I was also told this is a locally owned business and membership supports the local community. For monthly members, vacums and cleaning supplies are included. I had a positive experience here. Very Disappointing Customer Service I called to clarify that I wanted to end my membership, not put it on hold. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude, rushed me through the conversation, and even hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning. Just left this car wash. The car wash itself was average, but it was the way the manager spoke to two employees that prompted me to write this review. Sir, you are no better than your employees and for you to speak to them the way you did was disgusting. What gives you the right to treat anyone that way? On December 23rd my car got egged, yes egged on a 7 degree day. Went for a car wash, the men working the first spray area really went above and beyond trying to get the frozen egg off my side door and window. It didn't all come off, the guys drying my car went and got some window spray and were vigorously cleaning the window. At this point the owner came over yelling at his employees, that they were taking to long...you have to move the line. He was motioning with his arms for me to leave. I rolled down my window and told him that his employees were just trying to help me, he told me I had to leave that they were to busy He was not a very nice boss and definitely needs to work on his people skills Well Merry Christmas You just lost a customer read more

New Owner still learning the business? I was there on Aug 12 for a car wash and I could see they paved the lot (nice) made the vacuums free (nice), but when I went through the car wash, things went very wrong. 1) I purchased the wash with wheel clean and dressing, neither happened. 2) They dented my fender. I just got back into detailing my cars so less than a month previous I was ALL OVER every inch of the car buffing and waxing.... I know what was there and what was new damage wise... After the wash there was the normal missed sections, like the tail gate, but the lower sides of the rear doors were still dirty. Isn't that what the towel crew is all about? NONE of the wheels or tires had been cleaned/wiped. They definitely do not know how to communicate from the back (where you PAY for the upgrades) to the front (where they execute some of the upgrades like adding wheel dressing). WORST PART is they dented front right fender. When you are there you will notice there is a power washer on each side of the car.... notice the wand is about 1-2 feet long, and have a metal tip where the water comes out....where they are pointing it at your car... from 1-2 feet away... NO PROTECTION at the end of the metal tip, and its very clearly the same exact size as the dent I now have in the front right of my fender. Right where someone might point a power washer at tires and rims. I pointed it out so some 20 year old guy who wiped one of my rims and then vanished. Most annoying perhaps is that I noticed a middle aged guy when I pulled in milling about (management/owner?) who then vanished when things when sideways. I warned you.... Never coming back and this stays up until you pay for the PDR. read more

I made an appointment for to have my car detailed (seasonal special) and I added 2 $50.00 extras to the package, Upholstery cleaning and hand wax. My car was there for 5 hours. I went to pick it up and there was no upholstery cleaning and no hand wax. They gave me a lot of excuses. They obviously did not read my order. I had to wait there for another 45 minutes for them to do the upholstery cleaning and the hand waxing. All the other things that were in the seasonal special were fine. It just was very aggravating that after 5 hours the whole job was not completed. I had also given them a 10% off coupon when the car was dropped off, but they couldn't find it at pickup. They gave me the discount anyway. read more

My wife and I both paid to get our cars detailed. The option chosen and booked online wasn't even in their computer system - they tried charging me $20 more. When we got into our cars, the attention to detail was lacking. Carpets were dirty, still had dog hair in the vents and seats, and parts of the exterior on both our cars were dirty. We can say that our cars are noticeably cleaner from when we dropped them off, but we will never return for detailing service again. read more

Having the heartbreaking torture of driving my beloved family dog to the Pet ER as my sweet girl passed. I have barely been able to drive my car this past week. My car desperately needed to be cleaned and I knew I couldn't handle it myself. The staff was friendly and compassionate and took care of everything for me. I don't get my car washed professionally often, but I appreciate their understanding and the job was very well done. had my car washed there ., paid for the wash plus I asked the wheels be cleaned etc left a tip.,., went thru the wash the wipe down was done poorly roof left wet ,windows wiped poorly., wheels were left filthy ., what a waste of my time and money,,. I was there at 10am there was no line. no rush..waste of 25$$ The roof was spotted with dirt when i arrived at home 2 miles away from dust on the road hitting the not wiped roof,.What a poor indifferent service., really a bad idea to get your car washed here., I can't imagine paying for a subscription car wash here.!!! read more

I usually go to the place around the corner, but their line was down the block, so I thought I'd give Wired a chance. While Wired is a few bucks more, the process is pretty much the same. You ride through the car was and then they take care of the inside if you get that package. I did get, so I went to wait in the waiting room hut as they got to work on the car. When it was done, my interior was just as clean as any time I had it done elsewhere and maybe even a bit better. As for the exterior, I think Wired took it to whole new level. A day later and my car still shines like it's brand new. I spend most of my day in my car, so it really feels good to have a car that sparkles inside and out. I would skip any major detail job and get the package that's like $36 or so. Your car will look like you had a detail job done, but you didn't pay an outrageous price. Add Wired as a very good option for getting your car in tip-top shape after some wear and tear inside and out! read more

I had such a horrible experience with Wired Wash in Fairfield . They were supposed to do a detail on my BMW... well... they forgot to detail. They were also supposed to wax my car... well... they did... kinda... totally missed the top of the car. They broke the clip on my rear view mirror and didn't tell me, just left it laying in the cup holder. They scratched my rear rim (looks like the hit a curb) I have tried to call them 3 times and they have not even had the common courtesy to return my call. It was a horrible horrible experience. My girl friend went here specifically to get a wash a get the tire package cleaning. When she returned I noticed the wheels were not done at all even though she had paid for the service. I called the car wash and he said they don't clean the tires by hand! Really? You don't put the tire shine on by hand? Since when. Then he said just come back! Come back? Are you serious? Brought two cars in. Customer service was there but the job was definitely a 1/10. The Camry was the first car I brought in. They scratched the bumper which I just got replaced and didn't take any fault or blame for what they did. They offered a discount for a third car I wanted to bring in. Don't think I'm doing that. Lexus was the second car I brought in. It was there for half the day. It looks like it got a normal wash from a hose and that's it. The Camry looks better a week later and that's just unbelievable. They didn't even touch the rims or wheels until I asked them to. He made it seem like I got a deal. $10 off wasn't worth it. I could've done this myself. My everyday car looks better than my luxury car. I would rather pay 5.75 at Russell speeders down the street and they'd do better job instead of the $300 I paid here. read more

Very disappointing. In the past, the basic $6 was a cheap way to get a VERY basic cleaning, but price increased to over $8. The equipment is tired and old and does a subpar job. Don't expect bugs, extra dirty lower area or rims to be clean after exiting! Apparently if you want your rims clean you need to spend A LOT more money. read more

I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. I had a Livingsocial voucher ($49! Seemed like a total bargain) for an interior and exterior detailing. Their online appointment system was easy to use though they filled up quickly so I had to book 3 weeks in advance. The day before my appt I got a phone call from Bob (the manager?) and he asked if I would be willing to move my appt because it was supposed to rain the entire day. I was bummed because my car was so filthy but I wanted them to do a good job so I begrudgingly changed my appt and waited another 3 weeks to go. I received a reminder email the day before which was a nice touch. Upon arriving, I didn't see a main office/building so I just checked in with a random employee who was working on another person's car. He took my keys and told me to come back in an hour & 1/2 to an hour & 45 min. After tooling around Fairfield for 1.5 hours, I finally went back to get my car and it looked great! The interior was absolutely spotless! They vacuumed, dusted. shampooed the mats and scrubbed all the gunk off the dash, doors, cup holders, etc. It doesn't look like they attempted to get rid of the stains on my seats but I wasn't really expecting them to so I'm OK with that. The outside also looked really good, though upon further inspection it wasn't a 100% perfect job. There were still a few tiny stains on the front. They didn't open the windows to clean them (you could still see the line of dirt where the window meets into the top of the door) and it doesn't look like they cleaned the part of the door that's behind the door handles. But overall, it looked good and was sparkling so no major complaints. All in all, for $49, it was absolutely worth it. I don't think I would go back and pay full price, but I definitely would go again if I had another voucher. read more

I came in for the "Deal of the Day" express detailing and I was very impressed! My car was cleaned from inside out. When I pulled out of the lot, my car was shining (..literally, because of the hand-applied wax). Definitely got my bang for the buck. Customer service was excellent. I wanted to wait for my car, so I was directed to an outdoor waiting shack/shed which was equipped with cable tv, internet, and air conditioning. Staff and owner/manager(?) checked up on me to make sure I was okay. All in all, highly recommended. I will definitely come back whenever my car is in need of some TLC. Thanks, Wired! read more

Bought a groupon to get my car detailed. Booking online was easy. Waited a few weeks for my appointment. Received a call the morning of my appointment asking if I would reschedule. I refused. They kept pressuring me until I finally explained I planned my day around this and am not changing the appointment on such short notice. Drop my car off. Go to run other errands. I receive a call around 12 indicating my car is ready and I inform them I will pick up in a few hours (they close at 6). They asked me to pick up by 1 because THEY WANTED TO CLOSE EARLY. I got there as soon as I could but was extremely disappointed I had to rearrange my day to accommodate them. If you want to close at 2 then make them your standard hours. My car came out clean. The guy who handed me my keys asked me for a tip which I found extremely rude especially due to the annoying calls I received that day. It wasn't until a few days later that I noticed my febreeze vent plugins were missing so that was great. I'm also now stuck on the annoying email blasts from them. They do not honor my request to be removed. I will never go to nor recommend this place to anyone. The hassle was not worth the savings. read more

I had a great experience at Wired Wash when I visited for a full car detailing. I thought my car couldn't ever look this good but it was cleaned from top to bottom and they got out stains in the cushions I thought were there forever. Even more impressive is that they completed the job in just 2 hours and gave me a courtesy call that I could pick up when ready. I had my daughters car detailed there before we sold it. To say the job was poor is being kind. She had to bring it back because they didn't seem to care about actually cleaned the exterior properly during the wax and had to spend another 45 minutes actually removing tar spots, some sap and various dirt. Also, we paid extra for a interior shampoo which, based on the spots still on the upholstery, and other dirt still on the interior -was a waste of time and money (the floor mats look good and the trunk was vacuumed!) The windows are streaked, the black trim on the exterior was never treated- generally a poor job. They also have a hard time answering the phone which just sucks as far as customer service goes. Groupon should be ashamed to be a sponsor. read more

Wife just returned from this place. Two words:Total Disappointment. Save yourself the wasted time and money and choose somewhere else. Many a year ago I was a detail manager for high end autos. Her car was poorly washed with bugs remaining on the hood and wheels were left dirty. No wax or paint protectant was applied. Seats were untouched, unless you consider running a rag over them cleaning. The console remained dirty. They did vacuum and cleaned the mats, but they were installed wet. I'd guess they don't have the right tools, products and neither training nor the time to detail a car beyond one would expect from a middle school charity car wash. read more
