March 5th, 2026 took 2017 Chevy Tahoe to this location; truck was overheating. Got a free $30 coolant pressure test and $945 quote for new thermostat, reservoir and antifreeze (parts $427 & labor $518) which included $130 discount. Turn signal did not light up, to replace bulb $63, part was $3.50 Second opinion, reservoir had pressure, not cracked. $200 coolant fluid exchange not needed. Coolant was low, thermostat was not damaged or malfunctioning. 1 jug of coolant and OODLY, bulb worked, just needed to screw it back in and I was GOOD TO GO Shame on Tires Plus, how dare you and who else have you done this to? read more

Came here for two tires and had a family member help beforehand with getting prices and then came in for the job after he told us we need to come fast in the next 30 minutes. This guy Lenny switched the price when we arrived, which isn't the issue or point, the real deal is this guy hates people and had the audacity to talk crap and throw the f bomb about me and my family member, Lenny said and I quote "these two going back and forth over two f*king tires and can't make up their f*king mind" to two customers who came in after me. Right in front of me. He was complaining about his job the moment we walked up to him. If you hate your job, quit. You don't have to be a nasty person. Great service all around! I had made an appointment online, showed up on time to drop off my vehicle, even though they were fully at capacity they honored my appointment no issues. I had scheduled a free brake inspection as a different mechanic told me my brakes and rotors needed replaced. I'm glad I didn't list to them! The team at Tires Plus let me know my brakes and rotors were in good condition, and that what was causing the vibration while I was braking was my tires being misaligned. They fix, replace and balance your tires if needed. They have great prices on a replacement battery also. They are HONEST and won't tell you work is needed if it isn't. They do the service quickly. We have been going here for years and have never had a problem or bad experience. The repair time is usually short. Today they replaced our tires and the car battery in just a couple of hours. It was 5:30pm and they refuse to work on it, because they were done for the day and they were ready to go home... their operating hours are 7am to 7pm. I don't know if the old fella was the owner or not, but he was also complaining at an old lady that wanted to pay in cash for the "service" they did to her car, because now he will need to count money (as it was the first cash transaction of the day). I never had the chance to experience their services because they did not honor our appointment. I made an appointment online, and it was confirmed the next day by email. The following day, someone from the location called to confirm and discuss further details about what I needed for my car and to provide me with a quote. Two days later, I showed up for my appointment, and they told me that they would not honor it because they were too backed up to finish the cars they already had before the store closed. (My appointment was for 3pm.) I don't know how this is acceptable. I was stunned. Just took my truck in for an oil change and to check the truck. 8 hours later (with an appointment) I got my truck. Drove out of parking lot realized my check engine light was on. My husband called, I called he hung up with me and told my husband we didn't say anything, because I misspoke and said it was still on. Place is terrible. In August I took my car here for an alternator. Right before I drove it there I got a jump from road side assistance and they tested my battery and said it was good. I live 1.5 miles away therefore when I got there they had to jump my car again. I told the service tech what I needed and he said he'll check everything and give me a call if I need anything else. When I arrived to pick up my car he changed me for a brand new battery. I said I didn't ask for that. The service tech said my battery was bad, so he put another in. I've been going to Firestone/Tireplus for about 20 years and I have never had something done to my car without being told first. The service tech offered to give me the battery at half price I said no I want my old battery. I know my battery was less than 2 years old and has a warranty on it for 5 years. The tech out my old battery back in and I just came from a different Tiresplus recently (2 months later) and the same battery checked out fine and I have not had any problems. Buyer beware read more

I have purchased tires for my car and my wife's car here, but never had a car serviced before, since I typically brought them to a dealer for routine maintenance. However, my battery died (it was three years old and it was due), and I did not want to wait for a dealer appointment. After jump starting the car, I drove in unannounced and was treating quite nicely. They immediately did a check on the battery, and it certainly needed replacement. They looked up the replacement I needed, explained the differences between the two options, and said they had it in stock. They even applied the sale coupons (that I did NOT have). My tire light turned on while I was taking my son to school. So I went to the closest garage, which was Tires Plus on Wiles Road. Big mistake. I arrived around 6:45 a.m. and the guy at the counter wouldn't let me in. Then when it was 7 am, he opened the door and immediately told me to calm down. He told me that it would take 10 to 15 minutes to get the compressor working so I waited and waited. Finally after another 15 minutes, the guy came out and checked my tires. He made me feel so stupid by saying, "Well don't you check the tire pressure. You know the manual that comes with the car? Read about basic maintenance." Seriously? It could've been a nail. I am modifying my review of this establishment. Customer relations seem to be poor. When I was there 2 months ago and I needed to purchase tires, I seemed to be very important to them. When I needed my tire repaired under services I previously purchased, they seemed to be too busy. I asked to have my tire patched and they told me they may not be able to complete during an 8 hour shift. Came at 2 o'clock on a Sunday with a tire already dismounted from my car. Was told they would not be able to even look at the tire because they had too many cars in front of me. They didn't have to dismount the tire, but it was too much work for them to even look at it. Not a good experience at all. read more

How do you book online take an appointment they offer/available and be told by phone four hours later it's not confirmed!!! Wtf!!! So it's basically called a "wish appointment". I was told by Frank the guy who called me that they don't confirm appointments until they get around to it, so basically it could be 4,6,8,10 hours later before they confirm it!?!! Huh!!! We were having an issue with a slow leak on one of the tires on our car. So I went into Tires Plus in Coral Springs. Within minutes they put the car on the lift, and examined the tire that I suspected had the leak. The technician came out and told me that he couldn't find a nail or anything in the tire that would cause the leak. But he'd check the front tires and if he found it he would fix it. He also told me that if it was in one of the rear tires, he wouldn't be able to fix it, since there wasn't enough tread on those tires to hold a repair. When I went out I realized that there was pretty much nothing holding those rear tires to the road. I told the tech to forget about the leak, I was going to replace all 4 tires. So, in I went expecting to be, let's say, hustled for my new tire purchase. Jay, the store manager, was an absolute delight to work with. He gave me all the options, all of which were well below what I had expected full tire replacement to be. In addition, he worked a bit of magic and brought the total price down even further. He asked me when the last time the front end was aligned, and I really didn't know. So, there, again, went the red flags. They were going to check the alignment and let me know. I fully expected that as another technique to add to the bill, like I had see before at places like Tire Kingdom and Goodyear. The alignment report came out just fine, and no alignment needed to be done. All in all, I was in and out in about an hour, and had one of the most pleasurable buying experiences for my car, that I've ever had. If you need tires or service, head over there. They're fast, fair and are looking for long term relationships, not the quick buck! read more

I'm disappointed and I need to take my car back to them. I dropped my car off at 1:30 on a Sunday and they told me that they would be able to do the oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They close at 4 and they wanted to make sure that I would be there to pick up my car. I told them that I would come at 3:30 to pick it up. I got there at 3:20 and my car had not been moved from where I parked/dropped it off and they said they weren't done yet. I drove back by at 3:40 and they still hadn't touched my car, so I went and hung out at the Publix across the street.. Sure enough, they did all the work on my car in less than 15 minutes. I know they put in a lot of care into the inspection that time :sarcasm:. I didn't do the oil change myself because I was worried that my care needed a professional to look over it, but I really don't think they did at all. Now my car is making a slight rattling noise that it has never made before and I'm scared that I was just pushed along through their system. This happened two weeks ago and I have been unable to bring the care in due to school finals. I'm afraid they will just blame me and it'll cost me more money that I don't have.
