I'm unhappy that the actual charges were doubled what was quoted over the phone ($220). Actuals charged: $75 for a travel charge from Scarborough to Kennebunkport - 25 miles. Even a generous 5 gallons round trip should cost at most $20. $235 for two BTR-12002 batteries which should have cost $80. $115 for labor is steep, but we'll go with that number. To charge a senior $438 for something that should cost $20 + $80 + $115 = $215 (and was quoted around $220) is horrible.
