They work to ensure a safe and functional set up at home. We recently had a patient utilize Accessible Systems for some home modifications and the team from Accessible Systems sent the rehab team after installation pictures to help with training with the resident prior to their return home. Her sats were in the 70's on room air and she was O2 dependent. Insurance info, an O2 order was faxed as requested (fax number was given by receptionist & verfied as the correct number). I was told "an on call person will call the patient and deliver O2 to her". No one called her (I checked her message record on her phone) at her appointment today. Thankfully she survived the night.

There is no such thing with relation to supplemental plans, as Major Medical accepts Medicare. Others in the office also clearly did not understand. This lack of knowledge caused me to not receive the medical equipment I need and to miss 1/2 day of work, and I now must wait for "approval of my Plan G" before they will reschedule. I would not be writing this review if even one person I spoke to in the office understood the basics of Medicare insurance.

Everyone at TenderCare has been such a joy to work with. I am so glad they decided to expand their…read moreservice to Colorado Springs because we had heard so many great things about them but until recently they didn't service our area. Now that they do we've switched and I understand why their families LOVE working with them. It's because TenderCare is a family operation and the families they serve are treated as family from day one. They have take a very frustrating part of my life - ordering medical supplies for my trach and vent dependent son, and made it so easy. There are less boxes coming in which means I have less porch pirate worries, everything is packed efficiently so my recycling isn't overwhelmed with boxes anymore, all of the supplies that get to us are exactly what I needed. I never feel like I can't call text or email my service people when I need something and they are so invested in solving problems for me. And that contact part of things, being able to email my service people whenever, is HUGE because I have toddlers, very mobile happy toddlers one of whom has a trach and vent and having that reassurance that they WILL get back to me the next day about whatever it is I thought of at 2am makes our life so much easier. Their problem solving skills are superb. I can call and say this is my issue that I need a solution for and they will help me work the problem until we have a functional solution for our family. A great example is our vent is table top and we were using a kids toy as an IV pole because again we are dealing with toddlers here who like to knock IV poles and equipment stands over just because they can. They had a solution for me immediately. TenderCare is just an absolute joy to work with.
