Brought my vehicle in on-time for my appointment to buy 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. I waited the 90 minutes and my vehicle has not even been worked on, nor moved into the shop. They apologized and said bring it in tomorrow and we'll take care of it immediately. Day 2, brought it in on my scheduled time and again it's now another 90 minutes and my vehicle has not even moved from where I'm parked in front of the store. AND I still have to bring it again TOMORROW to get it aligned! Which means, they only can put on the New Tires today. The tech did say he would take off $100 for the inconvenience. Point of my experience, don't say it will be done within 90 minutes of my appointment time! When clearly, this is either under staffed or failure to organize time efficiently. This first experience here may be my last.
