I have taken 2 vehicles to Mobileworks to have a lot of work done - I first took my Tahoe in to have them install some old school equipment I also had some custom work done for the install. Amp, box, 2-12's and Audiocontrol EQX and cap to name a few. It was ready when promised and in great shape - It was tuned and I have had no problems with the quality of the install. Still 2.5 years later sounds great and no failures at all never even a loose connection. The Second truck was my GF's Silverado. It got all new door speakers 2 amps, a Fosgate OEQ-1 - yes old school stuff subs a custom box and a capacitor. The install took longer because they needed more time to do the job right - It's a lot of work - They asked if I could leave it there over night - arrived the next day in the afternoon - Tuned, clean, hidden install and sounding great - Also had some tinting done at the same time - Perfect 3M tint. 2 years later no issues and still running well. I have been going to this shop now for 3 years - always getting supplies or upgrades. High quality work that needs no second visits take time - they are willing to put in the extra time to make it perfect when they are finished. This place is a shit hole I took my car in there to get a full on system installed I get my car back and door speakers don't work my amp is under powered it requires to runs of 0 gauge wire it says that in manual but they put 4gauge then I look at my woofers and my dust caps are blown off then I turn my car on it don't start then I start checking lights nothing works all my speakers don't work only 2on dash when I took my car everything worked it's a 2019 chrysler 300 S I even installed a machman 320 so I can lots of power 5500 wats and 2 15inch orions wich require lots of power and a good battery xs power D7500 all I hear is bass that does not bump like it should these guys do not know what they are doing when it comes to big builds they are idiots that think they know car audio they had my car for 3week and I get my car back sounding like shit and now I'm trying get them to fix my lights that don't work any more because they messed everything thing up in my dash and I paid $3500 u would think for them having my car so long it would be sounding and looking nice but no it sounds and looks like shit so now it's time to get legal authoritys in this situation the owner let's his employees run his shop and he does not do anything about this situation I talked to George for a while on the phone and said he would get things right but his employees are not moving on fixing my car sorry george but your staff like ripping of people and they do not know what they are doing there at that shop so people that keep say they are the best no they are not they don't know anything about car audio they just like to take money from people read more

We were here a few months ago and was very pleased with the result. We told them specifically we wanted 35% because we were moving back to Massachusetts and they agreed. On this date, we got our car inspected back in Massachusetts and it came back rejected because it was 20%. We're disappointed in two things, trusting them that it was going to be 35% and wasting $200. read more

Some guy with a beer gut just berated me cause he thought I was driving through his parking lot. They did this in a very timely manner and was done very quick and a very nice job. Customer service is great. Nice waiting room comfy couches and tv in there. Worst experience I've had with a stereo shop. I went in to have my stereo looked at because the sub wasn't working. Turns out the sub was seized up and was blown. Charged $50 for literally 10 min of work, so their hourly rate is $300? The response that I was given was well we had 2 people looking at it... I could understand if it was a little more extensive but when I am told that they knew that the sub was blown from the get go that's ridiculous to charge $50. I don't expect anything for free but that was just crazy. read more

He installed a Viper auto start alarm system model 4706V for my BMW and also a Pioneer AVIC-Z150BH which BMW said could not be done because the stock stereo runs part of the computer but George made it all work and its been over 3 years without ANY problems. I really didn't want to write this review, but their indifference about their screw-up can't be ignored. I got a newer BMW Coupe (which had not been tinted) and went to them I wanted to make sure that it was done correctly the first time and was willing to pay a little more for it. Fortunately, I managed to purchase during their Black Friday specials so I got the Tint Job for a good deal (or so I thought). I made it VERY CLEAR that I wanted them to take their time and make sure it was done correctly because removing tint is nothing but problems. He assured me that it will be the highest quality work. So I picked it up after they were done (they had it most of the day) and first thing I noticed were a few bubbles in the rear window tint, as well as what looked like gobs of glue along the upper portion of the rear window. I asked about it and they said that both issues would go away after a few days when it "cured" which made sense to me. A week later, I still have bubbles and the gobs of glue on the rear window. I went to the owner and asked if they could just "pop" the bubbles and he was quite upset and said that they would do it again. I repeated my concern about the back window (the defroster strips) and again, he assured me that it would fine. So they redid it and when I went to pick it up, they told me that it was still a wait because it didn't come out right so they pulled the tint off AGAIN to make it right. I immediately noticed gaps in the defroster strips and pointed it out, but they told me that it was just discoloration from the glue. A week later, I try the Rear Defroster, but it's not working. I go back to ask if perhaps they disconnected something, but they look and everything is connected. Then, the tech notices the gaps and informs me that those gaps means the Rear Defroster is ruined and there's no way to fix it (EXACTLY WHAT I WAS WORRIED ABOUT). He informs the owner who just looks at me and then asks if there is anything ELSE they can do for me before he goes back to looking at the computer... I"m sure most people have good luck with them, but their indifference to the EXACT PROBLEM I WAS WORRIED ABOUT can't be ignored. read more
