working fine before the brake pad replacement, and the issue only started after the pads were changed. When I asked if something may have happened during the pad replacement, the response I received was, "I was not there; I do not know." I did not bring my vehicle to an individual--I brought it to a professional business, and I expected accountability. While they did remove the labor charge for the caliper replacement, I still ended up paying almost $350 for other items, which I strongly believe resulted from improper brake pad installation, as the braking issue began immediately after that service. Be very cautious if you are considering taking your vehicle here. They will find ways to charge you more, and responsibility and accountability appear to be missing from their company policy.

The outer is wearing out much faster than the inner. These tires should last over 60k. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR ALIGNED THERE. I will not do business with them ever again. Edit: I got a 2nd opinion from another alignment shop in town and the alignment on my car appeared to be correct. I'm not sure what caused the uneven wear, especially on the outside of the tires. I've updated my review to 4 stars and will continue get my vehicles serviced there.
